We had the worst experience dealing with Mo, and mike auto sales. When we purchased our vehicle Mo promised that he would fix some minor dents and broken chrome. Everything sounded great in the beginning. We dropped off the vehicle on a Tuesday with the guaranteed completion date the on Friday. Mo gave me the run around for 2 weeks, holding me in suspense waiting to get my car back. I had to call multiple times to check on the progress of the vehicle. Not ounce did Mo have any consideration to call me and give me an update or an accurate timeframe when the vehicle would be completed and ready for pick up. I tried purchasing a 2014 Honda civic here and was first approved, but as soon as I finished signing my paperwork they tell me that they are so sorry that I wasn't approved for that vehicle. He goes online and begins to run my credit on not one but 2 credit checking services and stops half ways to ask my girlfriend to co sign for me. When initiating conversation upon entry at dealer I specifically told all 3 sales men of Indian decent attending me "I want no co signer i want to get what ever i qualify for by myself! After respectfully declining more than three times I finally told him to get straight to the point and crunch the numbers without a co signer and to stop asking my girlfriend to get involved .Upon so i was asked to immediately leave and go some where else with my money and so i did. I was very disappointed with the end result of my experience w/ Mike's. We bought a 2007 GMC YukonXL and the same day I brought it home my "check engine light" came on. The auto place who I took it to said that the spark plugs and wires were in horrible condition and he said that he thought it was not very nice that the car dealership sold it to me like that.
