Too pricey, can't wait for a car wash to open near downtown Franklin as it's too far and for crying out loud stop using the same tags you dry the exterior of the vehicle with on the interior windows. Don't waste your money! They have an automated pay machine but it wouldn't take my bill. The screen said $7 dollars but it charged me $9! For $9 dollars they didn't even pre-wash our car off or towel dry it. My mirrors got pushed in but no one was there to fix them. I've received much better service for less money. read more

The first few times I went to Miles I had a good experience, so i decided to buy the unlimited plan. Now I am seriously considering canceling my subscription. It seems the quality is quickly going down hill, and the last time I went to Miles, and had the interior cleaned; they didn't wipe down the inside; there was still mud on the side of the door that was there when I took it in. The last few times I've been in the windows are streaked, the floors are barely vacuumed, or the interior looks as if my 11 year old wiped it down. What's even worse, is that I sent an e-mail expressing my dissatisfaction and have yet to receive a response. If the owners do not care enough to respond to my e-mail, then why would the employees care enough to thoroughly clean my car? read more

This is probably the best car wash option in the Cool Springs/Franklin area. That's not a good thing. It is often very busy. They usually tell you up front there will be a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. What that means is they run your car through the wash and then it sits in the sun and drys before anyone ever touches it. They then try to towel dry a dry car, clean windows, vacuum,etc. It seems a little expensive. It will cost about 35 bucks for a full wash, clean interior, tires and wheels. They do have some nice amenities. The waiting area is nice, with coffee, and even beer available. They have someone who comes and gets you and you can tell them if you see anything you don't like about your wash and they will attempt to fix it. My problem is that it always seems there is something not quite good with the wash. I would like them to do a good job the first time without me having to point out things. I would like to be in and out quicker. I would like my car to not sit in the sun and dry before someone gets to it. All that being said I haven't found a better place in the area and that's a shame. read more

Worst car wash I've been to so far. Paid for a mid level package and still had dirt on the outside of my car afterward. Then, when I get to the vacuums the suction was so weak that it wouldn't even vacuum hair up from the carpet in my car. I then speak to the guy working the outside area and he tells me that it is likely because there are probably too many cars in that row of vacuums and that it will be better if I move to a less crowded row. I do as he says and yet the vacuum was just as weak as the first one (plus I still had hair on the carpet of my car when I left). Next, I go inside to see if I can get a rag to use to wipe down the inside of my car because I see a bunch of other customers have these buckets filled with rags and cleaner that they each went inside to get. (In my mind I'm thinking this setup they have going on is similar to Sudsy's where the rags and cleaner are free for everyone to use) The guy working there tells me that I am not allowed to take one of the buckets because I am not a "member". Forget the fact that I paid about $15 for a car wash. Rags and run-of-the-mill cleaner are reserved for members only. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time. Being OCD.... just make sure my windsheild is clean....it was NOT. Then looking in my rear view mirror. I still see all my puppies nose marks on both side windows and back window! I've been coming to Miles for years and I'm still willing to give them another chance, but for most of this year, it's impossible to get a car wash (interior/exterior) in one hour or less. At least 5-6 times I've attempted to get the M2 ($33 wash) and have ended up leaving because it takes so long. I guess they are short-staffed. I used to go in and shop in the boutique while waiting 20-25 min, but now I just the the exterior wash. At this very moment, I've been sitting in the car waiting for a towel dry for 10 min....the car is totally dry already :( read more

I was disappointed after my visit to Miles. I chose the M2 Full Service Plus package which includes exterior and interior wash with vacuuming, window cleaning, and wiping of interior surfaces. The exterior was satisfactory (except for the center of the windshield), but none of the cup holders were vacuumed, the armrests were not wiped down, and the steering wheel wasn't cleaned. Unfortunately, I didn't inspect it until I got back to work! This was a nice place, with friendly, polite staff, but be sure to take the time to check the work. P.S. Next time I will buy the M1 instead. read more

I took my SUV in to get the Ultimate Detail package because I was in the process of trying to sell my truck and wanted to get it clean and take good pics. The detailer did a good job and there are no complaints on that. He was not around when we scheduled our appointment so there was no walk around/info given etc. because I had to leave and could not wait an additional 30 or more minutes until he got there. Well, after I took my truck home, I found out that my retractable driver side mirror was broken. I took it back in and talked to Tony and he said they would take care of fixing the broken mirror. He would need to quote around on a special part for my mirror, but kept saying they could get it done for a cheap price because they dealt with parts people all the time. Well, I hadn't heard from him by the time he said he would get back with me so I gave him a call. No call back. I call again and leave a message. No call back. I call again and finally get a call back, but was in a meeting and couldn't take it. He said to give him a call back. I did. Again, he wasn't there and no call back since. I feel they definitely told me what I wanted to hear about them repairing the damage they caused just to get me out and then now have been given the run around. Any business that conducts themselves in this fashion is not a good one in my opinion. Overpriced and dishonest bottom line. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I waited more than 45 minutes when they told me it would be 20 then when I saw my car there was visible dirt on the leather of my drivers seat that wasn't even there before. My car & mats were still dirty, wet and they actually SCRATCHED THE TINT IN MY DRIVERS WINDOW in two places. I called within 60 seconds to alert management to the problem. They have done nothing but give me the run around & tried to blame the scratches on me. I can't even get a manager to call me back. My car is only eight weeks old & was immaculate before I took it to Miles. I am 100% certain the scratches were not there before I made the mistake of taking my car here & they have done nothing to try to make it right. Miles wasn't that great, but wasn't that bad either. The staff was super friendly and my car was finished before the estimated time they gave me. When I got into my car... it clearly had been wiped down and vacuumed. They missed some things once I started looking, such as wiping down the front of the stereo and clock... granted the employee who showed me to my car said that if I saw something they missed to let them know. I didn't notice until I got back in my car after work. Overall, the people and the atmosphere were great, but the work done at White Bridge Auto Wash (i read there is a Brentwood location now... where I will be going) is much better, for a cheaper price, and they make my car smell good too. read more

