Have been here many times in the past and always had a good experience but went today- didn't see the most recent reviews saying they're under new management- and won't be back. The prices have increased since my last visit a few months ago and I thought well that's everywhere. BUT the quality is not worth it. $96 for full set and spa pedicure... just to come home and see in regular lighting that the polish on my toenails had a bunch of dips and ripples! It appears that maybe the nail wasn't filed correctly underneath or something but even when I paint my own toes at home they come out better than this. $36 for bad paint job. My full set was $60 and the French tip was thinner than I wanted but after asking her to fix it TWICE and her having a bad attitude about it I just accepted that was the best it was gonna get. I will not be back and now on the search for a new nail spot in the area.

I already had the cut on my toe when I came in.

We're visiting the area and needed relaxing pedis ahead of a busy day. The tech did a very careless job. My nails look about like they did when i came in, except with bright pink gel polish. Being rushed I was careless myself and left without complaining. At the end of our busy day I realized she didn't paint either of my pinky toes. I'm flying out tomorrow so there's nothing to do but laugh about it when friends ask how I liked my trip to Riverside.

I'm so sad I loved the color of my dip manicure but they just didn't hold up... all of nails have chipped already only a week after I got them done and I haven't don't anything strenuous for them to be breaking like this! Maybe the hard gel is a better option? I want to go back and complain bc my nails get caught in my hair lol pls re do for meeee The good was the colors; such a cute collection of fall colors but my nails just didn't last smh .. maybe i'll try again w hard gel

Great job,would recommend and will be coming back the prices are very fair and the quality work is good :) I can't believe I paid under $100 for my gel manicure and pedicure,they are very reasonable with pricing given said I got a lot of design.

Service was horrible and they didn't even have the decency to correct what they messed up that's how they left my nails after removing the polish. Sure they didn't charge me but to leave my nails looking like this after the fact. Would not recommend

I'm obsessed with how my nails turned out! Loved every moment. The ladies were super nice and the service was quick. I had Katie and she understood and created exactly what I wanted!! Ahhh I love them so much. The shop was hustling and busy so it just shows that many people like coming here. Thank you so much for the experience and the design! I don't live close by at all but I'll definitely be coming back!

I have a lot of friends that love this place, I've had good experiences so far but my only issue is with difficulty making appointments. They don't typically take walk ins. Sometimes when I call, the phone will just ring endlessly, and when I do get through it's hard to schedule something last minute because they are quite busy. However, when I am able to book, my experiences have been great. They do a great job and prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be sure to just make my appointments in advance!

Tracey did a wonderful job!! She was so detailed and really took her time to make sure everything was looking good, as well as being super patient with me when I was indecisive with colors. She helped me swatch a few colors to make a final decision. I also appreciated how she took the time to make sure the nails were shaped nicely for a refill. I love how they turned out. Thank you Tracey! I would highly recommend Millenium Nails - they were super easy to schedule with - I was able to make a same day appointment to get my acrylics removed, and then while at the appointment change it to a refill instead. It was a calm and comfortable environment to spend a couple hours and everyone was so friendly.

I found this salon by chance and I'm so HAPPY I DID. All of the techs do great work. Very detail oriented, they make sure you are comfortable. You have to sign in with your temperature and phone number which isn't bad, there's sanitizer at the door and each station you sit at. All employees are wearing masks and require all customers too at all times as well. I walked in with a crazy nail design I wanted some and Brian greeted me and got it done. Helen did my names great and Tiffany did the design. This has become my new #1 salon to go. Try it you won't be disappointed read more

I found my new go-to salon. They make great designs and have all the cute glitter you can ask for! I've tried several nail salons in this area and Millennium tops them ALL. I don't need to try anywhere else. They practice great Covid safety. Make sure you call ahead to book an appointment, walk-ins may be turned away cause they stay booked. Currently Live Updating: Fast Online Appointment Booking: I messaged the salon after closing time, fully expecting a message the next day or on Monday. Turns out I heard back about 10 minutes later! Booked my appointment within the next 20 minutes. Day of Appointment: They have a check in tablet that sings happy birthday during your birthday month! And they also have a standing temperature check/ hand sanitizer station which is great! Jesse did my nails and she did such a great job! The Special Pedicure is a godsend with my calloused feet from driving and standing on my feet for hours. They wiped the seats after every client and all established clients had great things to say. This was all for a total price of $95! They accept Cash, Card, Zelle, and Venmo which is so awesome. I think I found my new favorite place! read more

