My front tires were bald and so I stopped by to this tire shop to have them replaced. After they replaced them I went to get lunch and then was going to head home. It was maybe an hour after and my front passenger tire was flat as fuck. Some tire replacement huh. So I went back to have them change it out again. And this time is was a different guy and he told me straight up he wouldn't have chosen those tires because they weren't good. Funny he knew that and the other guy didn't smh. Well once they fixed my tires again I started my drive home which is an hour and my steering wheel began to shake because they didn't balance my tires before letting me go. If you're gonna have a tire shop make sure you hire people who actually know what their doing so you don't get bad reviews and angry customers. Won't be coming back here ever again that's for sure. I should give them the bill tho for having my car fixed somewhere else because their incompetent employees can't do a simple task of replacing tires. Not to mention they lack professionalism. I'm sure there's plenty of better tire shops in the Plano area, save your time and money. read more

Terrible service! Don't trust the guy who looks Arab or Hispanic has a sleeve tattoo usually wears glasses and hat. He might be the manager because he was treating the employees like garbage. YOU WILL GET LIED TOO ABOUT PRICES HERE!!!!! Literally call and ask for 4 used tires that were suppose to be 160 in total. I go and drive up there tell him about it. Goes to the office for 30 seconds and tell me there 180 now. I don't say anything cause at this point I just want tires, 2 minutes later it ends up they don't have the right size. Recently I found myself needing a full set of tires on a single tire budget. I shopped around for used tire options, and fortunately found Mike's Tires. Mike fixed me up with four nearly-new looking tires and an inspection for the price I would normally pay for one new tire. Mounted and ready to go in no time. Bingo! I'm so glad I walked away from one of his nearby competitors who offered three worn-out used tires for a higher price earlier! Used tires are worth considering when you're in a tight spot, but you really have to look at each tire before they put them on. Check the tread and make sure they're relatively even across the tire, and push on the side to see if they're dry cracking (which means they're too old). They may not all be the same brand (it'd be nice if they were, of course), but as long as they're the same size and style they'll be okay. Mike says he's able to offer better tires because he hand-picks them from suppliers, while other used tire dealers just order by size and take what they get. I'd say his system works, and I'll definitely recommend him to friends on a budget. read more

They don't need your business. Went here for two used tires and both sensors Changed. Left and 3 hours later my tires was flat, went back and he put sealant around the tire pressure valve and pointed out to me that's where it's leaking from not his tire. I'm like dude you put the sensor on. The inbred put sealant on the tire and sent me on my way. Obv I had a flat again went to the mikes in Lewisville and the guys opened the tire, put the washer on the outside of the tire and corrected it. What a waste of time. My personal experience wasn't good. This was awhile back when I had my old Civic. I knew my alignment was off and since I had bought a few tires, I figured I would have them adjust it. The guy came back after a few minutes and told me there was about $400 in work it needed for him to align it. He wouldn't give me the estimate, so I went with my gut feeling and went to a local alignment shop in Allen. They did the alignment no problem. I hope that Mikes got rid of that guy, because I would assume that's not how they do business. read more

I went there for tire rotation and paid $20 cash for the service. Couple days later, I found out that they did not put 5 nut lug hub covers on one of the wheels. I went back there and checked if they had the lug caps but they did not. I asked for a refund for the replacement cost but they refused to do that since I did not have a receipt. Well, they never gave me a one otherwise they would have record of the service irrespective of the payment method. These things can happen but then you work with your customer to make it right rather then looking for an excuse to rip them off. read more

Awesome workers and one "crabby" manager ( so he claimed...) I got a flat tire and looked around on google for the nearest tire shop, after calling a few finally stumbled across Mikes Tires. The kid I spoke to on the phone was real nice and told me they had my tire In stock! Awesome! I drive there and pull up with a flat and after a few minutes of talking to the young workers they were ready to work on my car... SO FIRST THING, the older "manager" grabbed a jack, slid it under my car and almost lifted it from the side skirt....wow. the other guys had to run and stop him before he broke my car. After a few minutes of being embarrassed he walks up to me to talk about price... Manager tells me it's going to be 40-50 bucks depending on the thread of the "used" tire. They pulled out 2 tires. One GREAT, The other was OKAY but had a PATCH . **This is where the "manager"become crabby...** I asked CALMY asked if I could get the tire for $10 Cheaper, since there's a patch... before I could finish my question the "Manager" JUMPED down my throat telling if I wasn't happy I could leave and go someone else... what did I do to deserve such disrespect? I asked a simple question and a simple "no it's not possible" would of been an acceptable answer but he had to JUMP at me telling me I can leave and not come back... wow.... So I looked him in the eye and said "really man you're gonna be like that, no need to be rude. The other employees/ near by customers noticed he was being a real jerk and the employees stepped between us. The "manager" stepped away into the office. The NICE workers finished up my car quickly and apologized for the managers actions.... Now time to pay. I walk inside and see the "manager" and I say"sorry if I was rude I was just asking a question", he looks at me with disgusted and said nothing.... after ringing me up(still said nothing, not even the total price) I asked if he was the manager and he snirkled "yes" .. as a person with manager/customer service experience this was a terrible way for a "manager" to treat paying customers.... 1 he almost BROKE my car and 2 he was being a real @ss (excuse the French) 3 after I apologize(which I wasn't In the wrong) he was still being extremely rude. I will rate the workers 10/10 awesome!!! The manager -10/10... great shop with good prices and staff. Terrible manager. ***please have a talk with him. *** I WOULD come here every time for a good tire but will never show up again because of him. Hope I don't scare anyone away. Tire literally fell off truck the day a new one was put on. They towed It back to their shop and then said it wasn't their fault. How could it not be? My friend has been unable to work for weeks due to their negligence. They are crooks that do not do their job properly and don't take accountability for their mistakes. Came here once for a tire and thought I was given a used tire that would last awhile but after 1 week it kept going flat. Went somewhere to get a plug put in and was told the tire already had two plugged put in prior and not in good condition to be driving on it. They sold a bad tire to an 8 month pregnant woman.
