I had a wonderful experience at Milan Nails! Jennifer and Melanie were absolutely great. They took their time and did an amazing job on both my nails and my pedicure. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The salon was clean and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Jennifer and Melanie at Milan Nails!

Nice. Sara did my manicure she did an amazing job! And was very helpful 10/10 ; on the other hand the men working the front need to fix their attitudes and learn proper customer service:) when I'm enjoying my time at the nail salon the last thing I need is a grown man trying to intimidate for no apparent reason completely unacceptable.

If you're looking for an upgraded pedi experience then look no further! My first time here. My bestie treated me with the 24K pedi for my birthday and it was an amazing experience. It was a busy Sunday afternoon but the staff is very friendly and attentive. They serve complimentary drinks and snacks. Pedi seats are comfy. My tech seemed to be new possibly because we both had the same pedis and my friend's tech was working on her feet 10-15 before mine arrived. She also seemed scared to really get in there with the massage but overall the whole experience made up for it. The salon is fairly new, upbeat and very clean. We noticed they have a cleaning crew that comes up behind rather than having the techs clean up.

Vannie did my nails. She was really nice and made sure I liked the shaping and design. The decor was cute, Easter themed. The salon didn't smell overwhelming of chemicals, but it was very warm. She put a big fan on me to cool off. I got gel x for the first time with a french tip and blue bow design. She asked how I liked everything and I did, that was my fault for not asking for a lighter base color. Overall the total was $95. I also had a drink & snack which I'm sure added to the base rate of $65 for gel x. I would go back!

I love this place. I come every 2 weeks!!! Bri is my absolute favorite and I always get what I need!!! It's always clean and everyone always is very friendly!!!

Very pleasant experience! It's a bit of a cramped space, but the staff is very efficient and skilled. I got the honey and milk pedicure, which was really relaxing and left my feet and legs smelling wonderful.

Added to this review about* 40 minutes later * They said they would give me a gift card for the review I left, the called me and apologized about what happened. I will not remove the review but I would like to add they said they were willing to remove that tech off my service for good and that they would apologize with a $50 gift card off my nails. I went in for what I thought would be a simple refill, but the experience quickly turned frustrating. The first tech was incredibly impatient and rude, from the beginning he treated me like I was the one being payed to do my nails and not the person paying. However, the moment I asked for his opinion and mentioned trying out different things, his attitude got more aggressive. When I asked for his input on something, he responded with, "Ahh, you want that?" in the most condescending tone. I was paying a lot, so of course, I wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. After he finished shaping the nails, I noticed the colors were completely off and didn't match at all. I politely asked for a full refill since, again, if I'm being charged a lot, I deserve to get what I'm happy with. That's when he became visibly irritated and passed me off to another tech, as if my request was unreasonable. At one point, a lady actually came up to me and quietly told me that the first tech had a bad temper and that he needed to switch me to someone else. It all felt so abrupt--he grabbed my things and practically shoved me off to another tech without a word. The whole situation was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and I was left feeling like I had done something wrong when all I wanted was to be happy with the service I was paying for. Thankfully, the second tech was incredibly sweet, and I felt more at ease with her. But then came the pricing. They initially told me the refill would be $45, which was fine , and I was willing to pay. What they didn't tell me was that they would also charge for reshaping, even though they only fixed the acrylic and didn't actually reshape the nails. By the time they added the reshape fee, it was $55, and on top of that, they charged me another $25 for a very basic French tip. In the end, I paid $80 for nails that, while they turned out nice, weren't worth the hassle or the price. To make matters worse, the whole time, I could feel the other techs watching me and talking about me, like I was the one being difficult. I went out of my way to speak kindly and respectfully to everyone, but I left feeling like I was treated unfairly and judged. It was a really disappointing experience overall. The front desk ladies were super friendly and I loved them but the first tech shouldn't be around people who are paying a lot of money to get their nails done. I understand customer service is hard when you're having a hard day but be aware of that and don't rub it off on another person who did nothing wrong. I've worked customer service before and not once took it out on another person even when I had a terrible day.

I've been waiting to try Milano out since I seen signs coming soon. I came on their grand opening, which was a bit hectic. I did not expect anything less. Most staffs were friendly and some looked overwhelmed. My sister and mother opted the diamond pedicure. During our pedicures I noticed we did not get our neck pillows, my sister asked her tech and she said they ran out but she will go see if there were any available. She came back with three pillows. :) My mother and I decided to get our nails done. We chose dipping powder. Our nail techs were great, we wished we remember their names. Overall great experience for the most part. A bit unorganized, which was a given on their grand opening. read more

My nail tech did a very good job at the very first time of my visit. But, when I made another appointment for a second time with the same person/same services. I was NOT very happy with her job, feel rushing and look kinda dull , broken/fell off within 2 weeks. Also, I always gave 20% for gratuity, but found out she extra charge on the exact same service that I have before + included tip on some of the service already! Feel like they will ripped customer off when we started to trust them. **Please be careful with their charges because some services on menu already included tip ! ** you will give them double tip at the end. read more