This business has no regard for your time, nor do they understand the concept of having an appointment. I called made an appointment, the owner told me to not arrive at alloted time but later as the previous customer would be longer. I followed instructions, was greeted poorly, the owner had me wait for ten minutes only to tell me she did not have time for me. If you don't t care about your time go there. read more

TIFFANY TIFFANY TIFFANY and Brian the owner ( I think that is his name) My gel mani has been on for 4 WEEKS! Little mishap happened at first but they offered to fix my nails and let me tell you...SO MUCH BETTER. The owner was extremely helpful and understanding as to what the situation was. He booked with me with Tiffany for the fix and she TOOK HER TIME, PAID ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND OVERALL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I really cant believe my gel is still on this has never happened. Came with my two daughters for acrylic nails and pedicure. Found on Yelp and based on the star's I decided to book an appointment. The booking was very nice and fast to respond . The nail tech I got, was very shaky. Some of my nails are more to one side and not straight.. they charge to take off the cuticle off . The only thing I like was my under arm wax .. It's too expensive for the work they do .. wouldn't go there again. read more

Went to this salon based off recommendation from a co worker in Glendora. Drove out to Riverside and was not disappointed. I believe Jessie took care of me (purple and rose hair) and did not disappoint. She took her time to execute the design to perfection. The shape, color and design were perfect. She also did my pedicure and did not disappoint. I booked my appointment easily through Yelp and was checked in and seated quickly. I have a hard time finding a place I like because usually I am dissatisfied with the shape of my nails but Tiffany really listened and made sure I was 100% satisfied before polish! I waited until my fourth visit to write a review of this salon; however, I can definitely say I really love the service and quality. I have Wendy do my nails and I think she is amazingly talented as are all of the technicians. If you can show them a picture they can make it happen. I like that my services are never rushed. They run a very welcoming business and I always feel comfortable. They owner is also very funny and he does a great job managing appointments. He always asks me if I enjoyed the service. Aside from the rates and Covid sanitation from this place I wasn't pleased with my service. They were willing to let us in at 6:30 which was nice of them as well. We got three pedicures and two manicures. The pedicures were top line one delux and one special. The callus removal wasn't performed properly and the Paraffin dip was also performed incorrectly. The staff need to touch base and go over proper spa treatment with board standards. The two pedicures that included the callus didn't even work on my friends due to the improper way the procedure was performed. My lady who performed my pedicure ended up being very rude. She was generous enough to ask me if I was pleased with my polish choice and after thought I decided it was too pink for me and requested another color and her response was "oh gosh". Why ask if you're going to be bothered? My friend who got a manicure was also displeased with her polish application. It was not properly cleaned around and applied unprofessionally. Also note they charge additional $2 for COVID supplies. I was very much looking to a mani pedi since this entire covid situation and was displeased with the service I received finally after 4 months of no servicing. I will not be returning. read more

First and last time ... This review of the placed is not for the nail technician... This placed is very small AC was off I get out with a headache from the acrylic nail and the polish nail smell + they charged you a fee for Covid cleaning without been very cleaning all equipment inside is old and dirty + also charged you another fee to pay with card... Last thing first time for me seeing the nail polish stayed on my nails for only 2 days read more

I then asked if JaneDoe had a 9:30am appointment. Again, I was told yes. I asked if I could prepay for the service, and they gladly took my $150. There is no nail tech named David. There was no appointment. The entire transaction was based on misinformation provided by their own staff. When I returned to request a refund -- since no service was ever provided -- the person running the place, Ala, flat-out refused to give my money back. Instead, she tried to push a gift voucher, as if that somehow fixes being charged for a nonexistent appointment. She showed zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern. It gets worse. When I asked for the owner's name and contact information, she would only provide a phone number and refused to give the owner's name -- even after I asked four separate times. She ultimately ignored me. @Simala, this is such a dishonorable way of stealing money, and your staff should feel shame for this action. No honor in your business. Taking money for a service that does not exist and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the refusal to take responsibility is extremely concerning. I'm happy to share the positive outcome thanks to owners like this that have integrity. Thank you for being a great example of what a business owner should do. Thank you.

