I have been an avid cyclist for over fifty years and I have probably been in way too many bikes shops. This shop, however, is simply the best shop I have EVER dealt with. I purchased a Trek 1120 in 2019 to attempt the Great Divide Mt Bike Race in 2020. Since my purchase, I have been in the shop many many times and the service is simply outstanding. From the floor salesperson to the mechanics, the attention that is given to the customer is simply terrific. I particularly appreciate the mechanics who never hesitate to stop to answer questions and explain whats up with your bike that day. Sales staff listened closely to our needs at all levels from kids bikes to high performance road bikes and offered solutions that fit us, never trying to upsell us into things we don't need. I visited Elevation Cycles today to buy a helmet. I am a casual bike rider, and haven't needed a helmet in years, so I needed help getting the right fit. I didn't catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was great at explaining what I needed. When I questioned the way the helmet fit "looked," he let me try on a larger size and explained why it didn't fit. The whole process took about 15 minutes, but I walked out feeling confident that I have exactly what I need. He also explained why he chose the specific helmet he recommended, and the reasons for stocking this particular model. I will definitely be back for all my biking needs! read more

I took my sons BMC Tri Bike to have the drive train upgraded. The folks at Elevation were extremely knowledgeable and had all the proper tools and equipment necessary. They completed the bike in a timely fashion and explained to me all my options and costs up front. Their prices were very reasonable and the work top notch! Took a wheel and tire there for a simple repair and they just couldn't get it right. Nice guys but if there's a way to screw up they'll find it. After several trips there I finally gave up and they issued a refund which never hit my credit card. Went back yet again and they just refunded cash. read more

This shop is awesome! If you need a local bike shop in Parker, this is THE place. They have been professional in every way. I have had a 7 year old Trek in the shop for multiple tweaks. Kyle is an awesome mechanic and always super friendly and helpful. Tyler, the owner did a one hour fit for me and it was super helpful. Manager Mike always wears a smile and is always a fountain of info. I think the single most impressive thing about these guys is that they are not pushy sales guys. They provide information, options, and share knowledge. A trifecta in my opinion. They will shoot straight with you on what will work for you now and when it might be time to upgrade. This bike shop is truly amazing! We have slowly been purchasing bikes for our whole family (all different levels) and they took so much time trying to find just the right bike for each of our needs. My husband raced in a few triathlons this summer and between the races and all the training, the staff here has been excellent with servicing his bike. This is an outstanding bike shop! Mechanics are knowledgeable & appear well trained. Had to have a wheel rebuilt by a certain date. They got it to me a day early. On another occasion I needed brake pads and a rotor for a friends mountain bike...no problem, in stock. The price was not that much more than the internet! Had a problem mounting tires. I needed some new inner tubes while I was visiting from WI. Also, I had been deliberating a hitch mount rack and decided on a Kuat but just couldn't pull the trigger. I was so pleased with the courteous attention on my small purchase that I bought the deluxe Kuat on the spot. Don assembled while I went and had lunch. He showed me the mounting procedure and even helped me clean out my rusty hitch port. I could not have been happier with the experience. Everyone in the shop seemed customer oriented. read more

Bought a new tire and tube at Elevation Cycles - Parker. Kyle G. was the salesperson; he also installed the tire and tube. Kyle is exceedingly competent, and he did the work quickly and in the right way. As he assembled the tire and tube, he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it -- in effect, throwing in a "free" tutorial about tires and tubes. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He treated me fairly and respectfully. All in all, it was a perfect transaction. Kudos to Kyle and to Elevation Cycles - Parker. I recently moved here from AZ, both mine and my fiancé's bikes needed attention and love after having been in storage. I took them in and the service manager was extremely helpful, I ask d questions regarding specific needs, and he was quick to say " you really don't need that unless". That means a lot to me, it tells me they are conscious of the fact that just because you can charge for it doesn't mean you should, in turn telling me they would like for me to be a long term client not just a once and done. I had two flat tires repaired at Elevation Cycles. The service was outstanding. First, they assisted me getting my bike in and out of my car. They went above and beyond to oil the chain, check the brakes, and do a quick tune up, all for less than 1/2 the price of what I have paid in the past for similar repairs. They were friendly, competent, and quick. read more

I went into Elevation today with my brother and niece to look at a bike for her. While they were being helped, I went to look at the mountain bikes. Don came over and asked how he could help me. I told him I was from out of town and wasn't in the market for a new bike (though I wish I was!), but he answered my questions about riding in CO vs. the Midwest, where I live, and what bike features are the most useful (discs and droppers above all). He told me I could take his Pivot Mach 6 for a test ride, even though he knew I wasn't buying. I couldn't resist. Awesome bike. While it is unfortunately unlikely that I will benefit from buying a bike from Elevation, I wish I could. If you're in the area, give them a look. read more

So glad that Elevation has a shop in Parker now. They were worth the drive before, but this new location is super convenient (especially when out riding on the Cherry Creek trail). I stopped today during my ride because of a strange noise my new bike was making. I got there before they opened, but they graciously opened their doors and helped me out. Kyle is amazing! He took the time to diagnose and tinker with my bike to figure out what was going on. He was very knowledgeable, fair, and helpful! While, I didn't buy my bike at this shop (have bought previous bikes from Elevation and will be a forever customer), Kyle helped identify a few things to have the shop where I bought my bike look at to make sure my bike was safe and in good condition. He put my mind at ease and gave me some great advise. He is friendly, down to earth, and obviously passionate about bikes and creating a community. I can't thank Kyle and Elevation enough.
