I've stayed here a few times as a "staycation". The rooms are large and clean. But it matters what part of the hotel they put you in. The lower two floors are large and long. The hallways are long and can get loud. The ground floor has gorgeous windows, but they allow in plenty of cold air. We came here when the power went out in No Buffalo for a day. The doors (room and bathroom) are wheelchair friendly, which is awesome. The AC very effective, and since it was basically the hottest day of the summer, that was useful. They had great Covid rules in effect. While I stay here occasionally, I'd only ever stay on the first floor again if with someone in a wheelchair or otherwise movement compromised. Easy parking. If I could give this a negative I would!!!! This was by far the WORSE experience I've ever had. First off, the place is a giant Red Roof. NOTHING & I mean nothing has been updated except the employees. However, most of them are really nice especially Mark, the young lady that does the breakfast on weekends and the shorter young woman at the desk. The second thing that turned me off was the fact that they allowed a family reunion of 200+ people to gather here but the pool was closed and only one elevator worked. The reason provided for the pool was not the actual reason and I will not display what I was told; ask the locals. The elevator that was up and running kept breaking down all of Friday and I'm not about Saturday because I couldn't bare to be in that dump any longer. The alternative was the service elevator but we had elderly guest that couldn't make it that far sometimes. I took the stairs most of the stay because the elevator is very slow. Now, let's get to these rooms. We had three rooms which two connected and one didn't which was fine because we all just wanted to be on the same floor but honeyyy, I thought I was in AHS episode. Both the tub and the sink were peeling in all the rooms. Our shower clogged and the shower curtain/liner was too long for the tub, no one came to fix it. The A/C nor the heat in our room worked to the point where my aunt had to go down and ask for a portable heater. The floors had stains and the fridges were missing parts. The only upside is that the beds are comfortable, not sure how clean but it did what it needed to do. Lastly, the food was disgusting. We did have some decent chicken fingers and egg rolls at the meet and greet and the mash potatoes from the banquet were good too but other than that you mind as well go across the street to the Longhorn. Also, I wouldn't go to the bar ; they give more ice than drank And trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth, I've called everyday for a week and nothing. I even went through the third party to get a refund, still waiting. This hotel has the worst service ever. The front desk staff scheduled on 7/3 before 7am (6:45am to be specific) weren't really helpful and when asked for the refill of the water/coffee they have at the lobby (since they're all empty), they carelessly said that: "oh it would be refilled at 7am." Yes, there's a coffee machine in the room but how can you make coffee if there's no water? Is this a family friendly hotel? If the hotel caters to tourists as their guests, is this the impression being given to the public?!? So by 7:30am, when our bus is about to leave, both hot and cold water still empty and they just refilled the coffee jag. The guy said that it would take awhile for the water to be refilled. Gosh!? The hotel has only one container? Then the room we were given: there's no working exhaust in the bathroom, some of the lights were not working! That was like 11pm so how can you go out to complain when you are exhausted already?!? We came as a group, if this has been an anticipation when the tour group has a late arrival, ensure that you give a positive impression especially when you arrived late at night and you are welcomed with an empty jag of water in the lobby. It's no excuse that the staff wouldn't know about it as it's transparent, is it just laziness to have it refilled or there's a certain schedule for refill? Guess, the management needs to learn how to manage the hotel as well as the staff working! Even if it's a budgeted hotel provided by the tour agency, the importance of providing good service and having proper maintenance of the amenities should not be neglected. Last note: there's a restaurant by the lobby, but you can't get anything there as the 2 people said you have to pay $16+ in to get these things. read more

