They were here all the following week which was not the plan. 1. They cut a wire to my Bay Alarm security system and damaged several connection points. 2. They broke the transformer to my landscape lighting. 3. They painted over the cobwebs in my breezeway. 4. They left my 50 ft. garden hose in knots. 5. They broke the latch on my front gate. His speedy and friendly staff removed a load bearing wall and opened up my kitchen, and the marble brick backsplash and white quartz countertops with center island made the kitchen the star of the house and brightened the place up. Other contractors gave me a 6 month window, but PP Construction did it in about 3 months, AND with a new roof. Well yes, you…read morecan.......you can also find a grouponish offer like I did and research them yelp, but either way, after checking out the feedback of other yelpers I had them come over and Yay! I'm a semi-fan. So why am I a semi-fan and not a full-on fan? The experience with them was a little trying. I called to schedule and they didn't reply right away, but when they did it was via email and for an appointment time 3 weeks out. Since I wanted the carpets cleaned before the holidays, I didn't reply. To make a long story short, even though we never actually scheduled, a technician was sent out anyway wasting that poor guy's time (since I wasn't home) and us having to formally schedule. When we did get formally scheduled, there was a snafu of sorts on their side; the guy that was scheduled to come didn't, was replaced by someone else (making him late) and then their schedule must have been messed up because his supervisor called me trying to find him. Also, for a Groupon-like deal (it's Amazon Local) where I'm supposed to be saving 63%, I ended up paying only slightly less than the last time I got the carpets cleaned. So to sum it up, my carpets are clean but with a little drama so Yay, I'm a semi-fan.

Initially I hesitated because I just didn't feel like dealing with it anymore, but after Mike insisted I finally relented and agreed to meet him today at 4pm. He arrived promptly at 4 and we discussed all the goings on of the day in question. He then insisted on making the situation right and volunteered to do the job over himself right then and there. Well he went to work and within a few hours I was one happy camper. The floors looked 10x better than when the previous guy was done and I was finally satisfied. I think it takes a real mensch to do what Mike did. Most business owners get a bad review and just wave it off to the cost of doing business; especially when the customer didn't pay full price for the service being done in the first place. I'm sure he lost some money on my whole deal and that's why he deserves a special commendation for doing what he did. Not to mention the fact that he volunteered to do the work himself. That's something you don't see every day. I would easily give them 5-stars, but I'm gonna have to hold to some principals and deduct 1-star for all the scheduling snafus, and not to mention the fact that it should've been done right the first time. Do not trust them with your roof. I purchased a home based on a roof inspection from Dave, and the inspection only noted that it should be less than $2000 to replace some cracked tiles. What the report failed to note however was that the entire roof lacked underlayment, a single broken tile would lead to extensive water damage inside the house, this manner of roofing is not up to code, and that a fix would essentially require a complete replacement of the roof. I have tried reaching out to them through email, text, phone messages for over a month about this issue and to even get their side of the story, but we have not received a single message back.
