Let me start off by saying the staff here are amazing, nice, and comforting. Over a month after my procedure and my eye sight is incredible. My results are fantastic, but my procedure experience was not great at all and I think it's fair to tell my story. TL;DR: -All staff are super nice and professional -Great LASIK results -Should be more discounts available -Unorganized and excessive pre-op steps -Surgery appointment process is not ideal -Possible improper dosage of anti-anxiety medication? -Procedure appointment lasted 5 hours...yes 5 hours for a 10 minute procedure -Felt disrespected and forgotten on procedure day - - - Millennium Laser Eye Center is by far one of the most expensive laser eye centers in the state. The miniscule "discounts" you may be given at any point do not change the fact that you can go to other reputable laser eye centers and pay over $1000 less for LASIK. But I chose Millennium knowing about the high premium because I wanted the absolute best experience and results. Building up to the procedure you will have about 8 phone calls, 10 emails, 2 consultations, and the list goes on. It didn't matter that my eye doctor submitted my pre-op and labeled me as a perfect candidate. I still had to go through a long and monotonous process. And during these events you will be in contact with several different representatives all of whom do not talk to each other. So you may complete or confirm a process with one, and the other will ask you to complete that process a few days later. They were all so nice, but it came off very unorganized. I think one employee per client would be much smoother. Up to this point, I would still give Millennium 5 stars, but my procedure appointment was an absolute nightmare. First off, you can't schedule it yourself like an adult. They email you the day before and you just have to drop everything and accept it. I was given an afternoon appointment and was told to expect it to be 3 to 4 hours. Seems like a long time to set aside for a 10 minute procedure but I assumed they just estimate so long just in case things are running behind. Me and my brother left work early to be on time for the appointment. We got to Millennium 30 minute prior to my appointment and were called into an exam room after about 45 minutes. Things are going very smooth and I'm super excited. I explained to a staff member that I was super anxious because I had never had a medical procedure before and asked for them to give me something for that, and she said she would be right back with it. My whole family is watching the live stream now waiting for me to get my procedure. One hour passes. Two hours pass. Three hours pass. Around the 4th hour of sitting in this super hot exam room and seeing patient after patient get their exams, someone entered the room and I was given one valium. I didn't know this at the time, but when I told my doctor that they gave me (6'2" adult male) one valium he laughed and said that would do nothing to help someone who was so stressed and anxious. Perhaps they have extra strength valium, but I didn't notice any difference in my anxiety which I'm sure adds to my feeling that this appointment was a complete nightmare. One more hour goes by and I finally get called for my procedure. Yes, my brother and I waited FIVE HOURS. We left work early for no reason, lost money, had not eaten in 9 hours, and made our family sit through hours of exams from people who I assume must have shown up and had appointments after us unless they were all hiding in the back. If they had told me that my exam was at 7:30 I would have happily have shown up at 6:30 or even 5:30 to do whatever last checks they wanted. But I felt absolutely forgotten and disrespected to be left in that exam room for 5 hours. We received no apology at all from the doctor, but he did ask me to write a review which was a pretty awkward moment. I know friends who have had amazing experiences here and they were all stunned when I said I had to wait 5 hours, so it may be very possible that I just got them on a bad day. The only explanation I can think of is that they literally forgot about us in that exam room. I got home about 6.5 hours after I entered that office and had a post-op the next day. My post-op was literally 13 hours after my procedure. I'm pretty sure I wasn't even supposed to be driving by the next morning yet, but I'm just glad it's over now. Sorry for the bad review, but whatever caused my poor experience needs to be fixed or I cannot recommend Millennium, regardless of how well I can see now. read more

I highly recommend Dr. Lessner and Millennium Laser Eye Centers! I am currently seeing 20/15 (about 4 months post-op.), and I could not be happier. As someone who wore glasses and contact lens from an early age, I considered having Lasik to find a permanent solution to myopia. I did my research to learn more about lasik and general outcomes. Thanks to my local optometrist Dr. Larkin who recommended going to Dr. Lessner, I finally scheduled a consult at Millennium. After another eye exam and several tests, I was considered a good candidate for Lasik! My contact lens prescription was about -4.5 and -5.75. I scheduled a date (all surgeries are done on Thursdays), and the rest is history! My vision is so clear and crisp, and my eyes generally feel very good and healthy. I was so amazed by how quick and painless everything was. The entire staff at Millennium really made me feel comfortable going through with the procedure, and Dr. Lessner was extremely knowledgeable and clear on what I would expect during the procedure. I will