Absolutely the WORST car wash I have ever been to. Bought the best car wash cleaning package. Car was dirty, still bugs on the windshield. Interior was not vacumned and the mats dirty. I was selling my VW last year and paid for their top-of-the-line detail job. When I picked it up, the interior and engine compartment looked great, but the exterior was not quite as good as I would expect at this price. Got home and found that they had gotten an oily substance all over the front half of the car and had to take it back the next day to be rewashed (either oil residue from when they cleaned the engine, or perhaps some kind of solvent). I sold the car the next day, but by the end of the week the poor buyer had all of the fabric separate from the door cards and several interior trim pieces magically fell off. By their own admission, Miles does not clean head liners due to the fragile nature of the underlying glue. It is pretty obvious that the cleansers they used were too harsh and ate away at the glue used for the door cards and trim, but the manager I spoke with told me that that would be considered a manufacturer's defect and I would have to speak to my dealer. What??? I don't care if the solvents you use work fine on other cars--how on earth is it VW's fault if your cleansers aren't appropriate for use on VW trim? Also (and this next one might be tough to prove), whatever oily substance was on the front of my car when I picked it up seemed to have ruined the surface of my headlight lenses. One of them was brand new, yet both were significantly hazy within a couple weeks of going to Miles Auto Spa. In conclusion, I am scared to go back to Miles Auto Spa. My old detailer in Detroit did better work for the price Miles charges, and they have never damaged my car like these guys did. I wasn't even looking for monetary gain since my car had already been sold--all I really wanted as an apology and a willingness to admit to what they did, but they were adamant that they did nothing wrong. read more

This was my second visit to this car wash. The first time was fine. This time was pretty bad. I paid extra to have my floor mats taken out and washed. I have WeatherTech mats made especially for my truck. They told me my truck was done, I put my sunglasses on, get in my truck, drive off. I notice something is wrong with my truck. I pull off to the side of the road and see that my floor mats were not put back in correctly. The driver's side was under the brake pedal but OVER the gas pedal pressing in the gas continuously. I could have been hurt, someone else could have been hurt all because they didn't pay attention. That's not all....I fix the floor mats, drive about 10 minutes and realize the two bags that were in the extended cab of my truck are no longer there. I call Miles and a girl starts giggling when I tell her that my bags are missing. One bag had a $70 Vera Bradley purse in it. She puts me on hold and finally comes back to the phone. She says, "He said he put them in the bed of the truck. I don't know why." I again had to pull over, look in the bed of my truck. The bags are back tree but everything is scattered all over the bed. I tell her, "I hope nothing flew out." She starts laughing! I hang up with her and go gather my belongings. My Vera Bradley purse is completely ruined because the bed of my truck was soaking wet from the wash when he threw the bags back there. So from one trip there to pamper my truck, they could have caused a wreck from the floor mat and they ruined a $70 purse and they didn't vacuum very well. Worst service I have every gotten. They were trying to push a full detail on me for the dog hair in my car I opted out and said that I didn't want to do that. They barely vacuumed and didn't wipe down the back seats at all. There were still paw prints on the seats and dirt on the doors. The back of the SUV was not wiped down at all, and if they vacuumed the back, they did it with one hand, and without the vacuum actually touching the car. What a waste of money, I will NEVER go back there again, and tell everyone not to waste their money! I am so irritated. I was TREATING myself to a professional car wash, which I never do, and now I am going to have to do it all myself anyway. I never write reviews, but I'm so mad! read more

I went here to get a vehicle cleaned up for work. Vehicle wasn't very dirty to begin with, so I figured a quick wash and wipe down (M1 package is what I purchased) would do the trick. I was utterly blown away, and not in a good way. I'd walked into the store and up to the counter to pay, and was greeted by a young woman who could have been a bit more friendly. Perhaps she was having a bad day, so I let it be. There were 2 vehicles ahead of mine, and only one in the final prepping area where the vacuums are. After about 45 minutes, a handful of folks had come and gone before my vehicle was even touched. Not sure how the priority system works, but my vehicle was large, so I can only assume it was left until it couldn't be ignored any longer. after another 10-15 minutes had gone by, a young woman walked in to announce the vehicle was ready, and walked me out to inspect it (possibly the only good part of this whole ordeal). The door jambs had been ignored, as had the side mirrors. I'd asked very politely if she wouldn't mind wiping them down, and she looked at me like I was a madman. I decided not to argue, and grabbed a rag and did it myself. Speaking of rags, you would think they would use more than one micro fiber on any one particular area of the vehicle, but alas, that is not the case. After about 5 minutes or so of getting the vehicle cleaned to my liking, I finally took off. I'd have sought after a manager to speak about the experience in more detail, but I hadn't any more time to waste there. It should have taken an absolute maximum of 20 minutes, start to finish, and after about 65-70 minutes, I simply couldn't spend any more time at the establishment. All in all, save yourself the hassle. Not worth the price vs the service (or lack thereof) you're provided. You stand a better chance bringing your own towel to a gas station automated machine. Incredibly disappointed in a place I'd heard was pretty good. I guess I learned the hard way. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

