They spent 4 days totally repairing all the wood damaged and 1 day on paint. I want to specially call out that our main carpenter Adrian F. did a great quality job and addressed all of my concerns. There is another carpenter Eric who worked one day with Adrian who also did a good job. The tenting was done and scheduled accordingly. We also had Daniel come in and perform the bora care treatment professionally. There were some hassles in between including the underestimation of number of days that were needed for wood repair. Scheduling issues that 5 days of repair work got scattered into 4 weeks. The first day one carpenter put a dent on my brand new AC unit when he hammered down the fascia board. Also one section of the wood support was not done right, more than 2 rafter tails in a row got cut the roof eave so it was sagging and caused us a panic. They sent their manager to address our concerns and assure that it was corrected and that the correct work would be done. The carpenters fixed the previous mistakes and did great work in the end. So overall not a smooth experience yet I am willing to give it 5 stars because they did honor the original quote, and ended up doing more wood repair than originally quoted as it was discovered during the process. Thus going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work despite the initial issues.

Feeling desperate, I researched and requested quotes from numerous companies here on Yelp. After receiving several quotes, I decided on this one company because they offered the best customer service, made it clear that all my pest issues would be handled, and had unbelievably affordable pricing. A time was agreed upon for a technician to come by our home within twenty-four hours to begin spraying a pesticide mix and to set off a bug bomb fogger. The technician arrived 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment, walked the entire property, and immediately got to work. The tech was on my property for less than 2 hours and crawled under the house to spray every single inch. He also sprayed our two yards, porch, patio, driveway, and around the garage. The technician also repaired all basement screens and other areas where bugs can return. While the tech was making these repairs, spiders, termites, and water bugs were seen crawling out from under the house onto my driveway and simply dying on the spot. This went on for the next hour. Needless to say, I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received from this company's employee (sorry, I do not recall his name). We first had another company come out to inspect our home and give us a quote. The other company barely looked inside the crawl space and told us it's subterranean termites and that we also have the other type of termites that need fumigation, but we can just do subterranean for now. When they sent us a quote, I think they just offered a 1-year guarantee. Josh from AABC came out a couple days later and was extremely thorough with his inspection. He walked through the entire house and even went into our attic. He educated us along the way about everything from termites, homes, etc. and answered all of our many questions. He told us that we do have both types of termites, but it's more pressing that we take care of the subterranean ones. Since we plan on remodeling parts of our house, he said we should hold off on tenting it until afterwards, in case any new wood has termites. It was comforting to know that despite our house being over 40 years old and having never been tented, there was minimal damage to our wood. Josh encouraged us to get at least a 3rd quote, but we didn't want to. Josh's quote was roughly similar to the other one (maybe slightly cheaper, but he offered a 10-year guarantee! Moreover, we liked Josh and believe in relationships. We felt Josh invested the time to earn our business. His crew came out and treated the perimeter and crawl space. It was major work. The insulation in the attic was removed and new material was put in after they thoroughly cleansed the attic. They also covered/repaired all potential openings that lead inside the property. They will continue doing follow-ups for the next month or so (This was done yesterday by Francisco).