have to admit that I was nervous before, and leading up to the date. Have you ever heard of the saying that money can't buy you happiness? Well, in this case, there is an exception. The gift of sight again is amazing and truly mind-blowing. I had been thinking about lasik eye surgery for years, but recently just started really looking into it. A friend got hers done at Millennium 2 years ago and still talks highly of the doctor. I decided to give it a shot and filled out the Online Consultation form. I didn't hear back for a week so I followed up. Brittany was able to squeeze me in for an appt on 6/29. She emailed me a Patient Form to fill out to bring to the appt. At the office, I signed in and gave the receptionist my ID and Form. My friend and I enjoyed free snacks/beverages from the kitchen. Later, Ann started some tests, asked a few questions about my medical history, and then Dr. Breault did some tests as well. She answered some of my questions and concerns, and provided me with a lubricant drop sample for my dry eyes. Ann came back and told me about the cost and finance options. It was expensive but from the research I had done, this place is legit and highly recommended. They only do surgeries one day a week. I was told that since I have myopia and astigmatism (and I have small eyes), it may be a bit tough to open my eyes, but Dr. Lessner will figure out how because lasik is his specialty. I wasn't sure if I could afford the surgery, but scheduled the appts anyways. Ann gave me a folder with the center's info and the price sheet. Days later, I received a call about a form of payment of $200? for the Pre Op exam. I was confused. I was told that it's not an additional charge--it's part of the procedure cost. So then I canceled the appts because that would have been $ out the door if I decide not to go with them. I waited until I went to another place for the 2nd appt to make my final decision. After that appt on 7/11, I decided that Millennium was THE ONE. However I was still concerned about the cost so I called the next day. Brittany/Kelly were able to work with me and told me that there was no rush to decide. An hour later, I called back about my decision. I was scheduled for Pre Op on 7/13 and surgery on 7/15. That night, I watched videos on their website havelasik.com and YouTube of previous patients' surgeries and experiences. At Pre Op, I sat down with Kelly, took care of my payment. Then one of the staff members did some tests and Dr. Breault proceeded with more tests. She dilated my eyes, checked my eyes' health, and prescribed eye drops that I needed to use starting that day to prepare for the surgery. Since I don't have insurance, Dr. Breault went out of her way to help me find coupons online for generic version, which was cheaper. I went to Walmart Pharmacy nearby and got the antibiotic drop. 7/15: A friend drove me to the office for the procedure 3:30pm. A staff checked my vision, asked if I think I would need Xanax, I said no, she took my Consent Forms, and then Dr. Breault checked my eyes again. There was some down time while Dr. Lessner was working on a group of patients. I peeked at some of the surgeries. Ann prepped me, wiped my eyes, and put in numbing drops. I was called into an office and Dr. Lessner introduced himself. He checked my visions again, marked my left eye where the astigmatism was, and informed me that they might have to use another machine for creating the flap but that it's just as good. He also asked me if I have anyone who planned to watch the procedure live because he can do a little shout-out. When it was my turn for the surgery 6pm, I got so nervous. The staff helped me lay down on the bed seat and Dr. Lessner explained what he was going to do. During the procedure, I was given the Panther plushy to hold onto. Dr. Lessner proceeded with the procedure. For my right eye, they had to use the other machine in another room across to create the flap. Ann held my hands because I was so nervous. The rest is just like a "laser show." After both eyes were done, the staff and Dr. Lessner helped me get up. I was balling and couldn't stop crying because I saw the clock that everyone was talking about. Dr. Lessner said that he's never seen anyone so happy to see a clock. I laughed because he's right. I could see the numbers and little lines. We posed for a picture. I looked crazy but was so ecstatic about the results. I was mind blown about being able to see right away. I was given a pair of sunglasses. After the staff finished with the rest of the patients, Dr. Lessner re-checked our visions. Then I was given a blue pouch with some drops and instructions of post care. My eyes had discomfort for a while but the numbing drops helped. By 1am, my eyes felt better. Next day, I went back for follow up and Dr. B. said I have 20/20 vision. Even though Millennium was way farther from where I live and more expensive, it was worth every penny. If you're like me, there's not many things you'll spend a lot of money on, until it comes to quality. If you're a quality type of person, you know who you are, you always chose fashion frames over no-name frames, then this is the place for you. This is a Lasik boutique, not a puppy mill Lasik spot on Groupon. I've gone to several other places where the doctor is only there temporarily, flying from city to city, but is never permanently at the same location for any length of time. I don't know about you, but that seems risky to me, especially with something as delicate as your vision. Well, Dr. Lessner has a team of qualified doctors and assistants who handle