After listening to the 'symptoms', he advised me to first contact the company to see if they would send parts before he made his initial visit and charged a consultation fee. Saving me money even before I officially became a customer. The company sent the more commonly 'breakable' parts. We scheduled an appointment based on the delivery date and I arranged for my husband to be home to help move the king size mattress. The day before the planned repair, my husband's work schedule changed and he could not be available. I called Brian to see if we would need to reschedule but he said we'd keep the original appointment and he would find a helper. He arrived promptly the next day and worked through trouble-shooting the electronic parts sent. Unfortunately the problem turned out to be one of the motors which is rare. He called the company and arranged for the motor to be shipped to my home. It arrived at 2:00 PM the day before my surgery. I called Brian and he said that if I were able to call after I got home the next day from surgery, he would work me into his schedule. I called him around 11:00 and he came at 4:00 and had my bed working in 30 minutes and I could use my bed the night of surgery. Brian is dependable, reliable and provides extraordinary service.

We could see that a ramp would be impossibly long, and it would be difficult to find a location for an elevator. We thought a stairlift would not work because the stairs coming up from the garage had no landing and a door at the top of the stairs. After months of stress trying to figure out a solution ourselves, I found EZ Mobility Solutions on the internet. I wanted a company that could install any of the options that would avoid stairs: ramps, elevators, lifts and stairlifts. Daniel Foss came to our home. He was very caring. He walked around the house and the property with us and listened to our thoughts about all the options. To our great relief, he showed us that a stairlift would work, and would be a very affordable option. In the end we decided to install a less expensive brand of stairlift using a local company that would not need to travel as far if service was ever needed. However, I was very impressed with Daniel, and we never would have known that a stairlift would be the best option for our home without Daniel's help. Mobility Plus is among the best companies out of thousands with whom I have done business over the…read morelast fifty years. For more than four years, I searched the Eastern United States for a company that could provide me (84 and partially disabled) with a way to easily load my electric scooter in my SUV. I found none, except Mobility Plus! Companies other than Mobility Plus, even local ones, wanted to sell me a fully automated "mobility van", a converted Chrysler Pacifica, Toyota Sienna, or Honda Odyssey modified with automatic ramps and doors for $70,000-$85,000; too expensive and too prone to malfunction with all the switches and electrical devices (an over-kill for my condition). What I needed was something simple to load an assembled electric scooter into my SUV with little physical effort, something far less expensive. So, I decided to revert back to my employment years as a heavy equipment design engineer (I could find nothing ready to purchase) Researching on the Web, I selected an interior hoist system manufactured by Bruno Independent Living Aids, Inc. and also selected a rare passenger van with an unusually tall and wide cargo area, a Ford Transit Connect. The local mobility dealer in my city was not interested in installing a lift, so I phoned Bruno (the lift manufacturer) who suggested that Mobility Plus in Salem Virginia (fifty miles away) was a Bruno dealer and could help me. To my surprise, Clay Highberger, owner of Mobility Plus and his Son, Scott, were very positive and willing to help me "put together" my custom disability van. Clay researched the vehicle confirming the hoist suitability, gave me a fair price, and ordered a Bruno AWL-150 Wheelchair Lifter. Finding this willing installation dealer provided the green light to take the financial ($37,000) plunge and have the local ford dealer find me a new, well-equipped Transit Connect Passenger Van. They found a new plush LXT in two days and had it shipped in from a neighboring state (I traded my 2020 Mercedes GLA-250 SUV with only 1100 miles (too small to accommodate the scooter) Disabled, I had no way to get the new Transit Connect van from Lynchburg to Mobility Plus in Salem. Going out of his way to help, Clay at MP arranged to have someone drive to my city, bring my van to his shop, and return it to me the next day with the work completed (for a modest transportation price). My all-new custom designed mobility van (a total investment of $39,000) works great! It is easy and safe to use and will keep me mobile for many years. Without Clay and Scott at Mobility Plus, there would have been no solution. Thank God for individuals willing to go out of their way to help an old guy solve a major health issue even though the sale was a small one. John A Lynchburg, VA