My traveling lover and I stayed a single Friday night before our trip to Niagara Falls the following day. From the outside, the hotel seemed a little weathered, especially from the banquet hall side. Upon entering the building, we were greeted by a rather strong musty smell which seemed especially odd considering the pool was closed. We were excited to see that there was a coffee station near the front desk for us to top off our mugs before the adventure awaiting the following day. After moving to the side of the hotel to access our room, we were again greeted by a questionable smell, this time resembling the emissions of someone who had too much Latin food. Just passed the elevator was the courtyard which was the highlight of the hotel grounds. Covered in greenery and sporting a wide variety of seating options, we deeply regretted not taking advantage of the impressive atmosphere. Our room was very well appointed with a comfy bed and comfortable lounge area. The only minor quibble was the couch became squeaky during certain physical loving activities. The sleeping area had a brick accent wall which really broke up the living space and added a much-appreciated texture to the room. The roof above the doorway was covered with ornate dark wood, which I have never seen in a room in this price range. It was a unique touch which provided a lot of character to the room. The bathroom was a massive letdown. Given the size and price of the room, the bathroom was tiny and not well appointed. The hairdryer was tossed up on top of the clean towels, which is not the most hygienic choice. The biggest issue however was the tub. The floor of the tub was disintegrating with the gripping surface almost completely stripped away with course grout being exposed. The faded/missing blue dots of the original floor made it painfully obvious that the tub was past its service life and needed to be replaced. It seemed clear that the hotel room was a lower priority than other facilities given the nature of the upkeep. If the bathrooms were to be remodeled, I believe the hotel experience would be completely different, However, given the price point and the star rating of the hotel, the Millennium Hotel has some work do. read more

Paid through Priceline, but Millennium decided to charge us twice. When I got my credit card statement & saw the charge, I called, was put on hold for almost ten minutes. The guy said they noticed it was double charged & a refund would be issued. It has been two weeks & no refund has been credited to my credit card. To give feedback on the hotel itself... when you arrive, if you want to check in early, it's a $50 fee. There are multiple signs at the reception desk saying all of the services they do NOT provide for you. The toilet seat in our bathroom would not stay up, because there was a counter protruding out of the wall.. really fun when you have young boys who need to pee. I could go on, but I'm really just over this place. I wouldn't have left a review at all, but to be charged twice is ridiculous. read more

I just checked into this hotel. The lobby looks great but once you make your way through the halls you'll see stains everywhere. When I walked into my room the bedsheets looks dirty. I removed the first layer and behold a blood stain. I don't think they clean their sheets here as often. I asked the front desk for a new one and they told me to come down and get it (seems like it happens pretty often). Also they told me to leave the dirty bedsheets outside the door. Anyways I wanted to get refreshed by taking a shower and hold and behold dirty shower! Their was soap and scum all over the floor. Also they only gave us condition, body wash, and lotion. Is there an option for 0 stars?? As a first timer attempting to book a block of rooms my experience has been terrible. I called the first week of February inquiring about a block of rooms. Called a few weeks later when I didn't hear back and they gave me the quote and I asked when a confirmation would be ready. I was told they would work on it that day or the next and call me. Called another 2 weeks later. Still wasn't done. I called to ask about adding 5 more rooms. That was two weeks ago. I have yet to EVER receive a call from "Valerie" in group sales or receive any type of confirmation. A month and a half and I had to chase them every 1-2 weeks for an update. I left messages the last two days and no one has yet to call me back of course. I called the third day today to cancel not even knowing if I had a block and they said I did have one and they emailed me but their email system wasn't working right so I never got it. Lots of excuses. I have now seen the other terrible reviews on Yelp. Luckily I called another hotel and they gave me a quote in 5 minutes and were ready to book. The hotel missed out on several thousand dollars for terrible customer service. I understand short staffed, but clearly that wasn't the issue after a month and a half. I noticed dried food, dried toothpaste and hair in the sink I was too tired to call downstairs I spook with clerk and manager the next day I was told someone would come and clean the Room they showed up at 11:00 a.m. and asked them the comeback at 12 and no one ever appeared no apology or compensation from the management Also, there was an earring from the previous guest left on the floor and my comforter had makeup on it. This was our hotel for the night as part of our Niagara Falls tour itinerary. The travel agency picked this hotel definitely for its economical reason but if we will be given the chance to stay longer, this hotel could be a good pick for the following reasons: 1. it offers free shuttle to the nearby Buffalo airport 2. reasonably price to its proximity to Niagara falls attractions 3. walking distance to a huge shopping and restaurant galleria definitely will make you smile 3. room (noting the room we stayed) is spacious and clean 4. offers complimentary coffee, snack and infused water in their accommodating and well decorated lobby 5. find useful their keurig coffee station and microwable oven in our room. 6. conference room, restaurant and cocktail bar are centrally located 7. tropical courtyard and swimming pool are a plus read more