every layer of reviewing your eyes with you, taking you through the entire process, even helping you with figuring out petty things like using eye drops if you're the type of person who's scared to have anything near your eyes. I got my Lasik done 2/11/2021, yes during COVID-19 and everything is totally clean, you could probably drop a slice of pizza in there and still be good- 5 second rule. Anyway, the procedure is painless, don't touch your eyes obviously and use your drops accordingly. I would say, if there's any discomfort after Lasik my best way to describe it would be, shampoo in the eyes is irritating level 6, this would be level 1 and hardly noticeable. The only thing you're going to notice is how sharp everything looks, leaves, people, text or how you can actually see in the shower.. I can see again! I have been wearing glasses for approximately 16 years, over half of my life. Ive always wanted to have Lasik done since I heard about it in my early twenties. What kept me from having it done was mainly fear and then of course, funds. Now at the point in my life where I was ready to pay for the procedure and get over my fear. My consultation appointment was seamless. Appointment ran on time and every staff member was extremely friendly and calmed any fears that I had. Dr. Breault (optometrist) was very professional and very nice, she answered every single question I had. I was very curious why everyone in the office acted like Lasik was a no brainer and so easy when I left. In my mind, it's my eyes, how can this not be a big deal?! I was disappointed to not meet Dr. Lessner (surgeon) that day, because I felt that meeting him would have eased my fears a little more. During a pre-op phone call, I expressed my disappointment and they did offer a phone call appt with him. The office is very good about pre-op and post-op phone calls, and they will be sure to leave you a message or send an email if you dont respond. Day of surgery was again, seamless. It is clear that they are experts in what they do, and that their routine shows it. After they check your eyes prior to surgery, you do finally get to meet Dr. Lessner. He is very friendly and personable, and meeting him made me feel "yes, I am ready to do this". Once in the surgery room, he makes your feel very comfortable throughout entire procedure by walking you through the process verbally. Within 10 minutes I was sitting up and I could see much clearer than before. I appreciate that he live streams the surgeries as well as allows a guest to be there to watch, film, or take pictures of your procedure. They check your eyes right after surgery and I went from not being able to see the giant E without glasses to 20/50 vision immediately. 24 hours later, I was seeing 20/25. I have a one week post op with my regular optometrist in a couple days. I am so happy to have decided to get the Lasik procedure done here. My grandma, mom, and cousins all got lasik with Dr.Lessner years ago and they were all extremely satisfied! I always hated contacts and glasses so as soon as my prescription stabilized this year after turning twenty four, I immediately began looking into scheduling my own procedure. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, my plans were put on hold until last month. First of all, the staff is amazing. Every person I spoke to or was examined by was friendly, efficient, professional, and super helpful with my countless questions! I'm not an anxious person at all, but I was admittedly nervous on the day of, and just before my surgery; Dr. Lessner, and the tech in the room were so comforting, talking me through everything, and the technician holding my shoulder and telling me everything was going great. Before I knew it, I was done! Dr. Lessner sat beside me and made sure I was calm and comfortable enough to stand up (I'm a fainter lol), and was so cool about it. I returned home that night already able to see the buildings from my apartment clearly! I am amazed by how clear my vision is and it's only been two days. The ONLY drawback to it all is my paranoia/annoyance with how gunky my eyelashes are from the drops, but I'm just going to be a hermit and wait until I can properly wash them and put on eye makeup again lol. After deciding to get Lasik I knew that I wanted to go to the best, so my eye doctor recommended me to Dr.Lessnor. I was honestly so nervous about having Lasik but I have to tell you I was SO relieved as soon as the procedure started, it was completely painless. I just looked at the lights and it took 5 seconds on each eye, and the a following 12 seconds on each eye and then I was done! The entire staff was super nice including Dr.Lessnor. You can just tell when meeting him by his energy that he is an expert in what he does. It has been a little over 24 hours since my Lasik procedure and I am seeing better than I could with my glasses and contacts. I am seeing better than 20/20. My eyes are completely clear, no redness, no irritation. The entire experience just feels like a miracle and I am beyond filled with gratitude. I think this is one of the best investments that you could ever make in yourself, and I think it's important to choose the best Doctor possible when doing so. read more

