My Golden Retriever Bono has hypothyroidism, and I honestly thought we were going to lose him. He had gained 25 lbs, had trouble breathing and walking, and even his tongue turned a weird purple color. After just two visits, Dr. Lunday prescribed the right supplements and gave me valuable suggestions on how to feed him. Now Bono (who is 8 years old) is playful again and keeping up with my Doberman Bianca! I'm so grateful for Dr. Lunday's expertise and care. Highly recommend! Fur parent #realtorTatyanaMakarov

We went to see Dr. Landau and even though he didn't cure his tumor he enabled us to help my little dogs body stay as strong as possible and treat the issues that were arising from the tumor. He lived 14 more months of a wonderful pain-free life we were able to enjoy so much of that time with him. We recently referred a friend who's dog has cancer it was the same thing they were contemplating putting him down over the next two weeks that was five months ago he still goes on regular runs with his doggie mama! Today I brought my 18.5 year old cat in for emergency grooming to remove mats. The entire staff was very empathetic, and Dr. Otterson did an amazing job removing the mats, safely and efficiently. The price was very reasonable and my cat is so much happier. Thank you.

    This is a review specifically for Dr. Helen Spiegel Lee. Last year I brought my cat in for a…read morewellness exam after a couple years of not being able to afford vet care and moving around quite a bit. Dr. Spiegel was extremely short with my partner and I. She was curt, cold and we left the appointment feeling very judged and a bit admonished for reasons we couldn't quite place. I thought maybe it was because I'd not been able to afford bringing my cat in as regularly as they recommended, so I was seen as neglectful. It was very uncomfortable and left me feeling hesitant to return. Well, here I am again researching clinics and vets to take my beloved gal in for another routine exam and I've not only found that Valley Vet is owned by private equity, but Dr. Spiegel is a vocal anti-trans activist! Now I know what her cold, judgmental demeanor was about. Shameful to employ such an intolerant, hateful person ESPECIALLY in our beautiful, accepting community of Western Mass. I will never, ever go back to Valley Vet and will encourage all my pet owning friends to stay clear! Word travels fast in the queer community (;