I only stay here out of desperation when the nearby airport hotels are booked. Though they note themselves as an airport hotel, they are in fact several miles distant from the Buffalo/Niagara Falls Airport. However, what they are close to and darn near a part of is the Galleria Mall. In fact many of the guests who stay here are Canadians who prefer to do their shopping at the Galleria rather than in the pricier Canadian malls. The Millennium is somewhat seriously dated with worn as well as some soiled carpeting, chips in the furniture woodwork, in need of some fresh paint, lousy sound proofing between the rooms and though it books itself as Three Star, I can only go Two Stars. It has a huge parking lot, but always seems to be packed which is something I have a difficult time figuring out unless most of their guests drive two or more cars. If you arrive late, you may even have difficulty finding a space. The business or computer section in the lobby charges 20 cents per minute for internet and 20 cents per page print copy. There are only three computer use stations which are rather grungy and dated in appearance. In fact they clearly give the appearance of something left over from the days of DOS or maybe even UNIX. A somewhat redeeming factor is, however, that the entire hotel does have a very good Wi-Fi system. The entire setup of the hotel is rather goofy with a fountain like pool in the lobby having a dining table set right in water in the middle of it. There is also a large atrium area with a swimming pool and every time I have been there, it had an area set up for weddings. The rooms are large, spacious, but again somewhat dated in décor and during the morning hours the hallways always seem clutter with cleaning crews. read more

Went there for a Dyngus day celebration. There were multiple rooms for the event you were not aloud to carry your beverage 30 yards to the next room . Also the staff was rude too a group of 8 year old girls dancing in a circle on the dance floor and asked them to stop. they were the only ones on the dance floor. been to many Dyngus day celebrations and everyone was leaving at 9 pm , goes to show you how poor it was. This hotel room was purchased with an expedia deal ($50/night) with my plane tickets! When we got to Buffalo we didnt realize until we arrived that taxi's are expensive and limited and uber or other rideshares dont exist. So we used the lil hotel phones in the airport and were able to call Millennium for free and ask about a shuttle, they said it was included for free with our room and would be there in 10 minutes. First impression very positive, even though it was an older shuttle, but it worked just fine & cant complain since it is free, and the driver was very friendly and knowledgable about the hotel and restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel itself is an older tower directly behind the Galleria mall (200 stores & many popular chain restaurants like Dave & Busters, Cheesecake Factory, PF changs, etc.. etc...), plenty of parking as it is shared with the large lot of the Galleria mall. We walk in through revolving doors (which I later realize are very popular in Buffalo), to a large clean lobby w/ a beautiful fountain & decor and friendly smiles at the front desk. The ladies were very nice and accomodating, told us they found our room immediately and even asked if we wanted our booked room or needed extra beds or suite space, etc... Downside we realized a high school Prom & Undergraduate Graduation party was being held at the ball room & pool/tropical dining/courtyard area and so it was very loud during the day with people talking and drinking. Tons of kids yelling and running around. We got to our room and the beds & room looked very clean (2 queens, w/ a leather chair & ottoman & desk), there is a wood large balcony (not private) that looked over the very nice tropical courtyard/pool area, tiny closet area w/ iron board & iron. The bathroom looked cleaned, but a small wash cloth was missed (on top of the shower curtain) so we grabbed it with our clean towels & threw them on the floor & asked for more towels, NBD. The next day we left early morning and came back around 2pm and our room had not yet been cleaned. I think they start from the top & work there way down as they were finally reaching ours (2nd floor). We asked it to be cleaned & they came and did it right away. We waited in the cool old school arcade room on the 2nd floor & played games (0.5-.75 cents a game, quarter machine in the room, street fighter, racing games, shooting games, etc...). We came back to the room half hour later and it was spotless. New sheets & comforters (Im a marker, meaning I put a tiny spot of pen/lipstick on corner of sheets/linen to make sure they actually change it). We checked out the bar that night and it was large, friendly bartender, lots of tvs w/ the games on. The drinks were big, kinda weak, but if I were to ask he was nice enough to add a lil more booze. We also ordered bagels for room service (3, very pricey (5 bucks each)) but came fast. Best part of stay was at 1am we asked for a late check out and they gave us until 1PM! Awesome! So we got what we paid for. It was a pleasant stay. Clean decent rooms. I would stay again if I found the deal again and if I ever came back to Buffalo. read more