Found Miles The Auto Spa online and I couldn't be happier to have a clean car now from the Rain we had yesterday. Didn't know that they offer Bumper paint repair and they also do tint windows. Cool experience, as you can buy a beer or gourmet coffee while you wait to have your car washed. Will go again! read more

I pull up to this place at 1PM on a Saturday afternoon to get a detail committing to pay no less than $70 mind you. I tell them I am fine with dropping it off and leaving it until they close at 6pm (5 hours later). They tell me they are "too busy." Wait a sec...isn't this the business you are in?....and don't you close at 6pm? I work for a large company of 1,000+ people less than a mile from you in Cool Springs...I'll be sure to share all my co-workers what a disappointing experience this was....Very disappointing! read more

Took my 3 week old car to miles to get an exterior and interior wash. When I got the car home I had a scratch on the side of the car and the car was still dirty. I went back the next day and the manager took pics of the scratch and said he would file a claim. My guess is that I will never hear back from them. I pointed out the missed spots on the car and he told me that they don't clean those spots with the m1 package. The spot I pointed out was the trim around the wheel wells. I will use franklin car wash from now on. Better job and less expensive. Miles wants you to think they are worth paying more with their fancy lobby but the wash is sub par. read more

My car got 2 obvious similar dents at the same height on the rear passenger side and the door of the passenger side. I noticed the next day because I got in on the driver side. I brought this to their attention and asked them to review their cameras. They said their car wash couldn't do this and they did not review the tapes. Another peer I know that owns a car wash said it looked clear to him that one of the washers got stuck, spun and then hit the car again. Very disappointed they would not even look at the tapes to take any responsibility. Do not take the risk! read more

This past weekend my wife took our SUV to Miles Auto Spa and purchased the Full Service Plus (M2), which includes "vacuuming, ..." for $31. Once my wife arrived back home, I walked out to look at the clean car. We were both very surprised to see crumbs from our 3 year old still in the seat, inside door handles, floors, and feathers from a comforter in the back of SUV. It was though they didn't even bother vacuuming. My first thought was "we got someone on a bad day. I am sure they will make it right", so I called them. The gentleman that answered the phone quickly informed me that they DO NOT vacuum the seats, inside the door handles, cup holders or under the seats with the Full Service Plus. If I wanted that done, I would have needed to get their $60ish package. I told him that was miss leading and not sure how they will stay in business with that philosophy. That apparently hurt his pride because he only cared about telling me how much business they do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO MILES AUTO SPA!!! Take it to one of the many other car washes around Nashville that offer a true exterior/interior wash at a reasonable price. Paying $30 at Miles Auto Spa is the same as paying $7 at a drive up carwash that offers free vacuuming. The only difference is you have to vacuum it, but at least the whole car gets vacuumed. read more

Disappointed. Brought my SUV in for a M2 "Full Service Exterior and Interior" $31. Made sure that included wheel cleaning and tire treatment. Got the car back and they hadnt even opened the rear hatch to vacuum nor clean any mats. Even the interior vacuuming was marginal. Wheels had been done only by the car wash machine with no attempt to spray or wipe down the wheels and tires, still dirty in places the machine brush missed. . An almost complete waste of time and money. I have used Miles before for the express exterior wash and found it to be adequate. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I scheduled an appointment to get a spot on my car painted over, the night before I read all the reviews and was unsure if I should go through with the service but I trusted my gut and decided to go through because that's really how you really can judge a place. The people were nice & so was the establishment! My car was finished in a reasonable time, they called me when it was finished, and I picked it up as soon as I got off work. When I arrived he walked me through what they did and was nice enough to give my car a nice exterior cleaning! All the cars on the lot looked awesome and he even pulled my car up to the front for me while I was paying! Very satisfied and will for sure be trying out some more services! read more