I was a walk in today and Tina was the one that did my pedicure. I have been here a few times before and usually had a good experience. Today it started out ok, and I even overlooked Tina getting up AFTER she started the timer for my 7 minute massage to go get me another hot neck wrap, until she kept trying to up-charge me during my service. I requested a Halloween design and instead of informing me that she was unable to draw what I showed her a picture of, after drawing the spider web, when I noticed she was applying the clear coat, I asked her if she was going to draw the spider w/it and she replied that it would be an extra 5$. An extra 5$ to draw a spider w/ the spider web that was already drawn on my nail. Mind you, this was after already telling me she could not do the design without using shellac so that was already an extra 8$ added to my service plus the per nail design fee. But to draw a spider web and request that I pay an additional 5$ to draw the spider is diabolical. If you drew a Christmas tree on my nail would I have to pay an additional 5$ for you to draw the star on top? Needless to say, I'll be back on a mission to find somewhere that doesn't haggle pricing with their customers over every possible reason they can find. Do better Milano Nail Spa. 63$ for this. Regular polish on all but my big toes. Edited (and added a star back) to say: they ended up taking off 7$ when I checked out after I spoke w/the lady at the front about the 5$ spider. So I paid 56$ instead of 63$, read more

I came in today for gel pedicure. After wait 10mins, no one take care of my service. Otherwise, a people come after me is having their service right away. So what happen w a receptionist in there? I'm going to the front and asking them why I need to wait for 10mins. They said let's them check. And after 3-4mins more, still no one then I'm leaving. It's really really bad service at all and without saying sorry to customer. read more

If you are looking for spa paradise then here it is. I absolutely love the ambiance at this Milano. This is my second time here and I got a gel full set and shellac pedicure. Mai did my nails are they are so chic. I showed her what I wanted with a mixture of two different sets and she brought it to life. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure as well. I actually have no complaint as I was very satisfied with both services. read more

I've been going here a few times but this time the girl Bianca was so amazing. She was so kind and helped reassured to get gel x nails to help have a more natural nail feel. She made sure to have me check my nails to make sure they felt okay and the sizes were good and shape and length. And the chrome she nailed it. I've tried chrome before in the past and other people over did it but she made the red nails look good with it! Also giving the advice about the gel x nails so thankful for. They feel like my normal nails and have had no issues with worrying about them coming off. read more

First time visitor. This place is absolutely beautiful inside. I had my previous dip removed and replaced with a fun blue color for summer. I failed to get the name of the lady who did them, but she did a wonderful job.... Took her time and made sure I was happy every step of the way (color, shape, length, etc) They have a HUGE selection of colors and fun drinks. Check them out! read more

Today is the last day I will visit Milano Nails, the grant location. I have been a customer here since this salon opened. I have never had a problem with the skills of the nail techs and I am not complaining now. However, todays services cost 177.00. I got a milk and honey pedicure which was 50.00, however the shellac, French and design on my toes pushed that price to 85.00. I came in for a refill on my nails, but was told by the technician that they were all lifting. (I only knew of 1 lifting, that got caught on a dog kennel). However, I agreed to a soak off and just an overlay no new tips, same design as my toes. 92.00 was my total. I have had these same services here previously and have never paid this much. I will not be back. read more

Recently I had a not so great experience with the shellac polish. I wrote a honest review and they were so quick to reach back out to me and apologize for the service and quickly offer to redo my nails for free. I came in today and my tech MIA was amazing. She's so sweet and pretty and really cares about attention to detail on the nails. She recommended I do acrylics and I went with it and I just had to pay the difference from what the price of the acrylics are and they came out so good and I'm very happy with their customer service to make sure every client is happy at the end of the day. Had a 5:pm with Emma received a call at 4:30 stating her 4:pm was running late and refused to reschedule so they were forcing me to reschedule and I said no that's my appointment and the receptionist refused to reschedule her and forced me to cancel or reschedule so I canceled and I will never go there again and I was a regular customer. read more

