Pink guava jasmine tea lemonade with strawberry popping boba & Thai tea milk float

10/10 . We both loooved our drinks and wish there were more locations. The service was very quick and efficient. And even though we're here for just a few days, we are DEFINITELY coming back to get more of the menu

Great spot to enjoy cold deserts! I love the rich and authentic flavors including Vietnamese coffee, matcha, taro, and Thai tea. The ice cream floats are especially delicious. I like to request lower sweetness levels. Perfect spot to enjoy desert after pho next door!

Boba places are popping up all over town and the main quality I look for when it comes to these types of establishments is the quality of the boba. Some places don't know how to cook boba correctly, so, they end up tasting funky or they are too hard or too soft. Milk Run has the science of cooking boba down! It's soft and has the right chew. Its got a nice flavor and they give a gracious amount per drink. I'm also impressed by their matcha quality. After I stirred my Matcha Milk Tea, its color was still a bold green which a lovely switch-up the common diluted matcha drink. 5 Stars!!!! Just know, PARKING SUCKS ON WEEKENDS!

Have been here a few times over the years; usually not a thai tea drinker, but I like to go here for it. A little too sweet for me this time. I remember the thai tea ice cream also being pretty great. Drinks were served quickly and the place was clean.

I didn't give them a 5 because they didn't greet us and the boba wasn't anything special. We had the sunset with crystal boba and the brown sugar milk tea with boba. It did come out really quickly I just don't think I'd make a special trip out for this. The prices are reasonable and we did like the layers in our drinks!

I loved the matcha latte with boba! The matcha was the best flavor i've had! The drink was the perfect sweetness, had to come back for another!

Stopped by on a Thursday evening craving something sweet and opted for their ice cream made in house, specifically a single scoop of Cookie Monster. The ice cream was dense but soft and creamy, which I found to be PERFECT! I ate it so quickly I forgot to take a picture of my cup, which I found to be a perfect portion size for single scoop-- not too big or too small. They offer an impressive variety of flavors, shown in my photo. Their overall menu is also impressively large. I am excited to come back for a casual friend hangout and try out more ice cream, milk tea, or blended drinks!

It was just alright in my opinion . Very crowded parking lot , good options , maybe I ordered the wrong thing with taro ( I thought I was a safe choice ?) . My boyfriend got Nutella milk tea and it just tastes like thick chocolate milk ? I don't know . Likely won't be back :/

Great reliable boba place! It's attached to the restaurant Pho Thanh, perfect for a sweet treat after dinner. Their vietnamese sea salt coffee is one of my fave viet coffees in the valley. The thai tea is really good too. I came in today and ordered both of these. Accidentally spilled my drink :/ but one of the girls who works here cleaned it all up for us and was kind enough to give us a new thai tea. She really didn't have to do that so thank you for amazing service!

Quick stop for Boba ,it's nice and small place but everything is really quick, the staffs are friendly and I love the fruit tea here,it's so delicious , it's one of some favorite spots I always stop for Boba

Thai Milk Tea and Tropical Iced Tea
    Petra V.

The milkiest and tastiest Thai Tea in town! Also, a big plus it's that it is right next door to Pho Thanh so we took advantage and while we were waiting for our pho we went to get our drinks and enjoyed them alongside our food. It is super convenient for them to be neighbors, you must try both!

Friends, if you're in the mood for a refreshing treat, the Milk Run is the spot!!! Located on 17th Ave and Camelback, this place is super cool with a HUGE menu. The team here is friendly and helpful, helping you to understand what everything on the menu is. My favorite is the Taro Smoothie with Milk Boba. Stop by, grab a treat, and stay and chat!!! Strongly recommend. Score: A+

This is one of my go-to boba places in Phoenix. The price is in line with most other comparable places, their hours are convenient, and the service is consistently good. When it comes to ordering a milk tea, they have the usual suspects for flavors. I think their strengths are in the fruity and sparkling drinks. Their Arizona Sunset tea is more than just a pretty picture, and I also love the jasmine tea with cheese foam. They have a range of sizes and ability to customize. The boba quality is solid. If you live nearby or come often, it's worth it to give them your phone number for the loyalty program. They also do ice cream, but it's a little on the pricier end and not really a stand-out to me.