Alright, let me start off by saying this is about the full detail inside & out (including buffing and wax). First off I bought a sporty Black BMW about 2 months ago that had a coolant issue upon purchase and had sat in the gentleman's yard for about 7 months under a tree and had TONS of water spots that needed to be buffed and waxed to get that nice black BMW shine out again. Upon calling the business I had mentioned to them (a gentleman by the name of Donovan) that it was my first time looking for a detail because I usually do it myself but due to moving into a new apartment I lost the ability to get my car cleaned up because I am not able to run a 300ft. extension cord off the 3rd floor down to the parking lot to buff the car myself... No worries, I'll take it to a detailing shop. I got my appointment set up for a Friday morning at 11am so I arrived at 10:30am to have the detailing manager "Scotty" to take a look at my car and give me a quote ($325). When he looked it over I decided to tell them that I'd like the inside done in addition to the buff & wax. They told me it was not an issue and that it would take the majority of the day because the buff & wax was going to take then around 2 hours and then however long it would take to do the inside. I had no problem asking how long it would take which they responded they could get started right away because there wasn't anyone in front of me and it would be done 5 or 5:30pm at the latest. 6pm rolls around and still no call, now I'm starting to worry "Will my car be done today?! They close at 7pm.." so I give them a call and a lady (missed her name) said "surely its done by now, I know it's been here all day". I got my wife to drive me down there and to my surprise it was cleaned on the inside... but the outside hadn't been touched except for wheel shine. It still had bugs on the front bumper and side mirrors. I sat in the lobby and watched as Scotty was wiping off the car like it was clean and he flagged me in and asked me what I thought of the car so far and I said the inside looked nice (in the shop with low light in a dark tinted car). I asked him when he would be done knowing they were closing at 7pm (currently 6:15pm at this point) and he said he was about to buff & wax it. I asked if everything went smooth and if there was ay issues which he replied "no" so I watched as he buffed the still dirty car. To my surprise it took him 25 min. to buff & wax my car... not 2 hours and the bugs were STILL on my side mirrors the car looked really glossy though so I asked him if he minded if he just wiped them off (trying to be polite and even offered to help him excessive polish off of my car. He told me I needed to leave it on the car because it was LEATHER CARE CONDITIONER..... no no no. That doesn't go on car trim plastic AND on my $1,500 wheels he said would "shine for a week", my wheels are matte black... they aren't supposed to shine. So he whipped off the wheels and plastic and I went inside to pay as Scotty pulled the car around front for me. I was very pleased to hear that my total price for all of this with tax was $355.xx which I got lots of free car washes for spending that much money, down side is I didn't have my car from about 1am till just about 7pm and the last hour of which I waited for it to get done. I walked outside and there was a guy (maybe 20-22 years old) that saw my car and complemented the car as he has a BMW as well. I thanked him and even asked if he wanted me to start it so that he could hear the exhaust which he told me "Oh I already heard it cause Scotty drove it down the street".... Um, WHAT?! As soon as he said it I could tell he bit his tongue... At this point the business was closed and the boy (can't remember his name) was leaving to go home. I'm not a very confrontational person so I didn't say anything and figured there might be a good reason for this.. A week has gone by now and every time I look at my car I find another thing to complain about, we have just got a good rain and the next time I went out to my car I noticed it had lost its shine. In fact, not only did it lose its shine but the water spots I initially took it in for were not buffed out. I called Donovan back and had him take a look at it and did some research and the Simoniz buffing compound was as fine grit as wax. so it had the same effect as waxing twice but no buff. When I said this Donovan got defensive and told me that my sources I had do not know what products they use (Scotty let me take a picture of the bottle he used to buff with on my phone in case I liked it and wanted to buy it in the future). Not only has my intelligence been insulted but he informed me there was plenty of polishes there that would do the job. So why wasn't that done in the first place?! Who knows, but it seems they wasted $355.xx of my money and there supplies to do it wrong when I could've been a return customer. But now I will never come back. read more

I give them negative stars.... had a bad experience and I'm letting the world know. WORST CAR WASH EVER! I REPEAT EVER! It took them 1 hour for them to take my car and give it back to me in the same condition..... When I walked out to get my car, there was bugs still caked on to the front bumper, and side mirrors. My touchscreens still had fingerprints on them, it doesn't even look like they vacuumed.... Dust all over the inside of my car. And I will add that before we left our car with the attendant we asked if they would change out our brand new floor mats in and put the old ones in the trunk and he said sure! Well when I get to my car they still have the old ones in, and they didn't even vacuum under them. And the receipt was in the sun visor and there was a note as clear as day that read change out mats from back. WELL THE GUY DIDNT! I'm so ticked off right now. I will never go back and tell anyone who want to know where a good carwash is, to never go to Miles.... THEY SUCK! Seriously a waist of one hour and 33.00 bucks... I am still so upset with the experience and I hope the owner reads this and knows that his company is the worst car wash ever! read more

I arrived at Mile's at 12:09. I was going in to get the interior of my car a nice clean detail. I was also going in thinking it was only going to be $69 for the M3. Then, I was informed that it didn't include shampooing the carpets, and that it would cost be another $30 to do that. The attendant told me that it would take an hour and 45 minutes... I sat there for 3 hours and 20 minutes without any information on when my car was going to be done and WHY it was taking so long in the first place. Not a good experience while there even though their motto is to make the customers' time there enjoyable. THEN the next day I got in my car, it smelled like mildew. They didn't get all of the moisture out of my carpets. I will not be going back to Mile's-finding somewhere else next time. read more

