This feels like I was ripped off. If you are going to charge for refills you should be upfront about it, give a reasonable amount of soda in each glass, and charge a reasonable amount per glass ($2.50?). The store layout is often disorganized, many items are out of stock, and it becomes very time-consuming to complete orders. What made the experience worse was the attitude from the customer service desk and management staff. When I politely asked for help locating items, I was told they were "not obligated" to assist. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. Delivery shoppers are also customers helping bring business to the store. A little basic assistance and respect would make a huge difference. Unfortunately, this location made me feel unwelcome and unsupported compared to many other supermarkets in New Jersey. I hope upper management reviews the customer service standards at this location and improves the shopping experience for both customers and delivery workers.
