I live in Pennsylvania and needed a new car because a new driver in family had recently totaled my 2009 BMW X5 that I loved. I called around to several dealerships for a couple of weeks near me and no one could really help me because my insurance claim / credit issue were still in process of being resolved, but I really needed a car. So I decided to branch out and call dealerships in NJ and it was the same issue. No one was willing to help unless I had a huge deposit to put towards a deal. Finally, I called Milan Motors and explained my situation to Sarah and she believed that her and the owners may be able to help me. So I drove 2 hours to get there and was pleasantly surprised on how many great vehicles they had, that were perfect replacement options for me. I could not be any happier with how quickly Sarah and the owners were able to help me resolve my unique insurance / credit issue. Because they helped me purchase a beautiful 2012 BMW X6, that is now my favorite car I have ever owned, and I get compliments on it all of the time. I was so impressed with how Sarah and the owners were able to support me and the work they put into making a deal, that I returned two weeks later and traded in my wife's car and bought her a 2013 Audi R5. They gave her a very fair trade-in on a 2006 Mercedes R Class even though it had very high miles. My wife and I are really happy with her car as well. So if you are an honest buyer looking for a great used car and maybe need a little help with supportive financing options, I would highly recommend you call or visit Milan Motors. And make sure you get there quickly when you see a vehicle you like on their website, because they move fast. Buyer beware. I bought a car here (Buick Encore) and it's been an ongoing money pit from precisely when lemon law was out of effect, which was about 30 days after my purchase. A tire went right away and needed to get the oil changed from the jump. Milan did give me what they would pay at cost, but since then the turbo charger went, the oil gasket broke, the belt went, the battery went, and then the fuel sensor wire went. I'm over $5,000 out of pocket after my purchase, so be aware y'all will have to factor in the same expenses on top of the car cost. I know buying a used car is a roll of the dice, but this is too much and not just costs - I have been at the mechanic's 6+ times since purchase (over 6 months). Trip wasted. Drive over an hr to see a Taycan. I had spoken with the guy over the phone the day before and he asked about credit, down payment etc. Well I drive all the way out there and he wouldn't even let me test drive the Taycan. Telling me it was a showroom car so you have to be approved first before they would let you test drive it lol. Tried to tell me it's because it's a 70k car (a used Taycan with that man miles is not 70k or they would've been trying to sell it for more than the 39k it was listed for). It makes no sense for me to run several hard checks on my credit for a car I may not like. A soft check prequal I could maybe understand. He tried to say it was because my down payment and all was lower. Funny part is my down payment can always increase. I had up to 15k to put down but I'm never starting at my max. Plus I can lease a brand new one with 12k down and I've already been approved for that. I will thank them for not wasting my time sitting there for hours though. read more

I bought a car less than a year ago and my car was leaking water all over the place the brakes were not good they were shaking. Once you take the car off the market and something happens to it they will not be responsible for any damage to the car due to defects or factory faults. Worst experience.rubbish read more

DO NOT COME HERE especially if you're a SERIOUS BUYER with CASH. Service was the WORST I've ever experienced with a dealership. I read the terrible reviews around them gouging you with their finance fees prior to calling which I didn't take too seriously as I was paying cash. I call them a week ago to see a vehicle virtually, as I'm out of state. They ask how I'm paying and I tell them cash. They tell me they'll have someone call me that day. No call.. A couple days go by and I get an automated message around "earning" my business. I reply saying they could show me the vehicle..... they call me and tell me they'll have someone call me that day. no call... Days go by and I call to try one last time. I speak with the manager who assured me I'd be reached out to that day. No call... I call them one last time and they can finally "squeeze me in" to see the car, stating nobody had bought it yet. They finally show me the vehicle, and I tell them I'd like to purchase and put a deposit down. They AGAIN ask how I'm paying and I say cash. They tell me I'll get a call back shortly to solidify the sale. Hours go by and I get a message saying they sold the vehicle... This entire experience was outrageous. I speculate some of the other reviews I read are true, and this dealership capitalizes on fee gouging those who finance. read more

This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had buying a car. Recently came here to purchase a 2012 ford explorer that i saw on their website. Lets just say god was showing me signs not to buy this vehicle the moment i test drove it, i still gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was smooth but the check engine light was on. I work for a mechanic shop so i know things like this happen and i know the fixes it needs. I told them everything it needs for it to be done. So i couldn't take the car off the lot. I get the car 9 days later "fixed". I received the vehicle without transmission oil with a half a quart of oil missing no coolant. Next day i put the car on the lift at my job and see that theirs 3 separate leaks. One on the trans box, oil was leaking into the air filter and fluids leaking on the right front axle. They stated that they changed the breaks and the front breaks were destroyed. I couldn't believe my eyes after waiting 9 days to receive my car they did absolutely nothing to fix anything. The price for the car is unfair with all the fixes it needs. I wouldn't blame the people at the dealer because they do not work on the vehicle but they need to fire their mechanic asap! I dont really like leaving reviews because i dont really care but this experience was just too much to not share. read more

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. First off, when I went to the dealership I saw a car I liked which was listed at $23,000 and when I decided to finance it they raised the price to $31,799,88 which is a huge scam and a rip off. I honestly feel so stupid to have gone to this dealership and getting hit with huge hidden fees! Do not buy a car here if you don't wanna get ripped off and scammed. I put $11,000 down to my balance since I did not have the whole amount of money and they did not even put that down into the balance but most likely kept it to themselves. I made a 1pm appointment with Daryle. I came in for my appointment, he was not prepared or had any idea who I was. He then started arguing with his colleague because clearly Daryle did not want to show me the cars I researched, called , and was there to buy cash in hand. So back and forth they go on who is gonna basically "waste their time with me" and finally settle convinces the other young gentleman to show me , who then proceeds to tell Daryle "f**k you" . If I could give them a negative review I would. The car I went for was listed at ~$10,900 (I don't want to give the wrong figure so I've rounded to the hundred below the actual price). The upcharge brought what would have been my total purchase price to ~$14,800. They literally tried to sell me a vehicle at 35% above the listing price. It's bait and switch. They tried explaining to me that this was how it was at all dealerships currently, so I stopped listening and left. I found a better car with a lower purchase price of $10,495. After fees, it came to $11,893. If this is your first purchase, I highly advise you to go somewhere else. They are trying to take advantage of you. And a tip to everyone who checks reviews: If they are rated under 4.6/5 you shouldn't go there, regardless of what's being sold (product or service); especially if they have over 200 reviews. This place is a joke! Dave was great to work with other then that Watch out for their hidden fees . When you post a price online I expect you to honor that price and not add BS fees. At least tell me before I go in there. You don't tell me after I work out a deal and hit me at the end. Total waste of my day. I understand tax and motor vehicles.
