This is my most favorite place to go for pedicures!! I love how they serve complimentary drinks and include warm herbal neck pillows with the service. I really appreciate the little details. Kim is the absolute best!! I saw another review stating that she "cleans your toes like it's hers," and they were not lying!! I used to get Russian pedicures but don't feel like I need them after finding Kim. She is so detail-oriented and really goes above and beyond. Kim is so intuitive and anticipates your needs to ensure that you are the most comfortable. I always feel so taken care of when I see her and always look forward to her pedicures. Not only is she amazing at her work, but she is so kind and has great energy. Management, please give Kim a raise if you are reading this. She is such a gem!! I sincerely only return because of Kim. One caveat / note to management -- there may be a wait at times if you request a specific person. My appointments have been starting later than usual and haven't been honored at the exact time which isn't ideal. I'd take off one star for that but want to give the 5 stars to Kim. read more

Staff is friendly and very accomodating. Got the jelly pedicure which was heavenly. I got sensory issues and surprisingly this was sooooo satisfying omg it turns the water you have your feet in into jelly. I got the gel pedicure which was $15 extra for any pedicure you choose. I absolutely love this nail salon! I come all the way from LA because the quality of the service and the comfortable atmosphere make it worth the drive every time. They have so many talented nail techs, which is one of the things I appreciate most. My personal favorites are Nicky and Mia, my sister goes to Kayala, and even my best friend and her mother have each found their own favorite techs here. That says a lot about the consistency and quality of the entire salon. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the seating is comfortable, and they offer complimentary drinks, which makes the experience feel even more enjoyable. I also love the convenience. I can call ahead and make an appointment with little to no wait, but I've also walked in and still received great service. Most importantly, the quality of the work is excellent. My nails last until I'm ready to come back, and they are always able to recreate the designs and services I ask for. I never feel like I have to settle for something simpler than what I wanted. If you're looking for a nail salon with talented technicians, great customer service, beautiful work, and a relaxing atmosphere, I highly recommend giving them a try. I didn't have appointment. I just walked in. I happened to get there right when they opened the customer service was excellent the place is extremely clean. It got busy fairly quickly and from what I observed, they are attentive with all customers and just great customer service all around I will most certainly return. This place came recommended by a friend and I decided to give it a try and get the express pedicure since that is what my friend gets. I tried speaking up to the woman doing my nails asking if she got all the dirt/grime from the sides of my big toe nails and she said she did. I walked out and after my toes were done drying I was able to see what a low quality job this was. There was no shaping and polish on my skin. I did go back to speak up and another woman cleaned up the polish but would not admit they did not look good. The woman sitting next to me had such beautiful pedicure that looked drastically different. I also went home and found this under the sides of my toe nails. read more

I've been to this place like 6 times and I go because honestly they're super fast and always available but the nail technicians are consistently rude. If you don't care about ppl being nice then definitely go but they talk about you right in front of you while servicing you, they smack your feet into the pedicure bowl, they roll their eyes if you ask a question.. like I've never had a particularly good experience here but it always gets the job done. You're in and out quickly at least! I do think today was my last time coming, Winnie was so rude to me I actually asked her if I was upsetting her for some reason? She laughed it off then continued to talk about me to the nail tech right next to her. My niece referred me to this place after I saw how cute her nails were, and I was very pleasantly surprised. SERVICE REQUESTED I came in for a pedicure and they had so many wonderful options. Although it was busy I was seated immediately. They immediately offered me a seat in a comfortable chair that could massage me while I got acclimated and decided what I wanted to get. They then offered me cold bottled water, and champagne in a golden chalice and a warm neck/shoulder pillow while I sat. My nail tech talked me through a couple of options based off what I told her I liked. I got the milk and honey pedicure and it was amazing. I felt so well taken care of. QUALITY IT WAS AMAZING. My nail tech did a wonderful job and I felt so pampered. It was great spa vibes. There was tv in case we wanted to watch. It was an entire experience worth every single penny and I will DEFINITELY be returning. Also my pedicure lasted for weeks until I could go get it done again. VIBE They kept the champagne flowing and provided a wonderful service the entire time. The staff were very nice and friendly. The shop was very lovely, clean, and had great energy. All in all it was a 10/10 Bonus Points: They asked my birthday when I signed up for their check in. Around the time of my birthday, they sent me a coupon to get my nails done at a discounted price because it was my birthday. That made me really happy. Depending on your services. Yes for pedicures no for nail sets. This place is great if you want a pedicure. . I had a fungus on my toe which the medicine was not getting rid of but they were able to get rid of it and it never came back. Afterwards I had a problem with my foot for about a year because I was stung by a sting ray. The pedicure they gave me relaxed my foot and got rid of the pain that was going through my foot still. The pedicures are great & they really know what they are doing in that sense. However, my last couple nail sets have not been good. My nail underneath completely cracked and it was very painful. All the way across and it was bleeding after it fell off. Sometimes that happens though and its rare so I went back to get my nails done again. After one week, half my nail broke off (on a different nail), and then after the 2nd week 2 nails fell off. Plus another nail cracked underneath. I have never had nails fall off so quickly from a salon. I would not recommend getting nails done here. I would give 2.5 stars if I could, because I feel like that's fair ... half for great toes, half points for horrible nails. read more

I've been a loyal customer at Milano for the past two years. I initially saw Jojo, who always did a nice job, although my nails typically lasted about two weeks. One day when Jojo wasn't available, I booked with Monica. I was impressed -- the quality of her work was excellent, and my nails lasted three weeks without lifting or breaking. Because of that, I began seeing her regularly. Unfortunately, despite her skill, Monica consistently brings a negative attitude to every appointment. She is extremely rough and lacks any warmth or kindness in her demeanor. I've tried to overlook it because her work holds up well, but today was the final straw. I left the salon before she could touch me. The eye rolls and dead tone did it. If she is so miserable, maybe she should do something else! I simply refuse to tolerate that kind of energy any longer. I drive a considerable distance and pay a premium for quality service, and it's disheartening that professionalism and basic courtesy are not part of the experience. It's truly a shame, as I was a regular and had hoped for better. read more

Review This place has honestly been hit or miss for me. I went in today to have my daughter's and my nails and toes done. I'll admit that I'm particular about my nails, but I'm respectful, I don't cause problems, and my requests are always reasonable. During my service, I accidentally hit my nail twice while putting it under the UV lamp and asked for three coats of polish. After the second time I hit my nail, the technician asked if I still wanted three coats, and I said yes. When I explained that I had hit the nail again, she rolled her eyes so dramatically that I had to address it and say, "All of that wasn't necessary. If there's an issue with doing my nails, you can let me know and have someone else finish them." I didn't get her name, but she was wearing a black Van Cleef & Arpels necklace. At the end of the day, getting your nails and toes done is not inexpensive. Regardless of how particular a customer may be, if something happens during the service, I expect it to be fixed without attitude or disrespect. Unfortunately, my nails haven't been the same here since Liz left, and after today's experience, I think it may finally be time for me to find somewhere else. I'm willing to pay for good service, but professionalism and basic courtesy should come with it. read more
