Clean, beautiful salon. But very brusque, unfriendly staff. Pedicure was good in the end, but she continually shoved and pushed my feet around. Very brusque and forceful. Never had a pedicure like that. Nothing relaxing or soothing about a pedicure here!! Quite the opposite. But toes looked good when she was done. Just wondering if it's all worth it. SNS finger nails looked nice in the end, but two cuts into my skin under nail tips due to overly aggressive filing. Have been treating with Neosporin since that appointment. My experience at the spa was very very pleasant. They are working on a remodeling their shop. Once that is finished it will be lovely. Anna is the young lady I used for the very first time for my nails. She did a very good job they looked lovely and after 10 days they still look nice. I had acrylics and she knew what she was doing. This salon is great!! If you can, ask for Tammy. She is so kind and a great conversationalist. I had a great SNS manicure done by her. I was late to my appointment, which I made the day of and they easily stayed late and accommodated my lateness. The prices are great! This nail salon is my favorite! I travel 45 minutes every 3 weeks for Anna to do my SNS manicures. I have tried numerous other nail salons closer to my house, from the most expensive to the hole-in-the-wall shops, and none of them can match the quality of care and service that Milady Nails provides every time I go. Their pedicures are really great, too. They are very meticulous with each step of the service, and the foot/leg massage portion seems to be longer than the ones I have gotten from other salons. If my nails didn't grow so quickly I most likely wouldn't have to return every 2-3 weeks, because the SNS never chips or breaks off, and I work (very clumsily) with my hands more than the average person. Go to Milady, you will never need to find another nail salon. read more

I found the salon able to take me immediately, but had a very lackluster experience. The nail tech wanted to soak my feet the whole time to where my skin pruned, he barely trimmed the cuticles and had to go back after I pointed out my nails were not yet ready to be painted (his coworker agreed), my nails were not shaped well so that he had to file them more after they were painted. Overall I found it very sloppy and not at all worth the cost. I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

I've been going to Milady for over 3 years now and love them! I get my nails done with gel polish every 2 weeks and a pedicure when needed. Tom and his wife are awesome! Rose also does a very professional job and is THE person to go to if you need a special manicure with pictures or different colors...she's an artist! I just left this salon and I'm so sad to say it was terrible. I took my little girl and her friend and the service we received was awful. We made an appointment but we could not get our nails finished within a two hour time limit due to the employees leaving us to go work with other customers who was just walk-ins. It took 2 hours for a pedicure and two little ones to get a pedicure and their finger nails just painted. I was appalled by their prices and customer service. Sadly, I will not be back to Miilady nail place. ( I didn't mention the bug that was crawling in the spa massage chair) read more

RUN! The business obivously changed ownership in the last five months. I was in there today and the technicians are either sleeping on the couches or eating in the hallway with their children. The manager notices a car pulling up with two professionally dressed people with clip boards and paper work coming into the business. I love this place. My daughter and I go in periodically for pedicures, they let my 7 year old sit in a chair beside me (as long as they're not super busy) and we have a great time. Everyone working there is very nice and friendly. My daughter loves the attention she gets. One of the women does some really fun nail art. We truly feel pampered there. read more

Worst service.. I called about an hour before closing and got there 45 mins before closing ... I didn't wait long as there was only 2 only customers there. Some of my friends go to this nail salon so I thought "how bad could it be?" I should have turned around and left as soon as I walked in. The floor beside my chair was filthy. TERRIBLE!!!! We recently moved out of Sandy Springs into Roswell, and I just couldn't find time to get down to Hammond Nails (mistake #1) so I stopped into this local nail shop. It must have been about 100 degrees inside, and I was told to "sit down and wait" for someone to do my pink and white fills. About 15 minutes later, a girl called me over to her work station. She then got up, walked away, and about 10 minutes later came back, waving me over to another station. All in all, the fill was terrible. She made the white so thick, and when I asked her to please make it thinner, she said "too late, it's dry." She rushed through the fill and jumped out of her seat like it was on fire when we were done. I literally had to track someone down and ASK if I could pay. I will NEVER go here again. read more

Absolutely shocked at the previous review. My daughter and I go to this salon all of the time and they are busy, but give fantastic service and do a fantastic job. The owner is very sweet and extremely friendly, tries to engage in conversation with all of the clientele, and remembers you every time you come in. The facials and massages are phenomenal as well. I have been to many nail salons in both Georgia as well as in the local Roswell area, and I would highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants a very relaxing experience. read more

Hi. I went here for the first time yesterday. Upon arrival, I noticed that the salon isn't clean. If I didn't need them done yesterday, I would've left due to the lack of cleanliness. My appointment for SNS was at 6pm. A tech that was doing someone's pedicure came over at about 6:20 to put the cotton & foil on my nails. She didn't wash her hands. Also, no one acknowledged my wait time. Also, she didn't smile or greet me. They had to call in a tech that wasn't working that day. Once she arrived, she started with another person that walked in after me. Once she got to me, the SNS didn't dissolve yet because the person before her didn't put enough acetone. Also, the heated hand sleeves weren't hot. Therefore, I had to wait longer for her to put more acetone on cotton/nails. My nails weren't done until 8pm. The work is messy. She didn't file properly. Also, there was something on one of my nails that I pointed out to her & instead of trying to fix it, she said it would "file" off. Of course, it didn't. On the way home, while driving, I noticed one of my thumb nails was cracked. Now, I have to go back, probably for a new set because I'm worried that my other nails may crack. There was another tech that appeared more skilled, so I hope that she can fix my nails. The two stars are because the tech was pleasant. Yet, I don't plan to return or refer this place to anyone. read more

I LOVE this salon. The place is beautiful, with nice, massaging chairs and spa baths for feet. The staff is very hospitable and kind and do a GREAT job with my french pedicure and also on my regular manicures. They also do facial waxing and AWESOME shoulder/arm massages. Had a couple roaches crawling across the ground.

I have been here several times and had good experience with nails and waxing in the past; however, I got my eyebrows done this weekend and now have a first degree burn on my eyelid because the wax was so incredibly hot. The lady then put an alcohol based cleanser on the burn followed by baby oil. It felt like lightening bolts!! Suffice it to say, I will not go back again. read more

Just HORRIBLE!! I just left this place with a friend, my little girl and her friend. We made an appointment for 2:30, two hours later, they barely had finished my daughters manicure. There was a roach crawling around in the pedi chair which I didn't mention to them but ewwww! It was not busy when we walked in and instead of working on our pedi's and mani's, they moved onto two ladies that were walk-ins. I should also mention that I had orignially called them to ask if they catered to children and specifically asked if they had childrens chairs. They had none of it but I am willing to give anyone a chance if the service is good. I got a regular pedicure which they charged me $22 for. My regular salon does a deluxe pedi and mani for $30-$40 that includes a massage. The woman at Milady asked if I'd like a massage, I said yes thinking it was inclusive. UMM NO, I was charged $10. We left and will not be returning. I should have read the reviews on here before going but now I know and so do you. read more