If you're looking for a comfy cozy place to stay that's close to the airport, this is not it. Close to the airport and that's why I gave it one star. This place is pretty bad. Our room was on the first floor facing the pool. Really old and in dire need of renovation. Here are all the things that are wrong: For starters I had to walk around the whole building until I finally got to my room because the old one story building is like a motel with the pool in the middle! Then there's like 2 stairs that drop down in the room. It's like this building hasn't been renovated since the 69s. Then the door doesn't close properly without slamming it because it gets stuck. Next there's mold in the bathroom tile grout. Sink has cracks in it. Coffee maker is dirty. Room smells. Maybe the tower rooms are better, but we got stuck in the motel side and it's horrible! read more

Surprised to see such a low rating on here, my wife and I stayed the night here Valentine's night and loved it. Not only was the reception very helpful but the hotel overall was elegant upon entrance and otherwise perfect. Not sure if it was a promotion but at the time of our arrival we were notified unbeknownst to us, that we had a free $25 credit to Twig's Loungue (the lobby area bar) and a bottle of champagne/wine that would be delivered to our room. That was a nice surprised but all of that aside we had a poolside room and the indoor courtyard area made the Buffalo Valentine's Day Winter amazing. The air and atmosphere felt like Florida. I really enjoyed the Twig's Loungue area as well and the bartender was nice. We got some drinks and a pretzel with our credit and only had to shell out a few dollars for all of it with tip. This is my staycation spot because the pool is nice. Normally I stay at the courtyard level and the atrium is beautiful, dated but beautiful. Unfortunately they no longer use the pool bar. Perhaps when it was the Sheraton. There is an arcade at the second level but a majority of the games didn't work. The lounge has good food and a nice fire place. The place is very nice and accommodating. The I stayed with my gfs in January, my room was good but I found popcorn near the edge of my bed, and it wasn't mine. March I stay with my husband. Lots of odd hunter looking guys getting drunk with a mixture of airline ppl. This place has meeting rooms so there is a lot of people staying for work. And a huge parking lot, which is great right? It was pretty dead, so I parked in the first spot near the door. Well this where my visit turned wrong. My year old large suv that's not hard to miss was sideswiped in the parking lot. I called the manager, he called right back. Nice guy but basically said I parked at my own risk and there are no cameras in the lot. You can file a police report. Well it's pointless when you can't see who did it! wonder who got over served and hit my car? Well it's too bad, that safety is not a top priority. Its like walking back in time when you enter this hotel, but not in a good way. It looks like 1985 and the lobby smells like a sewer. Majority of the staff is nice a courteous, but Jasmine at the front desk needs an attitude adjustment. I called the front desk to ask for towels, she answered and said ok. 30 seconds later the phone in my room rang and Jasmine yells "HOW MANY TOWELS DO YOU NEED? I ALREADY GAVE YOU TOWELS!" Less lip and more service is what I need. When I saw her at the front desk with the excessively long eyelashes and nails, I was no longer shocked or surprised by her attitude. Highly ghetto. I was between 2 and 3 stars! Paid for one night through Priceline and booked the day before. They were the most reasonable for a 3 star hotel. We were supposed to be in a King deluxe room. Check in was fast and easy, very close to the 90 toll road which was convenient. They are undergoing renovation so I did expect some bumps. We got to our room On the fourth floor with our 8 month old which was right off the elevator, we were happy about that (except we walk in and it's got two full beds). Contacted Richard at the front desk by phone and he told me that this room was the one we reserved. I checked my email confirmation and it said otherwise. He checked the hotel confirmation 3-4 times, finally I said I can come show you the confirmation. I got down to the lobby he had a new set of keys on the second floor except it was far from the regular elevator. No complaints the room had the pool view even thought we didn't use the pool too crowded and wasn't sure when it was last cleaned. We checked in around 6 and turned the AC on the room was also pitch black when we walked in. Left for dinner around 8 pm and the room was still sticky and muggy. I really thought okay maybe we will see it turn on overnight and nope we couldn't sleep comfortably and I figured it's one night, the front desk won't want us to change rooms again. I would've liked better, friendlier service from the front desk staff on 6/5/17. Hotel is a good location and hopefully with a better renovation the clientele improves too. read more

