I contacted them and they came and 'fixed' it. After that I also noticed the roof was damaged from the scaffolding that they put on top of shingles. After the winter the caulk and some siding started to crack/bow. this was around April May I knoticed it. I contacted them. They came out to look at it. Said they would fix it. That was 3 weeks ago. No answer no communication. Blocked me from Instagram and Facebook. Luckily I have all the screen shots and recording from my security cameras. I am going to take the necessary steps in getting this taken care of. Do not use them. They may have good reviews. But don't let it fool you.

I have had to call them out multiple times for shingles falling and now we have a leak that they refuse to repair. The guy they sent out John asked if he could run a water hose down the hole (caused by the poor installation) to prove the roof didn't cause the leak. What sense does that make? They pull a team of people who don't speak English. Will leave nails throughout your yard. They dented our drains and are very very slow to respond when their product fails. My neighbors also used this company and have had similar poor experience. Now I have to repair the damage caused by a poor roof installation and take them to court. I will post this on as many sites as possible. Do Not Use This Company!