I am extremely disheartened after leaving today. When I got there it was busy so I was trying to be patient with the lady's lack of regard to me but when I waited an hour and 15 Minutes(with a child) only to find nobody informed me the car was done I went out to the car to find the 3rd row and most of the back seat had not been vacuumed as requested. I asked for then to redo it. A few more minutes goes but a man comes to get me and asks me to come look again. I look and still nothing had been done in the 3rd row. I am unsure how that is a confusing request. So for the 3rd time I take the child back inside to wait. Finally the manager comes and walks me to my car to check it. At this time I am late to pick up another child from school and annoyed. As I am putting out I am looking around and I still see dust everywhere and finger prints all over the dash... What did I pay $30+ for? Not to mention they threw away the rose that I had in my car from my grandmothers funeral!! Last time I came in I was told that all the other times I had been charged extra for vacuuming the 3rd row I shouldn't have been that it is included in all SUVs. I spent a lot of money at your shop between washes and shampoos and the last few shampoos and wash I have gotten I have left extremely frustrated. Please take this as a me as a customer saying your services need to be reevaluated for customer satisfaction and to not to just rush through like an assembly line. read more

Unfortunately, I have had a string of negative events at this location. I have three cars and I come in to get them washed rather frequently. I have always paid for the cheapest wash and for some reason they always wipe the car down after word and shine the tires, but I have just recently learned that that particular service is not included in the $10 package. Fine. So today, I went in and paid for a $15 wash. I pulled around to get it dried off and my tires shined, and they showed me away- Apparently you can only get your car dried and tires shine with the $20. Crap! Lucky for me I had two, new microfiber towels in my car. I got out to dry the car off and realized it was still completely dirty. The sides still had mud splatters on them, and the bird poop didn't even come off. The manager offered to let me drive through the wash again, which might sound fine but that is already included in every single wash that they offer. So no big deal. Plus, I had no time and I had just dried and finished cleaning the car myself. Huge waste of money and I learned my lesson: I do a way better job myself. One of the worst car washes. They damaged my truck and broke the clips on my floor mats. They didn't own up to it and just passed it off. They have no idea how to put cars in order they arrived. Some cars get tended to immediately after arriving while others who have been waiting for over a half hour still haven't had theirs touched. They half ass clean everything. A few months ago after being extremely dissatisfied with the cleaning job at Miles (we needed our brand new vehicle cleaned and vacuumed) I didn't expect to feel nickeled and dimed but apparently vacuuming between the bucket seat and console of a Toyota Highlander is an up charge--so none the less after asking repeatedly to have areas "touched up" the manager gave us a coupon for a free car wash. Fast forward to today, my husband takes the coupon and car over to Miles to try again--guess what that coupon for a free wash was a JOKE --they pulled the same nonsense again and up charged my husband. Literally feel robbed blind, apparently these people don't get that we live in a time where service is key and providing service is the foundation for any business! Please help is there any place here in Nashville that I can get a good wash and vacuum without feeling that I just got robbed blind? I wish I didn't have to give this place 1 star, they don't deserve it! I wish that people would collectively demand great service at a reasonable price and boycott places like MILES that don't seem to get it! Very nice employee came over wiped the dirt off my windows and the top of my car and the hood everything was dirty and soapy !!when I asked to see the manager she said , has your car been outside a lot??? Terrible. $20.00 for a wash and they don't do anything but wash. Bigger problem is they have people to hand dry and clean wheels but they're never staffed. Most of us get tired of waiting and drive off before they get to you. Probably part of their business plan. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I went. Went through the wash, came out with soap not rinsed off and water all over the car.

I ordered the M2 car wash, which is their "full service plus" car wash for $33 plus tax. As I watched the gentleman working on my car, I noticed that he had not cleaned the interior side of my sun roof and did not even open up the trunk of my car to vacuum the floor mat. A different gentleman, who was not working on my car, called my name to retrieve my car and I had asked for them to complete these 2 things. He argued that the trunk of the car was completed. You would think that they wouldn't question their customers being that their customers can see everything that they do, as that stage of the car wash is in plain view for everyone to see. As the gentleman opened the trunk of the car to prove to me that it had been completed, he saw the dirty floor mat and said that it would be done and they completed it. After they competed that I asked for them to clean the interior side of my sun roof. He told me that they aren't responsible for cleaning those and that it wouldn't be completed. What's the point of paying for a full service plus car wash if they can't even clean the interior side of a sun roof? Well after I got in my car and left the facility, I noticed that the floor mats in the back seat were still dirty and the corners of the interior front window wasn't clean. DISHONEST!!!! Stay Away! These people cost me $1038 due to their negligence, and they refuse to reimburse me my repair expenses. They popped out 2 small dents in my BMW, after cutting small access holes in inconspicuous places. They failed to plug one of these back up, and the leak which resulted caused major electrical damage. The Miles manager even watched a mechanic demonstrate the leak coming from their unplugged hole.
