On Feb 19, I brought in my 2017 Honda Fit for an oil change and replacements of both the cabin filter and engine air filter. Initially, there were several issues with the quality of work performed on the cabin air filter. On Feb 20, I expressed my concerns, surprise and dissatisfaction. The service advisor Steven worked with the Service Manager Gregory Andrews to ultimately rectify the problem of the cabin air filter and blower motor. While I was disappointed that the issues occurred in the first place, and I had to make a third trip on Feb 21 (so they could order & receive the part) I greatly appreciate that the service manager stepped in and ultimately resolved the problem. Mr. Andrews was understanding, patient and the repairs were completed in less than an hour. He listened carefully to legitimate concerns I had regarding the brusque, rushed way my car and myself were handled. I requested a specific mechanic to do the repairs, which he gladly fulfilled. In the end, the repairs were corrected and the situation was handled professionally. Although my experience began on a frustrating note, I am grateful that the manager took responsibility and made sure everything was fixed properly. I hope future customers receive the same level of follow-through from management if any issues arise. read more

I called to tell the manager about my experience and he was completely dismissive. I wasted hours of my time, and now have to go to a different dealer. it was that bad. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. I recently brought my Honda Pilot to Millennium Honda and was told I needed new brakes. Wanting a second opinion, I had my independent mechanic inspect them, and he told me I still had approximately 30% brake life remaining. I was also told that both my engine air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced for $280. The problem is that I had personally replaced both filters myself just two weeks earlier. The parts cost me less than $20 total and took about five minutes to install. Upselling is one thing. Recommending repairs that are unnecessary is another. Based on my experience, I would not trust the service recommendations I received here and would encourage others to get a second opinion before authorizing any repairs. read more

I arrived at 5:30 to be told "sorry the car is sold". I could see my appointment on the salesman's computer screen and dealer's note that they had contacted me to reconfirm the appointment. He encouraged us to not compromise on what we wanted and honestly, that is some SOUND advice because by the second day after leaving the dealership, I was so pleased that I did not choose to cheap out on my comfort. Writing an update on my review. I've had my car for a couple of months now, and the transmission just felt rough. This whole time i thought it was a a software issue. I booked at a different dealership to get some work done, and low and behold, the fluids were NEVER CHANGED for the the Diff and transmission! At no point was any inspection done on this car! Would not recommend Millennium Honda due to the markups by this dealership. We decided to check this Honda out as we have purchased from Millennium Toyota in the past. We worked with Rodolfo, who was very kind, and help us with learning about the current models and features. My family has owned honda's for 30 + years so we love the reliability of the cars. My sister was interested in the 2024 HRV vs accord. When it came time for Rodolfo to speak with his manager, you could hear how rude he was from afar. He came back with a markup of 5K on the Honda accord and the HRV - which is crazy. The sales tactic of this is the market is old and we're 4 years from the initial pandemic and markups. We thanked Rodolfo for his time but we knew that we weren't going to paying that much of a markup. Rodolfo kindly followed up to see if there was anyway to make the sale however after the atmosphere of Millennium Honda - we decided not to return and try to lower the price. The test drive was normal the treatment after was terrible, I gave the sales person my drivers license as soon as I sat down with him he kept it for 5 minutes until I asked for it back. After the test drive drive I asked about the cash price that's when an argument started because he wanted my license again, he said he couldn't get me a price without my drivers license. I asked to speak with the manager who was more contentious than the sales person who lied to him and said I refused to give him the drivers license. New Honda owner here. Already got a nail in my tire 4 weeks in (perks of new york commuting lol) and some noise issues with my window. Made an appointment for 9am. Stood waiting online for about 15 min, nothing crazy for a saturday. The persons name helping me was Daiberth. I knew it was a Saturday and prob busy so I had a ride pick me up, bc wait times are prob 3 or more hours. Called around 12:30 to check in Daiberth said it would be ready in 15 min. He was right. They fixed the tire but said nothing was wrong with my window. When i picked it up I showed Daiberth the video i took of the noisy window especially when it rained. He took it through the car wash for free to double check the window problem. Technician put grease and fixed the rubber pieces and problem solved. Overall it was a nice experience for a first time Honda buyer! When I come back again I will make sure to request Daiberth to assist me. read more

1. Irresponsible Job: - During the visit for an oil change, the mechanics were irresponsible and disrespectful as there was a footprint on the front passenger seat. I'm positive the print was not present before I dropped my car off to them because it's a new car hence I take very good care of it. The image is attached to this comment.  2. Car wash not working: - After the job was done, I needed the car cleaned from the outside and the washing was included in my car plan, which was also the best day for their car wash machine to break down and not work, which is negligent and sloppy from their end. 3. The driving settings (side mirrors, rear-view mirror, seat alignment) were not set back the way it was. Like, I gave you the car one way, give me back the car the same way. 4. There were a lot of inconveniences to get small tasks completed, as I only had an oil change job, and I came in the morning to be first in line for the service. I walked into the dealership last weekend with no intention of buying a car . I was approached by Francisco Abreu who welcomed my family and myself into the dealership. He listened to all of my requests and helped me find a car that was suitable for my needs as well as within my budget . Francisco worked with my family and I to explain an estimated price of the vehicle I was interested in and he even gave me idea of the payments I was going to receive. Francisco was attentive, respectful and most of all he listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me on something expensive. He's the best sales representative I have ever encountered and I would definitely do business with him again. The finance representative that worked with me to get my car is named Warrell Wilson. Warrell was accommodating and kept me up to date with all of the details when it came to organizing my insurance binder before purchasing my car . Warrell checked in with me and was available to take my calls/ emails. Warrell didn't over charge me and there weren't any hidden fees on my contract . Warrell broke down the pricing of my car , my monthly payments and he explained my Honda care package to me. Warrell was absolutely amazing to me and my family and we are grateful for all of his assistance. Both Francisco and Warrell made my experience of buying my first car amazing. On Sunday I stopped by Millennium Honda to possibly find a car I was interested in and a week later I was driving off the lot with my new car . It's going to be a month now that I have been trying to get in touch with a service manager at Millennium Honda! Luckily my vehicle doesn't have any major problems, I would be in trouble! And, watch out for those sneaky credit card fees of 3% on your bill total, they don't tell you anything on the phone about the credit card fees, nor do they post a notice on their website in advance. You will only find out when you see a small sign before checkout, when you're ready to pay. They don't accept checks as an alternative to avoid the service charges, only payments with cash or debit will not have any fees added. I feel like there's a lack of communication , you get the runaround and they add all these charges after the fact, at the last minute when it's time to pay! Oh yes, the manager is always off that day or at lunch according to the phone representative. Honda cars are reliable, services not so much :( read more

