Poached eggs and corned beef hash
    Bill M.

A better than decent breakfast joint on the east side. We were greeted right away on a busy Sunday morning, and were offered the choice of a table in the front sunroom or we could have waited for a table in the nicer decorated area deeper in the cafe. Not being picky we took the front table. Out server was friendly and greeted us with a smile. I ordered 2 poached eggs with corned beef hash. The hash was fresh and homemade, and was a very generous portion paired with 2 perfectly poached eggs on top. The dish came with your choice of toast and home fries. Toast is toast, but was glad they had multiple jellies available for the toast. The home fries were fine, although appeared to have been the frozen variety you throw in the fryolator. Like the hash, the home fries came in a big portion. Prices were very, very reasonable. All in all this is a very good take, and I'll be back for sure. Service was a tad on the slow side, hence the 4 stars rather than 5. But I can also chalk that up to them being very busy.

    Chicken parm sub

From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. So far I've tasted the steak and cheese and the chicken parm subs, both were fantastic!! The bread is so fresh and soft. There onion rings are beyond delicious!!! I can't wait to go back and try the breakfast. The only thing that's missing is they don't serve alcohol, really wish I could have had an iced cold beer to wash everything down.

Delicious breakfast, definitely worth my $10

This is officially my husband and I's go to breakfast spot. They are super busy but despite that they work fast and give great service. If you want an affordable and exceptional breakfast this is your go to place.

    Hungry Man Omelette

Hubby and I are glad we ate breakfast at Miko's. The dining area has a casual laid back vibe. Hubby had the Hungry Man Omelette. His breakfast was absolutely delicious seasoned to perfection no salt needed. He usually adds salt to everything. I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese English Muffin with a side of sausage. In closing I give my meal a 6 he gives his meal a 10.

Don't let the small size fool you - it's well worth skipping the starbucks down the street and paying this local spot a visit. I've seen a few people on Yelp complaining about parking, but I've never had an issue. It's a busy intersection, but there's a number of street spots and I think most people don't know about the massive free lot behind the shops across the street, head over there if all the street parking is taken. The coffee itself is top tier. They have a lot of creative signature lattes, I've tried both the Tiramisu and Peanut Butter lattes and loved them equally. I don't usually order that kind of thing because I'm not a fan of overly sweet drinks, but these are perfectly balanced. One of my friends is a bit of a coffee connoisseur and also highly recommends the Yuenyeung Latte. We also recently tried some of their food options, and were really surprised at how good the bagels are here. The double cheese bacon sandwich is a must try, and all of the Croffles (croissant waffles) they serve on the weekend are soooo decadent and soooo tasty. Really happy to have this place right in my own neighborhood. I hear they're adding a larger Hingham location soon too; their success is so well deserved. Definitely slowly becoming a local favorite of mine!
