The manicure was shellac polish French Manicure. She took her time and was so friendly. However, it's only been a week, and the corners are already chipping off. She applied the polish on my cuticle, so now it's pulled away and is catching in my hair. (I know that's natural growth but I've never had it touching my cuticle before) I've had shellac many times that lasted a month or more. But I'd definitely return for pedicures.

I went in for a pedicure and, for the amount of money I was charged, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Just look at the pictures. My toenails were not properly or evenly filed and shaped, and the polish application around the edges looks messy and unfinished. Some of the nails aren't even shaped consistently. This does not look like the finished result of a professional pedicure that I paid good money for. A pedicure is supposed to include proper nail care, shaping, filing, clean polish application, and attention to detail. I shouldn't leave a nail salon looking at my toes and immediately noticing things that should have been corrected before I ever got out of the chair. I don't mind paying for good service, but I absolutely expect the quality of the work to match the price. Unfortunately, this experience did not. She agreed it was pretty bad and said she'd never seen hair cut that terrible. My hair was past my shoulders and when I got to her it was right above. She was so kind and took time to listen and really look at my hair to see what she could do. She spent almost two hours fixing this. She tried to keep my length and tried her best to blend it all together. It just wasn't going to happen. I ended up with short hair, but it looked really good. She did such a fabulous job and was so nice about the whole thing. I was able to walk out confident and really ended up liking the style she was able to give me. She is a true gem! They always come out flawless and she has so so so many colors to choose from that are shellac styled. For hair, Hannah is the sweetest and does an excellent job every time.
