I was with Endymaniq since when they were still at the Costa Mesa location. I have been going there since Keita first did my hair, then I was hooked. After years of going to Keita, I moved with them to when they were in temporary status of finding a new salon (they were at one of those Sola salons, renting work space, for a while) to this Tustin location. However, sadly, the best best stylist is gone. Keita no longer works there because he switched career! I definitely loved the vibe, interior decor, and feel of the previous location because Keita was the main one who decorated and curated the salon. This Tustin location can be tricky! But you can't text/call your stylist if you get lost. I had Yuya twice after Keita left and it was okay. Last time I went to him, I wanted to color my whole hair and I thought he got it, but it came out he gave me highlights only. Oh well, the whole service was long so I didnt want to say anything. I think Miki is really good too, she is great with colors! Keita recommends her but It is strange if I go to Miki now since Yuya recommend himself to me and I went to try him twice... I would still recommend them to anyone who wants a good cut and color and service though. They are really good! Try to get Miki. read more

I made an appointment 1-2 days before and wasn't expecting them to be able to put me down but Yuya helped me out and mentioned if it's towards closing he can put me in! I immediately said yes and went inside with a warm greeting. I was a little nervous since I was cutting about 4-5 inches of my hair but he reassured me he will make it look good and even recommended me some similar hair color I was looking for. It was a 3-4 hour process but he didn't give me a single bit of exhaustion and felt like the whole process was about an hour since I enjoyed our conversation so much! Keita has always been a pleasure to have as a stylist. I've been coming for a couple of years now and I wish I had started coming sooner. For years I was loyal to another salon in Irvine which started well but fell downhill FAST after they became popular (too popular for their own good). They compromised quality and attention for quick turnover and after three visits in a row which resulted in worse and worse service (the final visit involving being BURNED THREE TIMES because the "stylist" was too distracted by the client load), I decided to leave them for good and make Mil Hair my new regular spot. Prior to that, I had come twice just to get a feel for the place. Though both Keita and Miki are good, I prefer Keita because his demeanor and overall presence is more natural and calm (i.e. less talking). Keita's work is meticulous and he is consistent in his service and product. His attention and memory are also impressive and he exercises honesty and patience when discussing what you might want to do or try with your hair. I appreciate his business sense in addition to his workmanship. The salon itself is very clean, bright, and open. There is no chaos and there's no mess ever to be found. He keeps the stations and floors wiped down and swept. The music is not loud and the waiting area is a couch and a coffee table which feels like a living room. Parking is easy and free and if you come early, ask for some water or coffee while you wait. Thank you, Keita. I hope to send you more business in the near future. read more

I followed Mie from a nail salon 3 minutes away from my house, the drive is about 25 minutes now and beyond worth it. I absolutely adore Mie and her passion for her art and life is inspiring. Japanese Hairstylist YUYA is the best stylist and I'm so lucky to have found him in Orange County. Very gentle counseling and asking me how I take care of my hair etc... very professional. Yayu did great with his Organic Head Spa service. The scenery is great and very comfortable! There is nice background music playing, you can hear the beautiful birds singing from outside, very peaceful atmosphere the you can really relax to when getting your scalp/head massage.
