The walls and windows were haphazardly covered with promotional alcohol posters which added to the grittiness of this place. Mostly electric ceiling lighting filled this lair while natural lighting was able to creep through the front opened door. Ordered on Ubereats. They adjusted my order by adding an extra charge of $3 stating that I requested a bigger bottle of wine..... I never did. But I decided okay, may be they don't have the regular bottle and gonna send me a bigger one( which I don't know if it even exists, unless it's a cheaper wine from the grocery store ). Nope, received the same size of the wine bottle as I originally ordered. I tried to call them, they never picked up (5 times). I couldn't even say "no" on the app or even agree/ disagree on the price, because they did it when they sent the drive off . I contacted ubereats, but all I get is "we understand your frustration and we will the store know to prevent the future blah blah". So this place can adjust your order however they want and there is nothing you can do about it. I know it's just $3, but seriously you can't just change the price a very last minute and claim, that I requested a bigger bottle. + deliver the same size ( regular size of the wine bottle ). Next time, they can add up a $100 and there is nothing you can do about it. Do not order from this place, unless you want to be fooled. P. S. I like this place. They let me bring my dog in, although i need to carry her around since apparently touching the ground is a no no and she told me my dogs eyes are dirty, while laughing so I guess that is okay. They really do have every little thing and in this area there isn't any close supermarket to walk to which is bummer. They have some Asian and Mexican delights which are great and they carry San Pellegrino sodas (blood orange is the best). I've walked here like 4 times in one day. Very glad its close because the JR market on Bellevue around the corner is whack and has nothing and the guys that work there never want to give you change. read more

Yeah, let's just go ahead and change that to one star. They now have a $10 minimum for debit cards, or else they charge a $.50 fee. But you don't find that out until you're at the register. I should have gone Falling Down on his ass. Driving the extra two blocks to 7-11 from now on. read more

dont buy your liqour here. he over charges. he will scan a price and tell you a different price. alot of the bottles are not priced because he will tell you a differnt price then what it scans for on his computer. If this has happened to you. Please report it. read more

They have a good selection of domestic and craft beer. Cashiers are both funny and friendly. Live close by so having this place so close is very convenient. read more

UPDATE: They still have every little thing you need. They still have the coldest beer around. But their cans and bottles of beer are always covered in dirt and dust, and they fired the nice guy that used to work there. Now they yell at you for keeping the door of the refrigerator open too long and refuse to believe that something THEY are doing is causing their cans and bottles to be so dirty. Which is no big deal, but please let me go through them to find the LEAST DIRTY one without yelling at me. I won't be back here. PREVIOUS: A liquor store and so much more. They sell every little thing you might need. T-shirts, hairbrushes, potatoes, onions, ice cream, spam, bread, tortillas, bananas, boxer shorts, socks and of course wine, beer, juice, soda and liquor. They really do have the coldest beer in LA. Lots of places say this, but I do believe that it is true of Mikron Liquor. If I don't want to drive anywhere and would rather walk to purchase some better than average wine, beer or liquor, I stroll down to good ole' Mikron's. They've got it all! This my absolute go to place for anything we forgot at the grocery store. Not only is this place stocked with way more than you'd think, the alcohol selection is really good. I've lived at seven different addresses in Los Angeles, a couple in Boston and SF and this is the best convenience store I've ever had right around the corner, easy. They stock many great drinks from Dew to organic teas, organic beer, a great wine selection, pharmacy like items you'd expect. If you live near here then you must go here. They're great! The lady you read about in other reviews is Lee and she's just awesome. She's also LOOKING FOR A BOYFRIEND FELLAS! So I recommend any able bachelors snatch her up quick! The owner of this place remembers me ... I dont know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Also my local liquor store, but they have lots of stuff besides beer and wine. You can get all different types of food - mostly bagged or canned, toothpaste, soap, pretty much everything you need to live cleanly and drunkenly. The beer selection isnt the best, but it's the best around the 101 and silverlake blvd area. They sell those little chocolate sweets filled with liquor, definately a plus. Also the only place in the area you can get skim milk in small quantities, rather than buying a whole half-gallon. read more