I stayed here with a buddy while we were eating buffalo wings and drinking at their breweries for the weekend. The hotel was ok. It was dated with some updates, but nothing fancy at all. The price wasn't crazy, which is nice. Unless we happened to show up on a soccer tournament weekend, the price seemed to attract a LOOOOOT of families. So much so that our excitement to drink some beers by the pool quickly turned to horror when we saw 30+ (no BS) kids running around and screaming in the pool. All 3 nights we were there, loaded with screaming (and peeing in the pool, no doubt) kids. The parents were sitting around the pool absolutely destroying cans of Coors Light. The kids weren't contained just to the pool. We heard them running up and down the hallway outside our room and the floor above us. The room itself was fine. Like I said earlier, it was dated, but had some remodels done to it. It was spacious and had a fridge. The view was of a field of a school next door. Nothing bad, but nothing exciting either. Ice machines are on even floors and we were on the 5th, so that was dumb. The bar downstairs was pretty beat up. Very dated, a little smelly, and totally divey. We drank a pretty good amount, but somehow the bill was $150 for two of us. I definitely didn't have $75 worth of booze and neither did my friend. We didn't have $150 worth of fun either. In one sentence: The Millennium Buffalo was ok. If you're looking for a cheap place for the night, it'll do. read more

This review is for the courtyard suites, pool, room service, and bar. I was in love with this place for years then it started to go down hill and get run down. I always loved the look of the lobby, bar /restaurant/ room service staff, beautiful courtyard, the first floor courtyard suites for the 2 door access (one to the courtyard pool, the other to the hallway), the second floor courtyard suites for the nice balcony over the indoor pool with chairs and tables, and the easy access to the mall and 90. Bartenders were always friendly and attractive. I'm a crown royal Manhattan with extra cherries girl and they ALWAYS nail it. Their chicken fingers, burgers, wings, and cheese sticks are really good at the restaurant and room service. Room service is very polite, fast, and not ridiculously expensive. The straws that broke the camel's back are going to be touched upon here. The rooms started looking and smelling run down. The central air system just didn't work so the rooms were a chlorine scented sweat box year round (last 2 prior stays I requested a box fan from maintenance). They implemented a balcony curfew which is absurd...the last 6 yrs I've stayed there at least 30 times for multiple days and never once heard any rowdy people on balconies at night. If I want to sit on the balcony of my room typing away for work with a bottle of wine I don't care what time it is I'm doing it. I made a complaint to staff about a broken bed frame or box spring. The next month when I got the same room that bed was still lopsided and loud. Front desk staff started getting rude about requests for courtyard suites and letting any check ins before 4pm (come on I have work and 3pm isn't a crazy request). They started allowing extended parking for airport people so the already cramped parking lot turned into hell at night. I literally had to park at the mall and walk over last stay. My last stay was after the remodel and update. Front desk still had issues with early check in*sigh*. The room was nicer and smelt fresher. It was warm, not over bearing though. The towels and bedding were newer(prior stays they were in rough shape and stained). I wasn't in my room much at all so I can't really give you an elaborate review, it was pretty much a place to sleep and that's it. I'll give them another try though. read more

