    I took my Jeep Compass in for service several weeks ago because my battery kept dying. The man who…read morejumped my car informed me that there was an issue with my auxiliary battery. When I mentioned this to the gentleman at the front desk he was very rude and dismissive of this and told me everything was fine with the car and that his diagnostics test found nothing. I asked him to double check it and he claimed they still found nothing wrong. He was incredibly dismissive of my concerns and I am now sitting in my garage with yet another dead battery and AAA on the way because they wouldn't look into replacing what I already knew was wrong. I'm very unhappy and I'm now losing money at my own business because I cannot make it to work on time to meet with clients. Very poor service. Even if it is another issue, I don't appreciate the attitude from this man.

I tell him "This jeep most definitely has a second battery. I personally jumped it yesterday. A quick Google search will show you where it is." He then goes into this statement about how his machine is only 1 year old and catches everything and then basically becomes dismissive of the issue. We had our car towed to this location for a scheduled appointment to purchase four new tires. The tow truck driver left our key directly with the service manager, David. After waiting four hours, we called and spoke to David -- only to be told he had no idea where our key was and claimed he never received it. We had no choice but to drive to the location ourselves to find out what happened. When we arrived, another manager named Jared was there. Within minutes, Jared found the key right where it should have been -- in the envelope with our car's paperwork. Jared was professional, apologized sincerely, and offered compensation for our trouble. David, on the other hand, never once apologized and offered only $50 for the time, stress, and inconvenience his negligence caused us. The fact that our key was sitting in our file the entire time -- while David told us he had no idea where it was -- is simply unacceptable. Jared deserves recognition for how he handled the situation. David's conduct, however, fell far below any reasonable standard of customer service. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it accordingly. David should not be in management. David should be fired.
