Jeff is one of the few contractors who has been willing to come out and do the smaller repairs for…read moreroof leaks on our rental properties. He has never charged much, and in fact with the first repair, I had to insist that he allow me to pay him. Because of his integrity and courtesy, I had him handle the insurance-paid replacement of a roof on one of the rentals that had Atlas shingles. After doing an initial, no-cost, inspection, he met with the adjuster on very short notice, and actually did the on-the-roof work for the adjuster while the adjuster stood in the yard below. Jeff and his crew put on the new roof, replacing more of the OSB than expected, and did some additional work at no extra charge. It looks great, and the tenants are delighted. They said he was very professional (which I already knew he would be), and he and his crew left the place really clean. I couldn't be happier with Jeff's work. He's very patient, his pricing is very reasonable, and he does excellent, high-quality, work. He shows up when he says he will, which is important. I can't recommend him more highly, and I will continue to have him do all my roof work in the future.

No answer no communication. Blocked me from Instagram and Facebook. Luckily I have all the screen shots and recording from my security cameras. I am going to take the necessary steps in getting this taken care of. Do not use them. They may have good reviews. But don't let it fool you.

He justified a higher price by guaranteeing he would be on time and he would be there to check the workers work. I had high hopes that I could leave the job up to him. I couldn't. I had to check on his work regularly because I found he didn't visit often and new crews would do different parts of the job and leave details undone. The job was finished later than expected which calls into question the higher price. The actual workers were great. Excellent actually. But the management of my job was pitiful, I'm sorry to say, Because everyone was very kind. Unfortunately, I will not use them again and would recommend looking elsewhere for a contractor that can manage jobs appropriately. From what I heard he had to much going on. My advice for this company is to take on less projects and do each job like it's for your mother. Be detail oriented, communicate a lot, and visit the property often to check the progress.

BEWARE ! ! I should have taken the warnings by other yelpers!!…read more Our price was $175 higher on a preventive maintenance job with NO PROBLEMS! The price estimates given on the phone when you call, "Affordable" Septic Services are NOT the price you will probably end up paying. Like the other Yelp postings warned, the price increases occur while they are on site and at a point where it would be difficult to stop the work. They even raise the price on jobs that are done preventively where there have been NO PROBLEMS!! The person answering the phone reassured me the price our size septic tank would be the estimated price and would not be raised like other yelpers had reported. According to the job foreman-there apparently are "always issues" found, so they raise the price AFTER the holes are dug. Based on our experience, It appears you can't really get the actual price they will charge you before the work has already started and there are big holes in your yard! We have had NO PROBLEMS EVER with our septic after buying the house. NO PROBLEMS ! It has worked PERFECTLY !! We told the person on the phone this before the crew arrived and told the crew that showed up. When they dug two big holes and uncovered the two openings to the septic tank, they FOUND NO PROBLEMS!! They asked when it was last pumped and we told them we were not sure but we had not pumped it in the past 6 years, AFTER THEY DUG THE TWO BIG HOLES IN THE YARD, AND FOUND NO PROBLEMS, THEY TOLD US THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE $175 MORE THAN THE PRICE THEY HAD ORIGINALLY TOLD US FOR THE JOB BECAUSE WE HAD NOT FOLLOWED THE NATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS TO PUMP EVERY 5 YEARS. Again- there was NOTHING WRONG with our septic system. When they had us in a bind with the big deep holes dug and the septic system open to the air, and no pumping had been done -they told us it would be $175 more than they had originally told us the job would be.

I don't normally leave reviews on yelp but these guys are really top notch. I recently had my roof replaced through my homeowner's insurance by Milledge Roofs- i didn't pay a dime for a brand new roof. Mike was very informative and verbally walked me through the process. After our discussion, I gave him the go ahead to reach out to my insurance company and I basically didn't have to do anything except cash and write a check! I have also recommended them to my parents and a friend for some minor roof repairs and facia/soffit replacement and they did a spectacular job very quickly. Mike was great to work with and true to his word. The roof went up fast but the subcontractor took awhile on the gutters...Mike stayed on top of them though. He wouldn't take final payment until we were satisfied. My husband used to work construction so he took awhile to be satisfied...but Mike always responded and took care of his concerns promptly. I got quotes from ten other local roofers and I'm glad we used Milledge Roofing Company. Our church had Milledge Roofing replace 2 roofs for us. They were very responsive and quick to return phone calls and quick to come out. Mike inspected both roofs, answered all our questions, gave great advice and the next day provided a very accurate estimate. The work was scheduled promptly, and performed on time and extremely well. A couple of days later Jaco sent Miguel Martinez out to look at our roof. He also tarped the roof for us in a spot that had allowed water to leak into the house, damaging the living room ceiling. The estimate was free. Miguel was an absolute godsend through the entire process, letting us know how to proceed with each step. Miguel came back when our insurance adjuster surveyed our roof. He was a great help in working with the adjustor to ensure all the damage was noted. Three hours later our insurance company said they would replace the entire roof and repair our living room ceiling that was also damaged. Jaco had a crew replace our roof within a couple of weeks, taking a single day to do so. A couple of weeks later another crew repaired our ceiling. That only took an hour and a half. Please note, Jaco wanted to do the work all in one day, but we had to shuffle our dogs in and out of the house. They were very understanding of that, too. "No problem." The work was outstanding. So was the customer service. I can't recommend them enough. Hope you get Miguel assigned to your project.