I made an appointment for 3 mani/pedi's for dec 30th. I had 2 daughters in laws in town. I received a confirmation email immediately after making the appointment. Also received another confirmation email the morning of the appointment. Appointment was for 3:00. We arrived and were told to pick colors. 10 min later no one was noticing us so I asked about our services. They all looked around for another 5 minutes and finally were were taken to 3 chairs in the pedicure area. 2 one side, one person across the aisle. We were still sitting there at 4:00 and no one filled the water tub or came by to do our nails. Several workers came in and said they were working on finding people to do our nails. Meanwhile, a woman came in with her husband and sat across from me and they started doing their feet. I commented to a worker and the customer said, oh I have an appointment at 4. Finally 4.15-4:20 they started our feet. No one available to do manicures. I was very upset because this was an outing I planned with my family. The appointment ended and we left. The manager, who said nothing to us while I was complaining about the long wait in those chairs, checked us out and finally apologized. He gave me 10% off, but in my opinion that was not enough. I explained I was upset and received several confirmations via email. He said I should have requested workers and then they can plan ahead. I'm supposed to know 6 people who work there?? Why send me so many confirmations then? I had been a customer since Milano opened. Manicures and pedicures. I even recommended to my friends. I will not return, but have found another salon. This was my first visit with the manager there and working up front. Previous visits I dealt with other people and they were friendly and efficient. read more

I've been waiting for this place to open for a few weeks now as I live right down the corner. I had khanh for my nails and Helen for my pedicure. Both were absolutely fantastic. They paid attention to detail, took their time and were paying attention to my service. Beautiful salon and very friendly staff who want to make sure you're happy. They also offer different discounts on different days, for example military is on Tuesday for 10 percent. They have a few others as well. Wish it would've taken some pictures of the salon but I'll add some next trip. Highly recommend. read more

This place exceeded my expectations! Service was amazing and my nail tech Lyna did a great job! I'm always very skeptical when trying new nail places as I'm very picky about my nails, but Lyna listened to me when I told her what I wanted and executed exactly that. She's super sweet too! I'm only doing a 4 star because I had to come back twice for something that should have been done right the first time. Came in on a Saturday wanting to try the new builder gel everyone is talking about. When you walk in, you sign in and get welcomed by staff offering a drink. The place is so nice and clean and there's multiple nail techs so the wait is not long. They have a variety of color selection which makes you feel like you are in nail heaven. Once I got my nails done didn't take long before they started popping off. Literally like press ons. I was so upset because I had payed about 90 dollars to get such a beautiful set for only to last less than 24 hours. I came back the next day after work and kindly explained the situation and staff was quick to apologize which I appreciated because most nail places question your aftercare. They offered me a complimentary drink and although I waited 36 minutes, which I understood cause I was a walk in and there was many people with appointments, I was greeted by MIA who was amazing and caring. She was kind and took the time to hear me out. She also apologized and fixed my nails. Ended up getting a new set with the same design. I was not charged for a new set given that the previous set lasted less than 24 hours. Mia was wonderful so I did pay her a tip. Spend less than 2 hours in there and was out before I knew it. Highly recommend this place they take the time and effort to care about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will definitely come back to get a new set with Mia. read more

When I called to express my concern, the girl at the front desk (who unfortunately never seems friendly or welcoming) told me the extra charge was because I chose two powders. My issue isn't the additional charge itself--it's the complete lack of communication. Customers should always be told about extra costs before the service is performed, not surprised when they go to pay. If you're planning to visit this salon, be very careful. Even if you choose a service from their menu, ask if every option the technician suggests will cost extra. Otherwise, you may end up paying much more than you expected. Good customer service starts with honesty and clear communication. Unfortunately, I didn't receive either, and I won't be returning. Sad they have lost a great tipping customer.

Which is just a tactic to avoid accountability. I've been coming here for over a year, have gone through multiple stamp cards, and always use the same phone number. Yet when I came back about my pedicure, the rude lady at the front suddenly acted like my number "wasn't in the system" and like she couldn't recall my original visit for the pedicure and dip set I had literally gotten less than 24 hours before. The pedicure itself was horrible. The polish looked bad on every toe, and I came back just hoping they could at least fix the big toes. I was told the wait would be 30-45 minutes and ended up waiting over 2 HOURS just for the tech to attempt painting over the messed up polish instead of actually fixing it. When I questioned it, the tech said the front desk employee instructed her to do it that way. The entire experience was unprofessional and dismissive. And before they try to blame regular polish, I let my toes dry for 30 minutes at the salon and wore flip flops for over an hour afterward. From the pictures, it's obvious this was a bad paint job/layering issue, not something that got messed up after I left. There is no way you'd be able to tell this is a fresh pedicure. Basic customer service and a decent paint job shouldn't be too much to ask for.

I recently visited Milana Nail Salon @ Grant for a full set, and Fiona did an exceptional job. The check-in process was seamless; I simply entered my phone number into the kiosk, and my nail technician began right away. They offered complimentary alcoholic drinks and refills, which was a nice touch. I showed Fiona a picture of the design I wanted, and without hesitation, she got to work and delivered exactly what I envisioned. Previously, I had gone to the Cypress location, but unfortunately, the staff there didn't know how to achieve the look I wanted. I'm so glad I decided to switch to the Grant location. The salon was beautifully decorated with a Fourth of July theme, including a ceiling Christmas tree, which added a festive touch. The space was very spacious and clean, and all the workers were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it here. read more