DO NOT GET A MASSAGE HERE. It's not even a real massage. First of all, I found this place through another website. You know, where the pages are in the back? Anyway, they had a serious ad on there, they said things like: "BEST massage ever!" "You will be back!" "Treat you like King!" They also had advertised several very attractive, 20-sh "masseuses" that supposedly work there. Well when I walked in, there was a pasty old white dude at the counter, paying his bills... Then a 50-sh, real ugly Asian lady hustles around the corner and says "Come. Come., and points to a room. Um.... Ok. So I go in the room. It's descent, probably the best part. After about a minute, she opens the door, says "Sixty dolla". Um... Ok. I pay her the $60 and she leaves. I was thinking I just got duped outta sixty bucks. But she comes back another minute later and tells me to "Take off everything. I be back." Ok, I'll play along. After al, I'm out sixty bucks now. So I strip nude and get on the massage table. She comes in a minute or two later, says nothing and starts squeezing the hell out of my neck. Then leaves! I hear what sounds like arguing outside and what sounds like a broom. Ten minutes go by and at this point I'm ready to pack up & leave. Then she comes back. Offers no apology or no explanation. Just starts squeezing my neck again. The massage was terrible, folks. My kids once gave me a massage for Father's Day, they were really young, like 5 & 7. They mostly did the "karate chop" on my back lol. I tell you what, though. They did way better than this masseuse. All she did was bounce around from place to place, all over the place. From shoulder to small of back to foot and back to shoulder. The funniest damn thing was..........she also did the "karate chop" massage HA! So the hours up (YAY) and she leaves, says shell be back with water. So I uncover and sit up to get dressed (keep in mind I'm stark naked). Then before I have a chance to get my undies on, the door opens!! And a dude walked by.... ARRRRGH!!!! She came back with water, before I was finished dressing and straed cleaning the room! Then she just kinda started at me intently (I knew she was begging for a tip). Well, I not a mean guy so I give har a $5 tip. She's appalled. She says "I never have a five dolla!" Oh well. I walked out and told her thank you. She said "that's awful". (Then the nice guy went away) I told her "Well the massage was awful." Trust me. Don't trust me. Of course, it's your choice. But don't say I didn't warn ya! read more

I absolutely love this nail salon. The employees are very friendly and always pleasant. There is a definite "calm" to the salon and it is a nice place to take a few moments for "ME" to break up the monotony of my busy work day. Conveniently close to my office, they cater to the working women/men in the area and do a quick job for you when they know you are on your lunch break. They are so good at what they do, the quality is not sacrificed even when they are pressed for time and I appreciate their attention to detail! I have even been in a chair while they've been "hit" with a few "walk-ins" and they remain, professional and do their best to get everyone handled in a timely manner, very good under pressure! Anna does a great job with facials and handles wax jobs with a gentle touch! She also does pedicures and I have had manicure and pedicure with Toby, Yvonne and Tracy as well and I trust all the folks who provide services here, I have not been disappointed and will continue to give them my business! I've been here twice now, and both experiences have been amazing. The gentleman at the front is so kind, professional, and incredibly detailed--my nails have come out perfect every time. The vibe of the salon is very chill, relaxing, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You can really tell they care about their work and their clients. I also appreciate the pricing--it's very reasonable for the quality you get. I paid $72 for my nails and left a $10 tip, totaling $82, and it was absolutely worth it. Before finding this place, I went to someone who worked from home, and it was honestly a mistake. My nails didn't last and the quality just wasn't there. I've been to this nail place more then once... my first visit here was absolutely wonderful... Toby the manager and the lady's working on my nails and toes, made me feel soooo important... i loved the atmosphere and music playing over head... my nails looked incredible when they were finished... I was pleasantly surprised the pricing was lower then most places... I came back the following week because I broke two nails at my own fault and Toby took great care of me yet again... I don't really write reviews on yelp, but holy moly i'm so happy w the results that i just had to! I don't get my nails done very often, but i found this place and made an appointment for 12. I got there at 11:58 and they took me in right away. Katie did my nails, and she did everything i wanted perfectly AND fairly quickly. She's a pro. It looks just like the picture I showed her. And it was so much cheaper than what I expected to pay for!! $70 for everything, a very fat tip included. Will definitely be coming back again :))) read more

Wonderful atmosphere! I bring my adult Autistic daughter there every 3-4 weeks for a mani/pedi. I've taken her there about 12 years, usually with the same Manicurist. However, everyone we have been to in this salon goes above and beyond in terms of quality, cleanliness, kindness, ease of scheduling, and most important to me; adapting to my daughters needs and giving her utmost respect.
