    *****PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE***** I bought a lease return 2022 Tuscon. The salesperson ANDERSON lied to me. He told me the car had all the bells and whistles but he lied. It didn't have an in car navigation system just apple play and android hook up. Further, the car had a huge chip in the pain which was right under the license plate which was blazingly obvious and when he put on my plates you couldn't help but see it immediately. Then 1 week after they agreed to fix it (they called it a "courtesy" when his salesperson deliberately HID the defect from me so he could get his sales quota for the month) the entire electric system went out. I get in my car after getting it back and my phone died and I got lost. With a dead phone, I was completely lost because it turned out there is NO internal navigation system in the car so when your phone dies or you have no service you're out of luck. Realising this I called very upset, in tears, and this Manager MIKE takes an attitude with me. I called him rude and he got so angry he hung up the phone. I didn't curse or yell, in fact I was in tears most of the call. I call back to hear a nicer manager say "you're out of luck" in a nicer tone . He tried to make me feel like it was all my fault and refused to file a complaint about ANDERSON *****PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE***** It was my fault that I didn't read the reviews for this location.     I brought in my car at 12:30 to fix ONLY flat tire they returned my car few hours stating maintenance was completed on my car and returned my car with completely flat tire at 0 PSI staying drive the car and tire light will go off a soonest you start driving. Had to few more hours just to fix simple flat tire. Then they returned my car few hours stating they fixed but the only thing they did put air Terrible service!!

    I had an appointment at 10am for an oil change. It's now 12pm and I am still waiting. This has to be the worst dealer on the planet.

The team we worked with at Enterprise Car Sales was amazing start to finish. At the Hempstead location we worked with Sonia, Anthony and Herber to help us get the right car for us. We tested out a few cars until we got the perfect one for us. They also were able to work with us to transport a few cars to test that were at their sister Enterprise Car Sales dealerships within the tristate area. Their customer service was exceptional. The manager of the dealership, Melvin, also spoke to us and was very friendly. The one thing that stood out from Enterprise versus other dealerships is the no hidden fees. There was the standard dealership fee and the regular DMV fees. Everything was explained to us clearly and it made the process super easy. If we are to consider to get another used car in the future we will definitely consider returning again.

Was carrying a lot of luggage. Their rental SUV broke down; managed to park at Manorville, NY fire station on Manorville Road. It was hot & humid day. Called Enterprise and they took SUV. Was abandoned by Enterprise to fend on my own, for around 2 or 3 hours. Got water from fireman, otherwise would have fainted. Called an Uber, they stood me up, appears Manorville to Riverhead not profitable route. Eventually got a taxi from a nice cabbie, taken to Enterprise Car Rental Riverhead, NY office, where they eventually gave me another smaller rental vehicle, I then filled empty tank and headed toward Mom in Hampton Bays, NY.

    On Feb 19, I brought in my 2017 Honda Fit for an oil change and replacements of both the cabin…read morefilter and engine air filter. Initially, there were several issues with the quality of work performed on the cabin air filter. On Feb 20, I expressed my concerns, surprise and dissatisfaction. The service advisor Steven worked with the Service Manager Gregory Andrews to ultimately rectify the problem of the cabin air filter and blower motor. While I was disappointed that the issues occurred in the first place, and I had to make a third trip on Feb 21 (so they could order & receive the part) I greatly appreciate that the service manager stepped in and ultimately resolved the problem. Mr. Andrews was understanding, patient and the repairs were completed in less than an hour. He listened carefully to legitimate concerns I had regarding the brusque, rushed way my car and myself were handled. I requested a specific mechanic to do the repairs, which he gladly fulfilled. In the end, the repairs were corrected and the situation was handled professionally. Although my experience began on a frustrating note, I am grateful that the manager took responsibility and made sure everything was fixed properly. I hope future customers receive the same level of follow-through from management if any issues arise.

Wanting a second opinion, I had my independent mechanic inspect them, and he told me I still had approximately 30% brake life remaining. I was also told that both my engine air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced for $280. The problem is that I had personally replaced both filters myself just two weeks earlier. The parts cost me less than $20 total and took about five minutes to install. Upselling is one thing. Recommending repairs that are unnecessary is another. Based on my experience, I would not trust the service recommendations I received here and would encourage others to get a second opinion before authorizing any repairs.

    Stay far away from this dealership…read more I purchased a brand-new 2026 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X, and on the drive home I immediately noticed unusual noises coming from underneath the truck. I brought it back to the dealership, and they kept it for one day, claiming they had tightened some parts on the driveshaft. When I picked the truck up, the noise was still there, and now the airbag warning light had come on. After researching the issue myself, I found numerous Nissan Frontier owners discussing a common problem involving the slip yoke not being properly greased from the factory. I brought this information to the dealership, even showing the mechanic a video. He laughed and dismissed my concerns. The dealership then kept my brand-new truck for another three days. At this point, they had possession of my truck for four days, while I had only owned it for one. When I finally got it back, the mechanic admitted that I was right all along and confirmed they had greased the slip yoke to fix the noise. However, the airbag warning light still needed to be addressed, and they had to order a replacement sensor. To make matters worse, when I returned to pick up my truck, I was informed that they had "lost" the keys to my brand-new vehicle. It's now been three weeks, and I still do not have the replacement airbag sensor or a replacement key. As a gesture of goodwill for all the time, inconvenience, and frustration, I simply asked if they would provide a set of grille accent lights that retail for about $200. They refused. For what is supposedly the largest Nissan dealership on Long Island, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Between the repeated visits, the inability to diagnose the problem correctly the first time, dismissing my concerns, losing my keys, and leaving me waiting weeks for parts, this has been one of the worst dealership experiences I've ever had. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering buying a vehicle from this dealership.
