The day we were here, they had a huge high school age camp there, but the service was speedy and friendly. There are also plenty of leagues that are active here. On the day we were here, there were some senior leagues that came in and ended up playing near us. One of the men was pretty unfriendly when speaking with my father (who was probably the same age as this man,) regarding bowling rules! There were some other really experienced bowlers there who were really friendly and encouraging to my niece and nephew. Definitely a great spot to bowl, and to enjoy the experience with your family or friends!

Entered the restaurant which is also a bowling alley and arcade games…read more Being in the beach area in Delaware on the weekends is like driving NYC in rush hour, so I decided to reserve a table for myself and 2 grandsons noticing they had a nice kid's menu. Upon entering I noticed I wouldn't have needed a reservation and was very surprised. We were seated at a very cool three sided square booth which lined the restaurant very comfortable and happy adding to the experience. Had a bourbon cocktail to start, very good. The food we ordered were very good. The kids ordered the Kraft Mac n cheese which they enjoyed and I have to admit being from South Jersey near the Philly area the cheesesteak I ordered was indeed sliced ribeye on a delicious Liscio roll. Definitely a south Philly competitor. I remember mentioning to my buddy who graciously lent me his condo for the week to enjoy with the kids, who recommended dining here what a wonderful experience this was and he said when he took his brother, he was so surprised a bowling alley was capable of delivering such a wonderful dining experience.

There wasn't much explanation available for gravity ropes or laser tag and I kinda felt like "just there" and while I could figure things out, since I am not in the best physical shape and partially because I coordinated a lot of planning probably, it was a bit overwhelming for me. Since it was my first time with gravity ropes, I was there with two friends the first time around. That's how I learned about gravity ropes, but they are only open Friday through Monday and not on a Wednesday night. I don't remember what the staffer told me Wednesday night, but I tried calling to see if I needed to reserve Gravity Ropes and since I couldn't get through, I figured I would just wait until I got on-site to reserve a time slot. Since my friends were coming later than requested, I had to wait until the last person came in order for me to request a time for our entire group to be together for it. This was all fine. Gravity ropes, you get strapped in safety gear and then you figure out how to go across the obstacles. Some obstacles don't have rope railings and the zip lining has no railings of course (but i didn't realize it was zip lining until I was there lol). but you might hold on to your rope to slide to the other side even if you would get rope burn. Laser tag has a name for the suit you put on so that you know your score but that wasn't apparent and the landscape for the laser tag was eh. Not many places offer laser tag and gravity ropes- but I think I will venture elsewhere on my own. Signs saying if it's your first time for laser tag or gravity ropes at our facility, asking a staffer could be helpful so that staffers don't have to unnecessarily repeat themselves etc. My blue slushie came out fine. They also offer alcoholic slushies here which is a cool option and offers that added party atmosphere and flavor options that some people like myself like. I didn't get one because I didn't want one before doing gravity ropes and my group didn't stay long enough for me to have one as others wanted to go elsewhere. I enjoyed their VR machines but some parts may be not working super good. I heard the food was typical arcade quality bad. Some of the crowd's lack of class here somewhat resemble the apathy and exhaustion from some of the staff that work here. Particularly some of the people who looked like they barely passed for 21. Two of them cut in line for gravity ropes in the middle of my group but they couldn't go on because they didn't get strapped on. A group of girls didn't seem to pay attention to the regular line for signing up for billiards or bowling, and assumed they were there first. I wasn't in a hurry and just let them ahead but I didn't care for the sense of entitlement. Also, It feels like there could be a few more staff on this busy Sat night too. The experience was discombobulating for me and I would only go again w friends if they wanted me to go.

We arrived for our 6pm reservation to find 7 parties ahead of us. We were told it could be up to a 3hr wait. I felt compelled to wait being that I drove 2hrs to celebrate. We elected to dine to take up a portion of the wait. We seated ourselves and were not acknowledged despite sitting right in front of the bar. Three people from our party ordered directly from the bar. I requested a server. Our server was kind, but not attentive. We ordered several shareable items but did not receive utensils or plates. A caveat - we enjoyed our food. I especially liked the fried pickles and mozzarella sticks. My other best friend ordered a pizza and wings and seemed to enjoy them as well. We agreed the Rum Punch was satisfactory. Our lane was ready after an hour and a half. We had to find our server and ask for the bill, again. I'm not sure if by default, but the suggested gratuity ADDED to the bill when the terminal was handed to my best friend was at 22%. My best friend took the gratuity down to 18%. While bowling the birthday person was gone for some time. A discrepancy with the reservation led to the manager being called, which took some discussion to sort out. We did not love bowling, the lanes are set up in a way that fouls are abundant. We were not yet finished with our games when an employee began collecting the balls. I typically like playing laser tag, air hockey, etc., however, I had completely lost my appetite for fun. This was a complete miss.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!…read more Reserved two lanes for a party of my family. Over $200 for reservation. I quickly found that there was hardly any point in being charged for bowling shoes. The approach to the alley was very sticky, I probably could have bowled better in my cowboy boots. Ball selection for large hands was terrible. I explored 3/4 of the available balls and could only find a straight cut ball that fit my two middle fingers but the thumb hole was undersized. Straight cut means the finger holes are not smoothed out but rather have a sharp edge. I played along until I just couldn't anymore. My finger were hurting pretty bad. The food stand...I waited more than 20 minutes waiting for two pitches of soda and a couple of cups of ice water. Funny thing was I got a text saying my order was ready and then sat and waited for 20 min before it was actually ready. Management...Step up your game. This place sucks!
