Solid boba spot! I was craving boba (what's new?) and this place was close to our dinner spot, so I decided we'd swing by and grab drinks beforehand. The parking lot is not huge but I was able to find a spot easily. A few people were enjoying their drinks when I arrived. There is a good amount of seating but I can see it getting full quickly. I had perused the menu beforehand as I usually do and although a few of the teas looked tempting, I fulfilled my craving by ordering the Saigon Special, a strongly brewed cafe su da (Vietnamese Coffee) with a special blend of sweet milk topped with sea salt cream, and requested easy ice and honey boba. This has a lot of caffeine in it and I try not to order so late in the day, but I wanted it. The bobaista who took my order was friendly and welcoming, and helpful after I accidentally typed in my phone number incorrectly. Prices were fair: $6 for the drink and $0.75 to add boba. My drink was ready quickly and it looked great. It was pretty sweet with the boba and drink at regular sugar level, and I should have mixed in the sea salt cream to help combine the flavors. It was delicious though and hit the spot. I was left with salty foam at the end so I will remember to mix my drink next time. I also tried the Avocado Chill, which is a fresh hass avocado smoothie with fresh strawberries and condensed milk. Not a big smoothie girl but it was nice. Regions Tea is such a cute spot and honestly one of my favorite places I've tried lately. The interior is super clean and modern with a soft, minimal aesthetic neutral tones, curved arch details, and really pretty patterned tile flooring that gives it a slightly upscale but still cozy vibe. There's lots of natural light coming in, mixed with warm pendant lighting and greenery that makes the whole place feel calm and inviting. It's definitely one of those spots that feels aesthetic without trying too hard. I ordered their Vietnamese coffee and it's easily one of the best I've had here in Arizona. It's smooth, strong, and perfectly balanced not too sweet but still rich and creamy. You can tell it's made well. Their teas are also pretty good, especially if you want something lighter and refreshing, but I would 100% recommend going for the Vietnamese coffee. There was a small parking lot right out front and the store is located in a smaller strip mall. Inside it is very clean and well decorated. It would be a great spot to work or handout. Pretty good boba tea spot. Nice interior and the Jasmine milk tea with boba was legit. My issue is as much as I try to muster my way out of being lactose intolerant, it doesn't seem to work. The Saigon was "stronger" and less sweet than the Pistachio -- both were good but the Saigon was excellent! The coffee balanced well with the salted cream and wasn't too sweet. Needed a sweet treat on a Saturday evening before dinner and was curious about Regions Tea! The parking lot is relatively small, especially given that it's shared amongst many other businesses. Anyway, after parking I was wowed by the chic interior. I was also impressed by the breadth of the menu, offering staples like the Regions Milk tea to more unique flavors like Roasted Rice Oolong milk tea to interesting coffee options like the Pistachio Caramel Coffee. I'm a creature of habit, so I stuck to my usual order of a classic milk tea with foam (cheese preferred over sea salt, if available) and regular boba. In this case, I opted for the Regions milk tea (a sweet & creamy milk tea featuring a special blend of tea leaves and signature house milk) and sea salt foam (not listed on their menu's "Add-ons" section but available upon request) and honey boba. The milk tea itself was unique tasting, like slightly floral but not enough to convince me there's jasmine. The sea salt added a savory decadence and the honey boba added an extra element of sweetness to the drink. Overall impressed with Region's menu and vibes inside and would be down to return to try other options! I'm specifically eyeing the Saigon Special, Pandan Coffee, and Pistachio Caramel Coffee for next time, assuming I don't stick to my Region's milk tea that I already know I love! While other reviews have mentioned this place's priciness, I think the price is justified by the drink. The taste comes across more subtle for most of their drinks and is a good option for people who shy away from overly sweet drinks. The only drink I was a little disappointed in was their pandan latte. I tasted way more latte and not enough pandan but I'm sure it's tough to balance those flavors out when espresso just tastes so much stronger. If you want good boba tea in the Valley, you generally need to go to Tempe or Mesa. I was pleasantly surprised to find Regions tea and discover really good boba tea in Phoenix! I have been eyeing this place for a while but never had time to stop in. One day, I needed a place to go to escape my house for a few hours to do work and decided to check this place out. The ambiance is inviting and relaxing. I like the selection of plants throughout the cafe. The seating is generally comfortable and I saw at least one table with a nearby outlet for charging. There is wifi in there too. There is a nice, clean bathroom down the hall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really love their selection of teas (and there are a few coffee drinks too). I tried the roasted rice oolong and also the hojicha milk tea. Both were great, though I think I liked the oolong more because it tasted a little more fragrant. I like that you can customize your drink to make it less sweet and choose either with or without ice. read more

We came here 2 out of 3 days that we were in Phoenix; the milk tea was that good! Hailing from SGV in SoCal, where boba and Asian food of various qualities is literally everywhere, I have no doubt Regions Tea would do very well there and even beat out some competition. On our second visit, we got the Saigon Special and Hojicha Milk Tea. As expected, the Saigon Special was creamy, super strong and sweet, as good Vietnamese coffee should be. The Hojicha Milk Tea tasted like a slightly thicker matcha latte; I can't say I could taste the roasted notes, but I still enjoyed every sip. Ambiance (5/5): Very minimalist and modern midcentury-industrial vibes with some relaxing pop(?) music. Plants throughout and lots of lighting. It'd make a cute place for a date or afternoon chat.
