My experience dealt with service in Ft. Worth 76132. I needed an electrician and Seth Wallace was very good, polite, efficient. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the cost. I was really in a bind so I accepted the high cost. I had two front porch lights replace, had a ceiling fan removed and a new bedroom light installed, one burned out bulb replaced (very high ceiling we couldn't do,) and a thermal coupler (or something like that) removed and a new light bulb installed. These items cost $1200. For this reason only, I would not use Milestone again. (They really push their membership plan.) read more

We called for a temperature check service after seeing a promotion on TV, and even though we didn't qualify due to the configuration of our duct system, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thomas and his trainee, Charles, were honest, professional, and upfront about the issue. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, explained what we do and didn't charge us for the visit, which we really appreciated. Milestone representative Joshua Johnson and Installer Oscar Popoca did a great job in identifying the problem and saving us literally thousands of dollars. Willard Plumbing had given us an estimate of 28,000 with a solution that would of cost us a lot of money in the future as well and was not the proper solution to repair our problem. Milestone literally identified and repaired our problem and had us back in our house. We have been living out of a Hotel longer than needed due to stall tactics and terrible communication from WILLARD plumbing and extremely over inflated repair costs. read more

Terrance was great wore his shoe covers explained everything he was going to do explained paperwork I needed to sign, but next day our ceiling started dripping liquid we called and they were closed for 4th of July got a call at 7 am that a tech would be out between 11-2, it's now 4:13 and just got a call a tech is on his way.