After leasing my second car here today and spending many mornings amidst the maintenance center for oil changes, I figured a review was in order. There's no surprise that looking through MH's Yelp page will lead you to find a ton of one-star reviews. It feels like car dealers are destined for some backlash, but for my experiences here, things were smooth. The first lease (three years prior) was super easy and employees were quite friendly. This second time around gave way to many of the same things. Justin, the salesperson who assisted us, quickly gave me a glance at the car selections and helped in choosing my new Aegean Blue Honda Civic. The deal was around what we wanted (albeit a tad higher) and that portion of the day didn't take too long (no real back and forth wheeling and dealing). All the paperwork and this whole process took the time it often takes when leasing or buying a vehicle, but the waiting area was comfortable enough to tough it out. Four hours later, I walked (well, drove) out with a nice new car. Before today, as previously mentioned, I had come to Honda for oil changes. This was something thrown into the package of my last lease and so I would exclusively make the trip to Millennium Honda even though it often meant getting up before the roosters crow so I wouldn't have a long wait at the dealer. Things were mostly on a first come first serve basis so get here early or expect to wait (most interactions took a little more than an hour, but who knows how long if I didn't arrive as early as I did). I will say I was never haggled about getting other car items checked and I definitely enjoy that as I've had that annoyance happen in the past at other dealers. Not at Millennium Honda. Much appreciated! Overall, Millennium Honda is a personable place to purchase or lease an automobile. Is it perfect? I'm not sure what dealership is, but MH doesn't seem to mess around too much and gets to the bottom of things as you would hope any dealership would. Barring any major changes, I'll probably continue to lease from here (especially if they actually do start selling Millennium Falcons). read more

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Came here for two separate occasions an oil change and a car inspection/wheel lock removal. Both times had extremely long wait times around 2-3+ hours. For the car inspection/wheel lock removal I had an appointment and was told it would take 1.5h so I decided to wait. The total time ended up being 3h+ and I saw people who came in after me leave before me. Had to find the service advisor after around 2h to follow up and was told my car wasn't ready. Around 3h+ they told me the inspection was completed and they hadn't even removed the wheel locks. At that point, I very upset that after 3h they didn't finish the two things I had requested. I told them I didn't want the wheel locks removed anymore and the service advisor tried to convince me otherwise. As a consumer I have the right to make the final say as to how I spend my money and I didn't want to spend anymore of my money at a place with terrible service. This dealership used a bait-and-switch tactic to get me to buy a car. A few years ago, I purchased a used car from them, and two days later, I discovered an issue with the tires. When I called to explain, the representative told me the tires weren't covered under warranty, even though the salesman had assured me the car was under a six-month warranty that included the tires. I had my 6 year old with me, and he was getting antsy, I was hungry, it got to the point where im just like can you just give me the car so I can go. Which is what they want. But whatever that's what buyers orders are for, which I never received my copy which I ran out the door because I was irritated. And when I was leaving he made a joke "lunch on you!" Which didn't sit right with me. So later I call asking about the deal and the buyers order and when the car would be coming in etc. nobody can give me answers just like nobody gave me straight answers the first day I was in there. Did that a couple of times.. no answers.... So I brought my husband who used to be a car salesman up there with me to find out what was going on and to get my deposit money back because I was overly done with the unprofessionalism. He found out that they were putting my in a lease which was a part of the conversation if it made sense but $30k over three years when the car is $38k MSRP doesn't make sense. And then in selling me the car they were trying to stick me with $10k MORE than MSRP. Which is why they weren't being straight up. So I get to speak with the head manager or whatever and I told him like "yo, you guys are trying to make me pay $10k more" he says "No, we would never, I wrote your deal myself" so I say "okay where's the buyers order I'll show you" so he goes to get it and guuueeesss what it says?!?! I understand being over sticker price this market is terrible right now.... But umm.... A whole $10k? Bro, no wonder y'all wouldn't be straight up SHADY! Then the guy tells me he'll put my refund in it'll be in my account on the following Tuesday, I waited until the following Friday, still no refund, so I call that Friday and he says "ohhh I put it in" my money was back in my account that following Monday. Never again. What's even crazier is that after I got my refund back, suddenly my credit is shot gunned out to all these different banks and I have a million banks running my credit. WHY?!