I got lasik here 18 months ago and waited until now to make sure I don't slander anyone out of impatience. First, the good: I now have 20/20 vision. Now, the VERY BAD: I can see floaters in both my eyes. I can see cobwebs, strings and other debris floating in my eye whenever there is daylight, or i'm on a computer, or reading a book, or basically ANYTIME I'm not in the dark. Especially my left eye. The right eye floater is to the side and mostly tolerable, but the one in the left eye is smack dab at the center and it is horrible. They move when I move my eyes so it's impossible to ignore them, especially in daylight. Other side effects included dry eyes that required duct plugs be put in and usage of eyedrops, loss of night vision, loss of contrast, blinding halos around lights at night. All those other side effects ARE TOLERABLE (Annoying but tolerable, and most do people tolerate them and are still satisfied with their procedure). The floaters though? The floaters really, REALLY suck. I now live my life in the dark, like a vampire, because floaters are much less noticeable in the dark. My floaters were not there when i was wearing glasses or contact lenses. Because of this, If i could take back this surgery I would. I even researched Vitrectomy (google it) and strongly considered it to get rid of the floaters, at the risk of getting cataracts or other complications, including blindness. Now, some more good: The people at the office , including Dr. Lessner, were nice and helpful. I did not feel pressured . I signed an acknowledgment of the scary risks (basically anything up to and including blindness). the procedure was quick, fairly easy and painless. When I texted Dr. Lessner about my floaters, he sent me to my eye Dr. who basically said "Tough break, you must live with it. Vitrectomy is not worth the risk". Update: Years later, someone contacted me on reddit with the exact same issue, so my case is not an isolated one. They are quite bitter and distraught about it. I told them that life sucks and you learn to adapt to every bad thing that happens. They were not much comforted :/ In conclusion: beware of floaters Beware of floaters! BEWARE OF FLOATERS!!! This rating is for the pre op experience only, I have not had any treatment at this center and I would not trust them at all. I called to make an appointment and was told that due to Covid they have limited staff and they scheduled me for a phone consultation in 10 days. Before that I had to fill out an on line questionnaire, which I did, even though most of the questions did not apply to me. I have presbyopia, can't see to read due to age, 52. Yesterday they called and wanted to change my much awaited phone consultation to another future day, when I said I have been waiting and there will be more waiting probably to see the Dr, she changed just the time. Then I get a text, she is running late. Then she calls, goes over her standard information, and I ask a few questions: exactly which scanner and which laser do they use? She did not know if they have the contoura vision, had never heard of PML progressive multi focal Lasik or LenSx, but she kept repeating that they have the latest technology, and Dr Lessner is the best! I discover that the free consultation does not really exist. They want you to go to an eye dr and get a comprehensive exam with dilation, that you pay for, and then they use that exam to laser your eyes! I would prefer for the dr to do his own exam. I have already been to another center and had the exam, but they don't take that one, you need to go to one of the ones they work with. Better yet, you don't even get to meet the surgeon! Perhaps, if you are lucky, and you insist, you can have a phone call with the surgeon! That may work for psychotherapy but not for eye surgery, or at least not for me. In conclusion, this center just waits for optometrist to refer patients for surgery, then like sheep, you go in, have your surgery, and then they ship you back to your optometrist. Competition is a great thing! I did not feel comfortable going forward with the virtual appointments, will look elsewhere. read more

In fact, the procedure completely corrected the vision in my weak eye, which no pair of glasses or contacts were ever able to fix in the 30 years I relied on them. This is why I (like so many other patients) could not stop the stream of tears when, for the first time in decades, I could finally read the eye chart before me without corrective lenses. No more frustrating visits to the ophthalmologist that require me to bring along a family member because without them, I can't tell how new glasses will look. No more glasses sliding off my face while exercising, dancing, hiking or bending down to pick something up. No more poking my eyeball with an eyeliner pencil while struggling to get close enough to the mirror to see what I'm doing. Most amazing experience in any office ever! From the front desk to the techs to the doctors I would recommend 10/10. I'll start with the front desk. I didn't catch her name but the young woman that attended me was first and foremost very attentive. Any question I had she didn't hesitate to answer or find a doctor to get the answer. In most offices the front desk usually is a headache but this young woman does her job very well and always with a smile which is always very much appreciated. I had 3 different techs front start to finish and every one of them were very knowledgeable and extremely kind. Again they were able to answer all my questions and were very thorough when examining me. Dr. Breault was the doctor that first saw me and made sure all my exams were perfect and accurate for surgery day. She was also my post op doctor and made sure my eyes were healing good. She answered a few questions a had for cleaning my eyes and assured me I was on track to perfect vision. Dr. Lessner was the doctor that did my surgery. I was so nervous going into the room but with his calming