ABSOLUTELY NOT! THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU! I called and asked for the price of the nails I wanted I was told it was $65. Upon arrival they then bumped the price up to a whopping $105 I asked how it went all the way up to the price and I was met was sheer disrespect! "You don't know anything about nails" and "if you don't want the nails done don't get them done" clearly, I don't understand the price breakdown and yes I do want my nails done I just want to understand how and why $40 was added. That's why I'm asking? I then asked for the menu or a menu of some sort so that I can calculate the breakdown of it and the menu stated that the service that I asked for was indeed no more than $85. The male that was supposed to be doing my nails, then got upset as well because I was asking for a menu he walked away without saying anything and told the woman who was at the front desk to do my nails. I received a pedicure from a different employee for 50, and I was satisfied with the service, except I felt the polishing could've been cleaner because the polish was so thick. I showed Nancy a picture of the specific design I wanted and she stated it would be an additional 40.00, which seemed significantly higher than what I used to pay (25 dollars more) at a different shop, however, considering these were my "birthday nails", I accepted the additional fee. The environment was clean and calming. Nancy was patient, reassured that if I didn't like a nail we could change it, and she was able to successfully give me what I requested. I'm a huge advocate of exceptional customer service and being a first-time customer this is the type of service that will entice me to come back and give a generous tip! This gel manicure on natural nails cost me $80! I went to this salon because I frequently would get acrylic nails and wanted to switch to gel for healthier nails. I had a full acrylic set on and the lady told me the soak off would be $25 (their website says its $15 for acrylic removal). I agreed to the price thinking that my nail design I got would be in the $45 range (as listed on the website) since they were a simple design and very short with just my natural nails. I also didn't get any cuticle trim/treatment or hand massage. I waited for 10 minutes to get talked to upon arrival and it was 12:45 by the time my soak off had ended (she still had yet to drill and file them, my appointment was for 12:00) my hands were soaked in acetone for so long and I ended up removing the acrylic residue myself because no one had come to check on me. After that, she did her thing with my nails and I was ready to check out. She said the total was $80 for this set and I think it is an absurd price for the quality of my nails. It would've been $55 for a gel manicure if I had soaked them in beforehand! With the tip it would've been close to $100 for these nails. Save your money and go to another salon, they upcharge like crazy and way overpriced. And yes, I did have an appointment. It was for 12pm, I came at 11:58. Still doesn't change the fact she charged me $25 for a $15 acrylic removal and $55 for a gel manicure with no cuticle care or hand massage. I also never said I tipped-- I usually always do 20% at all the salons I go to but the soak off alone + the wait time took close to 50 minutes, with my tip it would've been $98. read more

The salon and staff were very nice. They were transparent about pricing based on the designs I shared with them. Pricing seemed average for the area. I got a manicure with gel polish with a nude color and simple designs on a few fingers. Unfortunately, after less than a week, the polish started lifting near my cuticles. Maybe it would've been less apparent with a more solid polish color but it's disappointing that this happened in under a week. I'm already contemplating removing it because the lifting is so visible. read more

Update: Unfortunately today will probably be my last day coming here. I don't know what has happened to this place but the past three times I have come in I have had issues with poor communication, lower quality results that don't last and up selling when I didn't ask for it. Today I went in for a pedicure and they waited until I was sitting in the chair with my feet in the water and picking out a color before informing me that removing the gel polish on my toes would be an extra ten dollars. I don't mind paying for the service but it's very unprofessional to wait until someone is part way through their service before making sure they understand how much they will be paying. The time before that I went in for a basic pedicure (the cheapest option because I do not have a lot of money) and the woman doing the pedicure kept trying to talk me into a more expensive one. I told her I couldn't afford it and she said "I'll do it" and I thought she was being kind and offering me an upgrade, but I told her a second time that I could not afford it. She smiled at me and said "ok." I admit I was not paying attention when she was doing the pedicure itself, and I guess I should have been. I was on my phone and focused on other things. When it came time to pay, she charged me for a far more expensive pedicure and told me she did all the stuff she said she would and I needed to pay for it. I complained, told her that was not what I asked for and left without tipping. I heard one of the nail techs (not the manager Nancy or the woman who did my nails) say something I could not understand but in a very obviously derogatory tone as I was walking out the door. The time before that I went in for a manicure and the polish chipped and peeled off after two days (I did nothing different than I usually do that might have caused that AND it was a gel manicure!) I am super disappointed because this has been my go to place for the past two years and up until recently (the past six months maybe) I have had wonderful service and quality products. But I do not appreciate the deception, miscommunication and surprise charges I can not afford. I am on a VERY fixed income and anything involving my nails is a real treat for me. I really didn't want to have to look for a new nail place, I have been happy with them for a long time, but something has changed recently. I don't think it's just me either because it used to be packed every time I came in here and now it is almost always empty except for me and sometimes one other person. What has happened? I would like to add that the guy who did my last pedicure (the one with the surprise extra cost for the gel removal) did a very thorough and nice job. I still want to enjoy it here, and maybe I'll give it one more chance, but be warned to make sure you know EXACTLY what you are paying for BEFORE you sit down. read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience here. The staff was unprofessional and the quality of the work was far below what you'd expect, especially given their prices. After my nails were done, I noticed that most of them weren't fully painted, so I asked to have them redone. During the redo, the man doing my nails--Ken--was rude and aggressive. At one point, he pushed his own nail hard into mine, which actually cut me. Instead of taking it seriously, he laughed and said, "Whoops, sorry." He then tried to use a tool to remove excess polish from under my nail, despite me telling him to stop because I was already hurt. Overall, I left feeling upset and dissatisfied. RED FLAG #1 Then I go to get my nails done after my backwards pedicure and after she's already painted one hand, she tells me French tip with a new set cost $100 .. but wait there's more then when she goes to have me pay it comes out to 370$ For two basic pedicures and a full set of nails with removal my pedicure was suppose to be 70$ per what they have posted but she said since I did french she charged me 15$ extra!!??!????