Absolutely disgraceful service. I booked two rooms through their reservations service and requested adjoining rooms as we are traveling with my mother who has dementia and small children. I was told by reservations to contact the front desk to make sure they can accommodate this request. I did that and was told it was noted on my reservation and absolutely should not be a problem. Upon arrival with our family of 6 after a 9 hour drive I'm told that they simply did not have the staff to accommodate my request and we were given rooms one room apart. My only option was to try to book another hotel but after such a long travel day everyone was exhausted. We get to our rooms and the room in between that would've given us our adjoining rooms door was wide open and unoccupied. I called front desk and spoke to the front desk manager who told me again that what I was asking is simply a "request" and NEVER guaranteed even if you're traveling with someone with a disability. She went on to make the excuse that housekeeping just didn't get to clean that room due to short staff. I booked my room a day before and they could have had two adjoining but just simply IGNORED My request. Now my mother is in a room with my two younger children. They didn't even offer to clean the room so we could feel safe knowing my mother will not get lost. Hoping to speak to the manager Doug Kole tomorrow as I was told he was unavailable today. Miraculously after I posted this the housekeepers were back on duty and prepped the room so we could move. Initially was told housekeeping went home at 4:30 so they had no one to clean. We'll just getting ready to relax and wanted to take a shower but ewwwwe!!! You can see my mail scratch on the disgusting tub so they obviously never cleaned it!!! If I can scratch off the muck it's cleanable!! Not stained just gross and dirty. Update the Nightmare continues. They overcharged me vs what my confirmed rate was and also charged me for two queen rooms whilst we were given two double rooms. We had to request clean towels repeatedly and finally had to track down an employee to find us some. It was not made clear that breakfast bar was not complimentary and we were never offered the meal to order hot options. Now I understand why it's cheap to stay there for a night. First impression this place is gorgeous you would expect great things. Me and my boyfriend and dog went to the room and it's nothing like you see in the lobby. Pictures are there so I don't have to explain lol. Went to the front desk and she was super understanding and said she would give us a better room. Technically it was better because of the courtyard but there were the same issues. We decided to stay because it was for one night and it was late. I went to take a hot shower and the water was freezing cold. My boyfriend went to the front desk because at this point i'm fed up. I feel like the best way to review this disappointing stay is to make a list. 1. I learned the hard way that they only make up your room after staying 5 nights. I've never heard of such an absurd rule. Who stays in an airport hotel for more than 5 nights??? 2. the bathtub was pretty gross and beat up. 3. the bathroom sink, toilet and toilet paper dispenser were so low to the ground it's like it was designed for kindergarteners. And I say this being only 5' 1" 3. The pool was STILL closed. 4. the common areas were freezing 5. only one member of staff said hello to us during our entire stay so they aren't very friendly there. The only good things I can say about this hotel are that the price was fair and it was in close proximity to the Walden Galleria mall. read more

The Backstreet Boys once stayed here, and loved it so much, that it inspired their 1997 album "Millennium". Robbie Williams single is also named after this hotel. Will Smith tried to buy this hotel and rename it "Willennium" but the owner dictated "it's here and we like it", and that he should "go back to Miami" and that they would only waste his money on a muppet even if they took it (i.e. "Gettin' Miss Piggy Wit It"). I don't understand all the bad reviews of this hotel. I stayed here awhile ago and it was really nice. Definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Clean looking. Cheap on the internet. The bed was nice, the shower was good. I don't remember a fridge. I liked the chairs, desk, and TV. I didn't like that they put that security debit on my card, but then they gave me a credit a few days later. It's all good. So yeah. If you wanna meet the BSB and the RW from TT (but NOT the Fresh Prince, he's boycotting it, which is sort of like girlcotting something, but male), then stay here. read more

Our two rooms were in the courtyard and super cute o loved the balconies however I wish you could smoke on them but I totally understand! Also there were some stains on the walls and the pillows were stiff but overall clean and nice rooms ! Friendly helpful staff read more

The place is very dirty. French fries on my floor in my room. No toilet paper as well . My bathroom had mold on floor . Pool was closed . Has a very nice pool and courtyard. Also there is no free coffee available, you have to go in a restaurant and order coffee and breakfast. Every other hotel I've ever stayed in had at least coffee.I would probably never stay here again read more

The customer was terrible. Front desk lady Samantha was by far the worst front desk person ive ever dealt with at any hotel. Very not professional attitude problem. I ask fif she was manager and she screw faced me and said i dont have to be a manager... no help what so ever and i was with my two children.. very embarrasing seeing that the whole lobby was full of people listening to us raising our voices. I checked out early for the service requested a refund and they denied it. The room are not that good to begin with. Our last stay we got switched to three different rooms because of bathtub and heater. I will never stay at this hotel again. Terrible -3stars.............. read more