If you want a quick wash,this is the place to go. Most of the time I can pull up, stay in my car and within 5-10 minutes be on my way. Do not go for a full service such as a vacuum and window cleaning. I assure you if you choose that, you'll be there for over 30 minutes. read more

I was really disappointed in the detail of the service. I paid for the most expensive package + tip just before you start getting into detailing. There were a number of spots missed on my exterior including the doors handles, wheel wells, along the cap of the bed, the hood, the roof, and contours along the rear and sides among others. I've spend more time wiping it down myself than I did waiting for it to be done. It felt like a rushed job and it shows. I don't mind paying for a job well done but this was just an expensive waste of time. read more

If there was any other place in town I would never come here again. This place wants you to pay extra to get clean wheels. I thought a car wash included wheels, but not here. You can pay over 20$ and leave with dirty wheels and they are okay with that. The car never is never clean and every time I have to point out what they missed. I have confronted the manager who is usually on the computer inside and not actually managing or aware of what is going on. He communicated that my wheels not being clean was my fault because I didn't pay extra for it. I usually don't like my car washes to include confrontation, but that is part of the package here if you ask why your car isn't clean. They have an elaborate sign in the waiting area about their multiple towel method that keeps towels used on the outside from being used on the inside but believe me, it is a one towel show with them wiping down the outside then taking that same towel to wipe the inside. All we need is someone to open up another decent car wash and I will never have to visit this place again. Then I would not have to come here and watch random people walking aimlessly around the work area cleaning a window here and wiping a dash there like some sort of drunken circus. read more

I go to Miles regularly for car washes, and love the experience. BUT, I tried taking my wife's Lexus there for a detail, and came away greatly disappointed. They were not done on time, did a very poor vacuuming job, and totally ignored waxing the roof of the vehicle. When I asked about the roof, I was told to bring it back tomorrow so they could finish it. So, yes to their wash service, but decidedly no to the detail offering. read more

I used to go to Miles a couple of years ago and they always did a good job. . My wife dropped my car off last week while I was away for business. She did the the $30-40 package. it was a joke. Since Miles was chosen as the best car wash in Williamson County, I was anxious to try it. I paid $20 for M1 plus $3 for Wheel Cleaner. My car was not clean nor my wheels. I asked the attendant to clean the dirty spots off of the hood, but she was not successful. In the middle of her attending to the spots, a worker told her she had to leave because he was driving her home. Another attendant appeared and told me that the spots would have to be removed by sap treatment. I was a sap for going to Miles. I came home and removed the spots with Dawn. read more

I've gotten way better service at other car wash places and not spent nearly the money that I spent today. I paid extra for wheel cleaning and the wheels are still nasty. Let me rephrase that - the wheels are still nasty on the passenger side - the side that was not visible to me when I went out to claim my car. That's a dirty trick! There's still visible dirt on the outside of the car, and they somehow managed to lose a rubber mat that lined a compartment on the inside of the car. I guess they vacuumed it up or something, but they wouldn't admit to it. They also didn't offer to compensate me for their mistake. The mat was an original factory-installed part of the car which cannot be replaced and the area that the mat covered is unsightly now. I will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone. read more

First - I have to say I use Miles - a lot - for 4 family cars. So I can back up my claim that the smaller vehicles are favored and larger vehicles are put to the side in hopes that someone else might just finish the job. So many times I've watched my SUV be placed 'out of order' and several smaller vehicles that were brought through after mine leave way before I do. This along with ALWAYS skipping the 2 add ons to the M1 is ridiculous. STOP IT! First in First out and complete the service that has been paid for. Period. read more

But they had two people working on the car at once and if they weren't talking to each other the whole time they maybe could have done a better job. This place is a joke! My wife has a membership for unlimited washes so I decided to get my Silverado detailed at Miles. I made an appointment and was quoted $275. I showed up today to drop it off and the detail guy was going to charge me $375. Can you say misrepresentation of price! I went in on Saturday morning to get my car washed. They were very slow and I asked to get their M2 wash ($33). The guy talked me into upgrading the wash to their M4 ($74) for a discount. This wash included everything that the M2 has (inside and out, tire shine) plus they hand waxed the outside. When they completed the car they came in to get us and when I walked to the car I could see spots all over the hood. I looked at it and it was tree sap. I picked a little off (came off easy) and asked why it was not cleaned off. The guy told me (with a straight face) that it was an additional charge to remove the tree sap. I paid $53.53 to have my car WASHED and they want to charge me extra to get clean it?? I could not believe that. We left and I went to the auto parts store to get cleaner and do the job myself. After we left, I noticed that the inside of the car was terrible. The dash was hardly touched and the back seat was not vaccumed. I will never return to this establishment. read more
