Took it to them to see if thay could repair it…read more Unfortunately they could not find the short in the 2 days they had looked for it, they explained it would cost a lot of money to invest more time in it and recommended I trade it in instead. I understood and was grateful that they at least tried. They didnt charge me because they couldn't find the issue which I was happy with also. However... I soon realized I received my truck back in much worse condition. 1) The stearing wheel housing clips are broke. Cant be reassembled properly 2) the air bag light is on 3) the radio has no power. (I found a 20 amp fuse in the 5 amp port for the radio) 4) the 12v port is now over heating my phone fast within 15 min. All these things are in addition to the original problems I was having which was: 1) the ac randomly turning it self on even though the switch was still in off position, though this only happened once within the year I owned it. 2) The bed light randomly turning on when it was still switched off, draining the battery, happened 3 times. And 3) the ignition beeps when the door is open, does not matter if the keys are in it or not. (using a finger I could tap the ignition switch to get it to stop) All things considered I wish they had taken better care of the truck while it was in their care. I understand the stearing wheel housing clips all braking, sometimes it happends. But the fuse thing should not have happend, the airbag should not be deactivated and the 12v port is a major problem. Stopped in, greeted with a friendly counter person, told us it would be about 30 min, it only took about 15 min with a packed lobby (which should tell you something). Two other folks said hello, and one offered us some water. They were extremely friendly, quick, and fixed the problem. The cost was minimal. I'm coming here if I ever get a flat or need tire service near Belen.

I went home and got the parts to do it and upon inspection my car did not need a replacement, I even took it somewhere else and they said "it's perfectly fine". What a scam, they were insistent I pay for it to get done there- glad I didn't.