I stepped into a hotel made for one night stands instead of a 4 day work trip. Carpet torn up, loud folks at the pool outside my room, mold growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, smoke or something on the wall like a fire was covered up, tub peeling and dirty, toilet tissue on the towel bar, something all over the door. Had to walk what felt like a mile down a nasty dirty hallway to get to my room. Stained carpet and more. I feel like I am in a nightmare movie. read more

This place was alright. I missed my flight and ended up needing a place to stay for a night. I liked that they had shuttle service that ran fairly often. I don't have much to say about the staff because honestlly, I had a rough day and was ready to hit the sack immediately. My room was clean although it did have a little bit of a stale smell like no one had been there for a while. But it was clean overall. The bathroom was spacious and also clean. Shower was clean, toilets n all. I thought the balcony and the indoor pool area was TOO cute! I was tempted to take a dip if I wasnt so tired. Not sure if there's wifi, when I asked about internet, the receptionist told me there was a computer in the lobby that you pay for 10 min intervals or something. I did notice that someone left their try by the door to be picked up when I checked in and it was still there when I left. But I wasnt there long, so idk. The hallways are REALLLLLLLY long. Felt like forever till I got to my room. Drinks at the bar were decently priced, I think I paid like $13 for 2 drinks and the cups are HUGE! The bed was also very comfy. I wasnt there up to 24 hours, so I didnt experience room service. Nothing spectacular, but I'd stay again if I was in the area. Maybe for a day or so. read more

The room was the only thing that was nice in this whole experience. We stayed here for our 15th wedding anniversary. I tried to make the reservation online a couple times and recieved error messages. So I called. She said that she checked to make sure the online reservation didn't complete, but obviously she didn't. I got charged 4 times for the same room. Was promised a refund that was never issued. Ended up having to file a dispute with my bank in the end. We were placed near a room full of kids that were constantly making noise in the hallway. And woke us up very early slamming their door. I would never spend an anniversary or anything else at this hotel again. read more

My fiancé and I booked the jacuzzi suit for the night 3/2/19. the room was on the first floor. Much to our surprise upon entering room it was facing pool area. it was SO incredibly loud inside our room like the windows were made out of plexy glass or something. since we were going to be out most of the night anyways and seen the pool closed at 10 or 11 we just let it go. HUGE mistake. The next morning was a nightmare 8am in hotel side of door there were kids yelling and running up and down the hallways and poolside there was a group of kids literally sitting outside our door being loud and obnoxious waiting for pool to open. Once pool opened it was complete chaos with screaming kids swearing left and right. I have never stayed at a hotel and been able to hear so much noise from the outside.. this room cost $200 for one night... for $200 I want PEACE AND QUIET. the room itself was spacious yes but blankets had a bit of musty smell to them, walls were dirty and the jacuzzi tub water wouldn't turn off just went to a small stream... so that ran all night long. bar closes down early and they do not have free breakfast. read more

I am in Buffalo this week on business and stayed at the Millennium Buffalo Cheektowaga. When I checked in, I was not impressed with this dated hotel nor the mold in my shower. However, that is not the worst of it. I woke up the second day with red welps all over my body. Upon researching I learned hat they are bed bug bites. The hotel moved me from my original room 507 to 822. They said they would follow up about the bed bugs but that my bites may be a allergic reaction to the detergent they use. No, I have BED BUG BITES! I awoke this morning at 5:40, the morning I check out to find a small rusty brown bed bug crawling on my bed. This experience has been disconcerting. I do not plan to stay at the Millennium again. If you decide to book here, beware! read more

I haven't spent the night here. I attended a conference and a polish happy hour. The staff was nice enough to give me a room to pump in. That's right- a private hotel room to let me pump. No bathroom. No coat closet but a room. It looked really nice! The food is pretty good. The lobby has cucumber and lemon water. Lots of parking and really close to the mall. It looks very clean to me. The staff is friendly and warm. If I needed to stay here, I would. Close to a lot of chain places to eat and the bar here seems very nice! Oh! And they have vending machines for coffee, soda, snacks and any toiletries you might forget. read more
