Jeff's amazing crew is second to none, they know their stuff and do high-quality work. My Hyundai had a noise after the work was completed (the cleaner noticed it and said something!!) and even though Jeff knew I was upset from it taking so long, he would not let the car go until his crew took a look at it again. I'm ultimately glad he made that call. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and in the end I'm glad I made the choice to take it there. After two hours, they told me that they wouldn't fix my car because there was no issue. The issue was cosmetic and it was a warranty issue from the Mazda corporation that Mazda would fix this cosmetic defect, this was not a recall. I decided to take my car somewhere else and after them taking a quick look I got a new part. I will not be recommending Lou Fouz to anyone I know.

Said he'd start tomorrow afternoon but finished tomorrow afternoon. 3. Fixed the problem. Explained what he did and we talked about future work. The professionalism. The honesty. The value. That's what will keep me going back. But the little things. The added spark plugs to my daughter's car. The fact he acid washed my rims and took 5 years of wear and tear off of them. It wasn't a beautiful antique car I was dropping off at It's Alive...it was a childhood memory. I…read morewanted to bring back to life the simple relics of the 1980s McDonalds playland before the disappear forever in scrap yards. The little carousel that used to be setup at select McDonalds, with the push button placed so far away, you had to run to catch the carousel mid-ride. The original place I wanted to use to restore this did not have room for about 6 months. I had no where to store it so I contacted It's Alive since their facility is enormous. Jeff was able to accept it right away. The carousel took about 5 months to complete. It's Alive took it all apart, checked the motor, media blasted the fiberglass, made small repairs, primed and painted the majority of it. My partner is a professional painter so I had him paint the characters to save some money on labor. I sourced the missing burger topper and missing "M"s, which It's Alive put back. The whole project took some coordination and cost a fortune but it was everything I wanted. I'm really proud of jumping on this whimsical journey and saving something that was special to childrens of the 80s and 90s, before tablets and cell phones. Now I'm hoping they help me sell it at auction in a few years :-)
