We just happened to come across Mil-Lee's while in the process of moving to PA, and we've come back more than 5 times and we're not even fully moved yet. Mil-Lee's is a great place, with great food and great service at a great price. To us it also has a country feel but we're from NYC so take that with a grain of salt. There's plenty of seating and it's very close to Washington Crossing and convenient for people in Yardley. If you want to try a quaint spot with great food, give Mil-Lee's a try!! read more

I haven't been to this popular little place in years. Today I went with the friends & it happened to be early bird price time before 9 am. I had a Skinny Minny vegetable egg white omelet with a side of very nice ripe fruit. The omelet was pretty standard issue, and the fruit was a pleasant surprise! One friend had the $5 breakfast scrambled eggs with toast and hash browns; the other had the $5 short stack of French toast. They both enjoyed the food. I didn't have coffee today, but both of them did. Coffee refills were brought around often even after we finished. I have noted how many places abandon you the minute you finish eating. Extra marks for great service and coffee refills! I plan to visit this homey place again soon. There are fancier breakfasts in the area, but this was a reliable Yardley place beloved by many for good reason. read more

I can say I haven't had service like this in a while. Fantastic, my waitress indeed had other tables but was so attractive it felt like I was the only one there. Had two egg breakfast and hot cakes with fruit. FANTASTIC is what I would use to describe it. Glad I was able to find such a gem away from home. I really wanted to like this place. The first couple of times I went there it was good. Not great, but a good place for a quick, no frills breakfast... in subsequent visits though it went down hill fast. The service is awful. Be prepared to not see your server for long stretches of time. You'll be lucky if they check in with you after your food is dropped. This was particularly problematic for me on what would be my final visit. My eggs were served on a dirty plate that had some gunk caked onto it. The hashbrowns were gray and ice cold as if they were taken out of the freezer, dropped on the flattop long enough to thaw but not long enough to brown or get warm. As I sat there looking at this plate of food I couldn't eat, it was at least 5 minutes before anyone even looked at me so I could flag someone down to address the issue. Went today...The waitress completely messed up our order. We made her aware of it. She was pissed off that we said something. Took our plates brought them into the kitchen poured buffalo sauce all over the wraps and then told us if you want us to remake it I guess that's okay but he just added it this way. And proceeded to give us attitude. She forgot my soup and when I made her aware of that she then gave me attitude for that. Got our bill and nothing was discounted for the entire situation. Good, reliable neighborhood diner. I've been here about 5 times and I've always been happy with the food and service. The place isn't very flashy, but it's spacious and comfortable even for our group of 5. The crowd seems to be mostly local folks in the 50+ age bracket. Noise level is A-OK, some buzz here and there, but you can definitely hear people at your table speaking. The menu is traditional, unpretentious diner fare, namely eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, burgers etc. The food is always hot, properly cooked and served quick. I usually get an omelette and they do a pretty serviceable job. No complaints. The value here is very good. Last time we visited the check came to $25 bucks for 2 adults and 3 kids. Considering that we sometimes spend $50 or more on breakfast at other spots, I have to say that I really appreciate the affordability here. I'd definitely recommend Mil-Lee's. If I could give no stars I would. First let me say that I have been a customer of this establishment since it opened. I am so disappointed by how it has gone down hill in recent months. No one there seems to care about service or food quality. Today my family and I waited 30 minutes for a meal where two out of the three orders were wrong in addition to being inedible. My husband became violently ill several hours after eating his meal. None of us will be back and we are all 16 year customers. What a shame. read more

What else can you expect from a place that calls itself a Luv-Inn Diner? Luv-Inn food of course! Mil Lee's is located in the 3 blocks that is Yardley cutesey downtown area. All the historical charm of the nieghborhood is condensed nicely into this diner. There are lots of locals, and my hubby and I as the token Latinos, having a calm breakfast on a weekend. There is plenty of seating and no wait, which was lovely and unheard of in places nearby like Charcoal. Promptly our strong coffee was poured and our server put in our order. There is nothing too fancy on the menu, just some hearty American food that will get you through the day. My hubby orderd the blueberry pancakes which he wasn't too fond of, but I thought had good fluffy texture, just no umpf to them. I ordered a breakfast platter that came out cooked very well, with a side of hashbrowns with the works. Prices of the plates were standard to a diner, I think what really makes this place so charming is it's small country feel. Our service was decent, my coffee was always full and our food came to the table at a decent amount of time. This is very family friendly place, or a good place to have lunch and finish ready a good book. This is a great little local 'diner' (it's really in a converted house) that my wife and I love to go to for breakfast. It's friendly and the food is good. It's a nice way to spend a Saturday or Sunday morning having breakfast (I usually get the cream chipped beef over a corn muffin...I'm still waiting for them to put it on the menu) and my wife likes the pancakes or eggs. So Stopped in here on a Saturday morning for breakfast. It was packed and very loud. They have a out side where you can sit and have breakfast, there was a few people out there and it seemed a lot more quiet then on the inside, When you arrive Park in the back of Mil-Lee's they have a huge parking lot. And you can enter the Diner to from the back of the parking lot. Even though it was crowded I was still seated within about 5 minutes after arriving so that's still not too bad, Waited about 10 min just to be waited on at the Table, another 5 min for my coffee and 15 min for my food. So average of 30 min for everything. Still think for a place that gets the business that this places does for a weekend they can add few more waiters. I wound up getting the weekend specials for $6.50, The Pecan French toast with bacon. It was delicious, Gives you 3 nice size peices of French toast with 3 peices of bacon. Definitely enough food. Coffee was okay. Nothing to wow over. Other then the service, everything was good. I will definitely be back for breakfast again. Just will be on weekday morning... read more

5 of us went for lunch. I waited over an hour for my sandwich. 1/2 the table food came 15-20 minutes before mine. Then my husband's food came about 10 mins later then mine. While I had such a wait what a site to see the waitress pick a paper wrap up to choose a bagel. She dropped it on the floor and picked it up and used to still choose a bagel. Ewww gross. Matter of fact I was the last one to eat in the whole place lol. People entered after us and were served and left! My Reuben meat was so tough I couldn't cut some pieces with a knife. I had to pick it apart and eat by hand for the fork couldn't pierce it either. Ehhh taste wasn't overall bad but this place needs help. The dining area is extremely noisy, probably due to the bare walls, low ceiling, and formica flooring, there is a significant amount of background noise (think train station lobby), which I think would be very difficult on many seniors with hearing issues. At any rate, we took a table, no smiles from the "host", who brought us water and dropped a couple of menus on our table. Service was courteous but not real friendly as you might expect at a dining establishment, especially a "diner" which is usually overboard on that sort of thing. We ordered a hamburger and a BLT - seems pretty basic to me, but took maybe 15 minutes for it to come out (a couple of other tables who were seated AFTER us received their food BEFORE us). Quality just OK. Not bad, but nothing to shout about. Asked for ketchup, server said "OK" then promptly forgot about it and we eventually had to get up to get it ourselves. Prices were OK, but overall experience was "Meh" - and my dining partner and I agreed that this place will be placed in the column marked "don't have to go there again ever". read more