voice talking me through the procedure while it was happening and the techs that were with us in the room also reassuring me everything was on track and going good I was able to stay calm and was done in just 6 minutes. Very poor communication, I felt coerced and coaxed into the LASIK procedure while my questions and concerns were brushed aside. On top of that, immediately after the procedure, I was told to rate my experience positive or negative, I said positive because the office is very nice & clean, and all the ancillary staff is very nice, but if I were asked after having even a little bit of time to think about it I would have rated in negatively. So then even though I am extremely unsatisfied with the care I received, I end up being a positive review for their website and statistics - that's how they have such high reviews, because they're biased and misleading. I wonder how long this Yelp review will stay up before they pay to get it removed. Having worked at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and spent significant time with other ophthalmologists and LASIK/PRK specialists, I became even more appalled at the poor information I received and how I was pushed into getting a procedure that was not the correct one for me and left me in a much worse position than before. read more

This is the best place to get lasik. My vision was completely clear just a few hours after the procedure. The office staff is really thorough and very very sweet. You don't really see much of Dr Lessner except through the DVDs or on surgery day but he's smart, answers your questions and knows what he's doing so that's all I needed. He also gives you his cell number after surgery in case you need anything which is great. His staff is so knowledgeable and really professional. The office is clean and organized. After one of friends did Lasik recently, I checked out Millennium's site. After reading everything over and watching some of the testimonials, I called for a consultation and was scheduled immediately. Upon arrival I was greeted, and offered to have some delicious snacks in their break room. After the candidacy test was completed I decided to move forward with scheduling my lasik procedure. Best service ever. I was able to see right after the procedure and it was super fast. My mom recorded the entire thing and I even made a cute video about it on facebook. At first I was scared because it is very pricey and there are a lot of scam doctors in south florida claiming that your vision will be 20-20. First of all, I LOVE Dr. Lessner. He taught Embryology and Medical Terminology during my freshman year of high school and was by far my favorite teacher! It was through these classes that I first learned of LASIK eye surgery as Dr. Lessner would play videos of his past surgeries on our light days, explaining in detail the procedure. As a veteran corrective lens user, the idea of receiving LASIK became a dream and I counted down the days until I might be eligible for the procedure. My dream of glass-free vision came true last fall when my vision had finally stabilized after 5 years of hoping, qualifying for the life-changing procedure. When the day of my consultation arrived, the entire office staff was accommodating, cheerful, and extremely organized, offering refreshments, such as muffins and coffee, before the appointment. Dr. Lessner performed my pre-operation exam and described the detailed events of the operation day, alleviating any stress or anxiety that would normally plague me before any surgery. He is a doctor who truly cares about the well-being of his patients, striving to make every patient experience as comfortable as possible. When the day of my operation arrived, I was beyond excited, joining 5 other people in the waiting area outside the surgery suite. There is a video monitor mounted in the operating room, which has glass windows for friends, family members, and subsequent patients who can view what is happening during the course of the procedure. Dr. Lessner brought me into the surgery suite and walked me through the procedure verbally to calm my nerves and asked before each step if I was comfortable before proceeding. In 10 short minutes, I could see 10x better than I could when I arrived and it continued to improve by the minute. Dr. Lessner help me up from the reclined chair and when I could read the "If you can read this, you just had LASIK" sign ten feet away, I burst into tears of joy and gave Dr. Lessner a big hug! I cannot thank Dr. Lessner enough for improving my life through his incredible skills! The recovery from the surgery was extremely mild, only slight itching that was alleviated with the miracle drops Dr. Lessner prescribed. When I came back in for the 24-hour post-operative checkup, my vision was 20/20 and in less than a week, my vision reached and stabilized at 20/15 clarity! Dr. Lessner gave me a little more correction in my eyes to allow me to enjoy my new eyes for a longer period of time! Honestly, I cannot imagine life without my new vision and will always be extremely grateful to Dr. Lessner and the rest of his wonderful team for his gift of sight. I feel liberated now that I don't need corrective lenses and wonder how I lasted this long without this fantastic procedure. I went to Millennium Eye Center four and a half years ago for a consultation. Dr. Cory Lessner told me that I was developing a cataract in my right eye and would be better served seeing Dr. Andrew Shatz at SightTrust eye Institute next door, where I had cataract surgery lens replacement. Both offices are state-of-the-art and