Where to begin... Had a reservation at 6, were told there was a party at our table and we would have to wait. Once finally seated, service was horrendously slow. It took over an hour to get 4 salads and a burger. But most importantly, one of our party has an anaphylactic egg and dairy allergy, and was very clear and polite about what she could and could not eat. Our waitress was nice and tried hard to accommodate but there were several very big issues with the restaurant that prevented this. 1. Our waitress came back to tell us that the bartender didn't wash her hands before making the drinks, so she could not be sure it was not contaminated. Ew! Not only is that gross, but if you have a concern, don't bring it to our table! 2. The burgers come prepackaged and from a "potentially contaminated" site. Your $20 burger are premade and from a package?? 3. When her salad (of course requested without cheese or any dairy) showed up with cheese on it, the manager Nicole told us "Oh this is goat cheese, it's probably fine." SERIOUSLY?? Do not tell a person who as lived for years with a deadly allergy that this cheese is "probably fine" just because you are too lazy to remake it. That is SO dangerous and horrible customer service. My party member had her epi-pen with her, but chose to just cancel her order because at this point no one trusted this restaurant to safely make a cheese-less salad. Overall a very poor experience, with an apparently dirty staff, and an incompetent and honestly dangerous manager. Will never return. read more

Our Family chooses Milestones to celebrate Mothers and Fathers Days. Although we enjoy the brunch menu very much, it is always way too loud to hold a decent conversation (at 11:30AM - its not a night club). They are going through renovations currently, look forward to seeing it open up and hope maybe the acoustics are better inside. Definitely a fan of Breakfast Tacos and the crispy potatoes are yummy. By no means are they "consistent" about quantity, quality... and expect it to take a good long wait for your food to arrive. read more

Milestones has great potential, but every time I go to this location...there's always something. Whether it's running out of the dinner special at 5:30pm or messing up a reservation, there just always seems to be something. That said, when I do get what I've ordered, it meets expectations. Came here on a Saturday evening during the second week of December, and it was super busy. Our server, Ryan, was friendly and professional. The small talk was not awkward, he knew the menu well and was quick to address any requests. Ryan told us that winter months are their extreme busiest, going through the phases of Christmas parties, followed by late Christmas parties in January/February, and after that being the "gift card season." We didn't wait more than 15 minutes for a table for two but did have a reasonably long wait for our food to arrive. Even though it was busy the restaurant seemed to be well managed and the stafff very efficient. We noticed the tables around us, after vacated, were very quickly cleaned in order to seat another group. The drinks were brought to us by another server and this seemed to keep our waiter available to attend to his tables. The food was "OK." We started with the baked goat cheese & slow-roasted garlic flatbread plate. I love this appy but always find the amount of bread on the /plate disproportional to the amount of garlic, cheese and spread. It seems like never enough garlic (we only got a small head of roasted garlic to ration out over about 10 pieces of fair sized bread), a little too much cheese (a whole 2" ball), and too much leftover bread. Taste was great though, and the spiced cranberry relish has a great kick to it. I followed the appy with the Cajun Shrimp Diane which is not something I would usually order but came highly recommended by our waiter. I was not at all disappointed. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib, in "regular" size, and although it was cooked properly did not, according to him, "taste amazing." Nothing special. I did notice the regular sized steak was so big that by the time he was near finishing his plate it was starting to get that congealed fat look to it. All in all just an "Ok" experience at Milestones. I do really enjoy their bellinis and would like to come for their firls night out Monday sometime (4 bellinis, 4 appetizers, $40). read more

To be honest, I am struggling even to give this restaurant 1 star, visited at the weekend, and although the service was nice, the food was disgusting, neither myself or my husband could eat our meals, I had chicken wings, and after eating a few, I couldn't eat anymore, there was a horrible taste from them that I couldn't figure out, well I pad the price that night, as I was violently sick, clearly food poisoning from the chicken. We did tell the server that we were unhappy with our meal, she appollogized, but nothing was comped, even though neither of us could eat what we were served, my husbands mouth also broke out that same night with a cold sore, clearly from a dirty glass, which the waitress did change for us, but honestly milestones, you really need to get this sorted, yes the place looks great, but the food, and cleanliness leaves allot to be desired. read more

Terrible. Everything took extremely long, they forgot our drink orders a couple times and when our burgers finally came out they were burnt to a crisp. The reason I'm giving 2 stars to this place is because of the person who I assume was the manager rectified our burger situation by giving us new ones, which actually tasted good. Hadn't been to this location in a few years and went last night, May 3, 2016 for my birthday. Waited for appetizers for over 40 minutes, explanation from the waitress was that our order was mixed up with another. Dinner took just as long. Waitress was unapologetic. She only perked up at the end of the night when she realized she had a good tip. Wasn't even offered a piece of birthday cake, which is usually free on your birthday, pretty standard. After a very long wait to even get in, we were approached by a cheeky waiter that greeted us by saying, "you came in for the BCAA deal?" Three members of my party ordered burgers, and all three were burned to a crisp. Also, on the salads, the candied pecans were whole, not even to mention the disgusting produce on the burgers. We sent our food back, only to find that the pecans were in fact supposed to be crushed. The manager talked to us but was very impersonal, abrupt and unapologetic. He also filled up one of our pops at the end of the meal and said, "I never like to see a glass less than half full!" Even though two of us had had empty glasses for the majority of the meal. He also said that we could have ONE free dessert, but we had to choose from the cheapest two on the menu for the three of us to share. That would be three adults sharing one slice of cheesecake or chocolate cake. We denied. Nothing was taken off our bill. Even as he was taking care of the bill, he was still making sly comments about us collecting scene points. Horrible experience. read more

