Since we moved to AZ, we tried many BMW shops in the Scottsdale area and they all had something that I couldn't trust about them. I got lucky and found Mike. In fact, Mike is the best thing about AZ... We only drive BMW and Mike is the only person we would trust to take care of our cars. He is the best BMW mechanic we have ever had in 30 yrs of driving BMW. He is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and honest. Dave works with Mike and he also has lifetime of experience in BMW. so we never worry when we bring our cars in. They both are so genuine, always patient in answering all our questions on the phone or in person. The other reviews don't lie, Mike really is the best. I came in for an oil change and they checked everything over w/o my even asking. He told me my MINI was in 'perfect working condition', compared to the dealership that tried to sell me 1000's of dollars on unnecessary work. Mike has worked on my 2004 330ci again and again. He's my go to. Knowledgable, fast, fair pricing, professional. I've tried the other shops in the Tempe/Mesa area and didn't like them at all...I want the work done well by competent folks at a decent enough price. I like to keep my cars in great shape..In fact I just call Mike last week and ask him if he knows an aftermarket Audi shop that as good as he is..Unfortunately he does not...Sad face...As long as I have this little convertible, I'll keep letting him piece it back together as shit continues to age out on it... read more

I can not say enough good things about this man and his shop. My 2015 Used BMW died on me with only 60,000 miles on it. The car was purchased through Carvana - like an idiot my X husband didn't get an extended warranty on it! Once the car died a week ago - I was referred to Mike by my trusted friend, helped me every step of the way. Answering his phone every time I called and provided me with the best customer service at a time when I really needed it! Being without a car was beyond stressful for me. And each time I called he was patient and and communicated with me perfectly. He was able to secure me a tow truck - with a nice Milton from Utah! Who was funny, kind and patient. And accepted my cash payment of 60.00 for a tow! Mike's worker took my engine apart to investigate every detail. In the end, they determined it was "metal shavings" in the engine. He even showed me the item as proof! I took a picture of it on my phone. Such a honest, wonderful, smart, nice person. He clearly knew his BMW cars and explained everything to me so I knew EXACTLY what was happening! In the end, I am not sure what will happen to be beloved little X1, but I was able to pay Mike for his LABOR only until a decision is made. This guy gets 6 stars if you ask me! With all his research and a cost under 600.00 I will more than likely have the task of trying prove the last person who changed my oil must have made a MAJOR mistake. He was very reasonable in his prices, he was honest and above all professional! He took care of my car very quickly and the car was as good as new. He is extremely knowledgeable in all things BMW (he was factory-trained at the BMW plant in Germany and has held the prestigious certification of BMW Master Technician for nearly 20 years) and I cannot stress enough how amazing he is!
