Instead, I was presented with an almost $8,000 estimate that included items completely unrelated to my concern, such as license plate lights, wiper blades, and power steering fluid service. I declined all repairs because I only came in for the A/C issue. What really bothered me was that after declining the work, I was charged for a "multi-point inspection" that was never discussed, requested, or authorized. At no point did my service advisor mention a fee for this inspection. Based on my experience, be very careful and review your invoice closely. It felt like an attempt to add charges after I declined the extensive repair estimate. I won't be returning.

They said it would take two hours, even though I had an appointment then it was 4 1/2 hours and as I drove it off the lot, I realized there was a wretched sound coming from my brake brakes. I took it back and waited another 2 1/2 hours, even though it was their fault and I had an appointment then they told me the brakes were installed in properly and they had done a very poor job. Eight hours of my life. The staff is trained very well and I do not blame them because they were all quite nice, but you can just feel the corruption in the system.

They sold me a car under the promise of a 20,000-mile maintenance warranty that was supposed to cover repairs, oil changes, and electrical issues -- but it was all a lie. After the first oil change, my car showed that the oil was still due. Then the check engine light came on shortly after. When I returned to get it fixed, they refused to cover it under warranty and charged me out of pocket. When I complained, I was treated with complete disrespect. Their secretary was rude, their staff was unprofessional, and no one seemed to care about what they promised me at the time of sale. I tried to resolve the issue again, and the staff got even worse. [One of their staff members shouted at me, got in my face, physically stepped on my foot, and tried to intimidate and bully me.] He cursed me out, disrespected me, and told me to get out of the office like I was trash. I have an amputated wrist, and I truly believe he was trying to take advantage of that to intimidate me. This was a disgusting experience. These people are not professional, not honest, and not safe to deal with. I will never forget the way I was treated. What they promised and what they delivered are two different things. He brings over a break down showing the out the door price at $18000. They did the $2500 for MSI fee... an MSI is $115. When we asked what the 2018 vehicle needed to pass inspection he changed the subject. It was weird. He said- what did you expect to pay on a 2018? Well, I expected to pay the advertised price plus taxes, tags, and a reasonable dealer fee. If you're going to put $2500 padded on all of your used cars, add it into the advertised price. People expect to pay taxes, tags, dealer fee but not $4k over advertised price then act like, what did you expect? It not the sales guys fault they probably get tired of people coming in expecting a great deal then they have to explain the additional $4000 in charges.
