I went here based on other reviews. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I had made an appointment to replace all 4 tires with the same kind since I liked the tires. Unfortunately good year discontinued that tire. However they did an awesome job recommending a different set of tires with the same features as the ones I wanted. The new ones were a little more expensive however they were able to discount them to match the discontinued tires price. They also stayed past closing to get the job done. I extremely appreciate all the help I received at this branch. I would even keep driving the extra miles to come back to this branch even though there is a closer one to me in McKinney. God bless those places that still put customer service and satisfaction over profit. read more

UPDATE June 2026: Two lessons today; how to use tire inflator and don't use provided tire sealant unless necessary. Different car got a nail and went flat overnight at home. Best solution was to use tire inflator and drive to shop. But also used tire sealant which puts all the oily goo inside tire making impossible to repair. Try inflation only first. So needed new tire and the others needed replacement as well. In for penny go for buck. Replaced all in 3 hours. read more

The cold weather caused my tire pressure to drop. So I dropped by Just Tires and in 5 minutes the gentlemen recalibrated my tires. Not only did he do that but took the time to explain how to clear the message about the tires from the dashboard. I ordered online and made an appointment for the following day, received a call same day to confirm, and when I dropped off the next day tires were installed quickly. On my wife's car, they changed one tire and heavily scratch the rim up, deep, and unrepairable, all the way around. They said I could go get it buffed out, and I could bring the invoice for a discount on future services. NO THANKS! On a different vehicle about a week later before I knew what they had done to my wife's car, they broke a tire pressure sensor, and glued and taped it back on for it to fall off again a couple weeks later. As some sort of joke, they drew a Tesla logo on the tape they used inside the rim. Slow and incompetent workers in the shop, inapt and uncaring management behind the counter. Stay away from this place. The people at Discount were laughing at their shoddy work and got me fixed up in 20 minutes for free- while Just Tires took many hours to F up two cars back to back. Poor experience overall. Came in for a tire losing pressure, decided to do oil change, tire rotation and alignment as well. Bad tire couldn't be fixed due to damage being on the sidewall, makes sense. It's end of day Saturday so nothing can be done until Monday. I ask if there is a location closer to where I live, Christian said he didn't know couldn't tell me, so to avoid delay I had him order the tire to the Plano store and just come back. I get the truck and they have left on the bad tire, with an active leak in the sidewall. I have a brand new spare tire under the truck. I thought it very careless to leave the bad tire and not put on the spare...it's a tire shop, would have taken 10 min. I paid to have it changed out on my own. New tire was expected mid-day Monday, I receive no call at all Monday. I call Tuesday morning, tire is there so I go get it changed. While there, coincidentally, my both my rear tire pressure gauges are bad, though I had no previous issues, odd. After all is said and done I spend over $300 and a weekend of headache for a tire under warranty. I had just bought a full set of tires, the alignment package and started doing all my regular maintenance with Just Tires. But I can't give my business to a company with that type of service. Chris and Christian did not take care of me. They were not friendly, they sent me out with a leaking tire when I had a brand new spare and did not call when my new tire arrived. These guys are incredible. I was in a wreck that only damaged my tires and suspension and had them check the vehicle out and give me a quote. I ended up filling an insurance claim so my insurance company sent it to another shop. The other shop checked the vehicle and missed the biggest issue. I ended up sending the pictures and quote just tires gave me. Sure enough on a second look they found the broken strut. I got a nail in my tire and it went flat over night but fortunately my home is close to Just Tires at Coit and Hedgecoxe. I was greeted by such nice folks and they got my car in immediately to repair my tire. The wait time was not long, even though they were working on numerous other cars. As if that wasn't great enough, they fixed my tire and didn't charge me! These days it is rare when you get this kind of great customer service so I had to write a review to let others know! I regularly service all my cars with Just Tires in Chicago so I knew I came to the right place. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and were so helpful. WoW! Went here for the first time and was completely blown away by great customer service. Needed an alignment on my van and went to a place who told me that they were all booked out. I then started to call around and found this place. Spoke with Jim Barnette and he told me to come over without any hesitation even though it was getting late to their closing time. As promised over the phone, Jim instantly took care of my needs. He was polite, professional, friendly, and extremely patient to my questions. He made sure I left fully satisfied and knew exactly what was done. Place was clean and comfortable. They had free k-cups coffee and bottled water. Only thing I can suggest to this place is to have TV and something for kids to play with in case someone come in with kids. I highly recommend this place to anyone with any tire needs. I am so thankful for having randomly called this location when my tire ended up completely flat this week. I needed to use a specific tire since I was still under warranty. Travis spent all day trying to get all info on the warranty from the mechanic I originally used out of state and with the factories to locate my specific tire. Then the best part is they have a mobile service so showed up at my house with the tire and changed it. I went in for a flat repair due to a nail in the tire. I was told the tire was unrepairable as the nail was too close to the sidewall and I would need to purchase a new tire entirely. I had just replaced a set of 4 tires within the past 3 months. I went to get a second opinion at another tire service and I was told the flat could easily be repaired with no purchases required. Beware! They advertise 'free flat repair,' but this seems to be a way to get you in the door for new tire sales. Get a second opinion first. They don't live to their promise:"Tire change in 1 hour or $100 off" It took them almost 1.5 hrs and they did not give me $100 off. They also said before the service they can fix one of wheel studs and it turns out they can't so we have to go to Good Year shop. They really steered me to get tire replacements in their shop rather than going to other shop that can provide complete service. I won't go to this place anymore. read more

They took care of me and my wife with a screw in her brand new tire. Didn't cost us anything, they got us in and out quick and were able to plug the tire in a tough spot. They easily could have turned us away or pushed us to buy a new tire but they didn't, although they did present the option. I'm always skeptical but these guys have earned my trust. I brought my car in for an alignment after getting my tires somewhere else. Shortly after, I heard rattling in one of my tires. I brought it back to Just Tires to see what was going on, and the company that installed the tires left the tire weights lose and they had fallen off. Not only did Just Tires fix this quickly and for free, they even checked with their employees to be sure they weren't one ones that made the mistakes.