Came for a nice birthday dinner, left 2.5hrs later feeling unsatisfied and dissapointed. Waited 40 minutes for a waitress to take our order, and another hour for the food to show up. Food showed up at different times for the group and was cold by the time it arrived. Crispy chicken sandwich which I ordered was cold, the chicken patty was paper thin and almost all breading. My girlfriend ordered a veggie burger which was not much different, and was incredibly dry. After all this it took an additional 30 minutes to split the bill, not to mention the restaurant was dead at this point. Over all very disappointed with the food, service, and not happy to have to add a 16% gratuity which we felt ultimately made our waitress 'check out', knowing her tip was guaranteed. read more

Went with a girlfriend on wednesday..date night..we didnt order from date night menu..but we both had mediterranean chicken. It was great. Came with spinach..kale and chick peas. Was very tasty. I made reservations thinking date night would be packed..but it was dead inside the restaurant. Happy hour 10 oz glass of wine for $8..was great. Would definitely return. read more

I love Milestones, I'm a regular customer at the restaurants in Vancouver so I expected the same quality of food and service from the fantastic chain restaurant. I was sadly disappointed. I always order the prime rib hash because I honestly believe it's the best thing on their menu. Our food took over 30 mins to arrive, the restaurant wasn't busy at 145pm on a Sunday. My prime rib hash was way over done, and it has definitely been sitting under the lamps for some time. My husband's food was ok, but he doesn't have anything to compare it to. Perhaps the quality of food and chefs at the Langley location just isn't up to par with the Vancouver locations. read more

Came here with the husband after we received a gift card. Our server was attentive but not overly intrusive and our food came quickly. It was a quiet Thursday night, around 6:45pm. My husband enjoyed the Cali burger and I got the veggie burger. The red pepper relish on the veggie burger was delicious and we both agreed the yam fries were the best we have tried so far. They had a nice crispy texture and were well-seasoned. All in all, it was a pleasant date night for us. read more

One word: Dirty. After being seated in the back (I think this is where they put families with children as everyone around us had a small child) we noticed our table and the others around it were incredibly dirty. This was 10:30am on a Sunday so just after opening; it should not have been dirty. While placing our order with the waitress, we asked if the table could be cleaned. She said ok, but never did so. She returned with our cappuccinos and placed clean cappuccino spoons directly on the dirty table. At this point, I got up, walked to the front door and asked the hostess to clean the table. I also mentioned she may want to clean the other tables in the are because they were similarly dirty. She was apologetic and promptly did so; however, at this point we noted that our water glasses were also dirty. She replaced those, not realizing that the replacements were even dirtier. Despite being told that the manager would come and speak to us, the manager never did. We promptly left after eating very poorly made eggs benedict. The hollandaise sauce did not taste like hollandaise, instead tasting like burnt overly salty butter. Do not go here for breakfast. Wait until darkness when you can't see how dirty is. read more

When we got there at 10:00pm they were just closing. The guy at the door offered to check with the kitchen if they would make us a meal but I didn't want to be a nuisance so I said not to bother. He was very nice however on Sunday they are closed at 10:00 not midnight. read more

I dined at this location earlier in the week on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was not too busy, but it allowed for the staff to provide an excellent service. Our server was attentive and friendly, and was able to make a wonderful entree recommendation. I had ordered a steak entree that was cooked to perfection, while being tastefully seasoned. Overall, it was a great customer experience. I frequent this location regularly, and recommend it for anyone dining in the area. read more

Do not go to this location. Not all Milestones are the same..the best one we found is the West Van location. We have given this Langley location so many chances but no more. Their portions are smaller and their quality off food is not the same. If you plan to have a conversation dont go here..way too noisy. They are cheap with their food. Took a long time for the server to take our order. Waited for half an hr. Only well done Prime Rib available on Fri night at 7:30, not acceptable. Milestones is a big chain come on. He took our order then proceeded to take orders of other people who had just arrived.. then he comes by with two knives and i told him please put our order in. So he scurried off. Ordered California Salad with candied pecans...only two pecans. Cheap. Mine was the smaller cut Primb Rib and it was mostly mostly fat and grizzle hardly any edible meat, small portion of mashed potatoes and the green beans were not cooked My h got larger cut, even tho he likes it med rare and his Prime Rib was well done, he was hungry so he tolerated it, the potatoes were cold and he did not eat his green beans also ..it was not cooked. We tried to order dessert, we waited and waited for dessert menus, finally get it but he never came back to get our desset order so we flagged down a busboy to get our bill. The server finally arrives and tries to make small talk..this server who never refilled our coffee or drinks is now all cheery. Sorry no tip. read more

We went there for a late lunch when we arrived the restaurant was half empty most of the staff where hanging out yet almost all the tables that where not being used had not been cleared we asked for a booth the hostess said it would be about 15 minutes so we sat in the lounge and ordered drinks again the tables where not cleared the lounge was pretty much empty we took the only table that was cleared it was very wobbly we could not even put our drinks on the table 10 minutes passed and we asked our waitress how much longer as we noticed that it still looked like no one had cleared the tables in her sections at this point we decided it was best we leave otherwise we might be waiting along time and the service and cleanness of the restaurant was more like what you would expect from a greasy dinner. Just on a final note another time we went here they served my wife beef when she ordered a vege burger and is a vegetarian. read more