Ask the Community - Milk Run

Is the ice cream non dairy?

Most are not. The have a non dairy coconut vanilla option and it's pretty good.

Are only single-use cups allowed, or can customers bring in their own Milk Run bottles again?

They are only using the recyclable single-use plastic cups right now. They will be using the bottles again in the future; they just don't know when.

Are there any Sugar free options or one that uses Stevia instead of real sugar?

Not at this time unfortunately. As a diabetic I asked recently and no options

    Do they have milk alternatives?

    Yes. Almond, soy, coconut.

Is this store still open? Tried coming a few times during business hours but the store was closed and locked up. Is it open now?

Milk Run is open and our normal business hours are everyday 11am-8:30pm, and closed on Tuesdays. If you referring to Pho Thanh Restaurant next door then they are closed for Lunar New Year and will reopen on Sat, March 2nd.

Do they have lactose free creamer?

We don't use creamer but we do offer soy and almond milk.

I am vegan as well as gluten intolerant. Are your vegan options also gluten free? I saw a donut in one of the photos, are there baked goods too and if so, are there gluten free options?

Hello Paula, We have many vegan options on our menu. We currently offer two vegan ice cream which… Read more

    Only up to 8:30pm? Smh

    The neighborhood is probably why.

    Do they have gift cards?

Not sure, you can call them to see if they offer it.

How long is the B2G1 deal? Till Wednesday?

Wednesday 06/21/17 will be the last day!

Is it affordable? I'm just seeing a lot of things going up in Phx that are expensive.

Drinks are approximately $4 for a regular size

I just recently started living a vegan lifestyle and would love to know if you guys replace milk with coconut milk or almond milk at all? Also is your ice cream is dairy free by any chance?

Yes, they can substitute milk with almond or coconut. They also have non-dairy piñata colada ice cream :)

Paris was good, but the experience did not warrant any return visit. They had a huge variety of options (sweets, meals, snacks, etc) in a few places near the ordering counter. The store was well decorated, very bright & colorful -- and the seating was quite comfortable (the whicker seats anyway). We ordered a wide array of savory & sweets. The salad needed more dressing, a few of the savory pastries were a bit chewy (had they been out awhile, maybe?), and most of the sweets were decent. The polite gal behind the counter offered to warm up the savory pastries but we declined -- I believe the heat would have made them more chewy. It was a bummer we didn't enjoy the food more. The menu is straightforward, all the expected coffee choices, and a more extensive food selection than I'd anticipated. I chose to combine the avocado toast and substitute the toast for an everything bagel. They asked if I'd like chili flakes on that and... of course! The cappuccino was excellent, with dense, stiff foam, deep flavor, and perfectly portioned. The avocado bagel was phenomenal, with good, chunky avocado, spread thick on a buttered and toasted bagel. Plenty enough to spread along both sides and have a bit left over. The flow of customers was steady and they worked through all of the orders quickly and efficiently... really could not ask for a better quick coffee breakfast experience.

I've been frequenting this architectural marvel for over 10 years. While so many new shops try to mimic this vibe, none of them are Lux. Lux is King! The 11-Year Flashback: I looked back at my review from 11 years ago when I docked them a star for the "nightmare parking." Back then, I was a "to-go" only person who never envisioned myself as a laptop-hipster hanging out. Well, times change! I'm bumping them up to 5 stars now. Maybe it's the new competition nearby or my better timing, but the parking is a breeze, and I've officially embraced the "comfy chair" lifestyle. The "Cheers" Factor: What really sets this place apart is the people. After a decade of visits, it truly feels like Cheers--where everybody knows my name! Getting to know the folks behind the counter makes every visit feel like coming home. The Sip of the Night: I shifted from my usual plain Cappuccino as my target drink to include in a review to feature their Espresso Martini. I went with a Reposado base instead of the typical vodka, and it was stellar. With two full bars in addition to the coffee and pastry bar, craft drinks truly abound here! (Note: they have an amazing cappuccino too) The Comfort Classics: You cannot leave without the food. My go-to favorites? The Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese and the legendary Chocolate Chip or Red Velvet cookies. Return Factor: 100% I've been coming here for a decade, and it's still the gold standard.