the people are of the most ethical standards, and pretty damn nice too! It took me a long time to make this decision and it was one of the better decisions I've ever made. Never any pressure at either office. Before my procedure I wore trifocal lenses I haven't worn glasses since then. My is hat and glasses are off to both offices. I had procedures done by both doctors and have only heard praise of both, by previous patients who were in for their follow up visits. I don't usually do surveys or reviews but when I seen one posted by Roumen I. I felt I needed to add my two cents. I've been praising and recommending these offices to anybody that speaks of LASIK surgery or cataract surgery. Both offices have online surveys to see if you are a candidate for their services before you go in for the free consultation, so I don't know where they get off posting that they were rushed into a procedure that wasn't necessary for him or the best option. You are asked what your expectation would be after surgery as far as the level of vision that you will be able to obtain. Not everyone can have full restoration of vision at all focal levels or distance. Everyone is different, I was very lucky as I have nearly perfect vision which is a hundred percent better than wearing trifocal lenses, and being over 50 having those prescription changes yearly living in South Florida needing a pair of sunglasses with the prescription I was spending nearly $800 for two pair of glasses. So if you do your part and do the online survey and go for the free consultation if you feel that your goals can be met I'm sure that you'll be 100% satisfied too. read more

Honest Review - I would never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible business with even more horrendous customer service from the front staff to the "doctors". It seems this place also does not like "minorities" as evident by the treatment I received. This place is very unorganized and you feel like "cattle" being hustled around from the moment you walk in the door. They treat patients with disrespect and it feels like a chop shop, with no emphasis on the customer experience. I met a total of (3) different "doctors" dueing my visits with my this business even though they advertise only Dr Lessner (who is who I expected to meet when I scheduled a consultation). But nope, I did not mee Dr. Lessner until the DAY OF SURGERY minutes before the actual surgery - this is unacceptable and had I already not paid for the surgery, I would have backed out. The "doctor" ( I didn't get her name) thatthey sent in to meet with me prior to my surgery seemed like an intern, or a resident who was trying to get her hours in - very uneducated, rude, and was trying way too hard to seem like the "doctor in charge" until I called her out and asked her when would I be meeting the doctor who would be doing my surgery. I also met with a different doctor, her ne was Dr Bro and she was equally rude and did not appear experienced or capable of answering my questions as it related to the surgery. Now to Dr Lessner as a doctor, not someone I would recommend ever. Very rude and I am pretty sure he kept me waiting while he ate his lunch for 30 minutes the day of my surgery (as I saw Uber deliveries in the office and he disappeared while I waited with drops in my eyes to see him )When paying $5,000, I expect more than that. What else can I say about this horrible experience? Do not fall for the hype of this doctor who advertises C list celebrities as his clients - he may have had a good reputation decades ago, but today this business, the doctor and the employees are trash. There was one young lady who was very sweet and helpful and she was the one who dealt with the financials. But other than that, horrible." experience. This lasik center and Dr Lessner is not an establishment I would ever want to spend money on again, especially when there are many other REPUTABLE lasik centers in south Florida. Word of advice, stop treating patients like an assembly line chop shop, and don't wait until minutes before the surgery to meet your patients, thats Unethical. It's been almost 2 full years since I had my LASIK surgery and I couldn't be happier with my new eyesight. I was recommended to Millennium by a friend, and was a bit nervous on the day of my consultation. However, from the day of my consultation, to the day of my surgery and all my follow-up visits after, I was always felt like I was in great hands. Their facilities are clean and comfortable and all of the staff from the receptionist to the technicians are extremely professional and very nice. The individual exam rooms are covered in sports memorabilia and pictures of teams that Dr. Lessner has operated on. It made me feel good to see all these professional athletes that had their LASIK performed here and made me feel at ease about any of the potential risks that are associated with the surgery. Dr. Lessner talked me through my surgery and it was over before I knew it (really, it probably took less than minutes from the time I walked into the operating room). I met Dr. Breault during my consultation and had all my follow-up visits with her. I had some dry eye issues post-surgery, but Dr. Breault did everything she could to help me overcome this (which I thankfully did!). She is extremely sweet and wants nothing but the best for Millennium's patients. I'm not sure how Millennium's pricing compares to that of LASIK procedures at other locations, but every penny I paid was worth it to know that I was having my vision corrected by one of the best doctors in the industry.
