Came in here for the first time about a week ago, called and made an early morning appointment. I went in for a fresh set of acrylics, ombré French, and I am very happy with my set. I got a new tech (I don't mind, everyone starts somewhere) and while my set was not horrible, it was a little uneven and I wasn't super happy with it. But staff was amazing, I was asked how I felt and they took me in right away to fix the set. Staff was very friendly, very attentive, and really made sure I was happy with my set before walking out. I will definitely be coming back :) I would recommend making an appt, I came in at 9am thinking it wouldn't be too busy then, but this place gets really busy fast. read more

Got a gel mani/pedi & the mani lasted 3 days before completely peeling off of my thumb nail & all the rest of the fingernails chipping. Paid $87. I was speaking with the owner when I was there & told him it was the fastest mani I've ever had & he responded with "yes, if the gel chips, just come back & we will fix it for free." 1. You know your nails chip in order to be offering that & 2. I don't have time to be coming back multiple times for nail polish that only lasts me 3 days. Not giving it a 1 star because initially it looks good. But if they had taken the time to buffer the nail properly, it might have actually lasted. read more

If I could give out negative stars, I would. My girlfriend was getting her nails done, and the lady was removing my girlfriend's acrylic fake nails. The lady was very rough, and she ended up tearing up the nail and exposing the skin under her nails. Like her actual skin under her freaking real nails. The lady continues while she barely acknowledges this mistake she made and proceeded to try and put super glue on it, which we had to stop her from doing. While my girlfriend was fighting through the pain of her nails getting ripped off from her skin, the lady was continuing on the other hand. At this point, we were debating as to what to do about this mishaps. And then she got nail clippers to get the acrylic fake nails off of my girlfriend's other hand, she cut too deep and actually cut into her flesh with the clippers. Bloody nails on both hands. At which point, we decided to walk out. We didn't get any apology, nor was this issue addressed properly. read more

I made a appointment for full set and pedicure and they refused to do it at the same time the lady said you have to request for it when you make the appointment which I did , and she said no you made a appointment for both but you did not request to be done same time , well it was my first time how am I suppose to know that and no one talks to you they only talk to each other in there language so rude , I did my nails last week and already the nails came off . I work 12 hr shift .. and I go to school full time so my time is limited. Well I know that the owner is a male very nice guy. Has the best customer service. But today I wasn't greeted by him. It was a women, funny thing is, I always look at her and think how pretty she is, but today she showed me her character. I don't think she should speak at this business. She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The only reason why I give it 3 stars is because the customer service was excellent. The ladies there were very nice. But my service was very mediocre. My gel polish has bubbles in almost every finger, the sides of some are not completely polished and my middle finger has scratches on it because the lady filed after the gel polish. The gel polish is a little to thick for my liking. I had to go home and try to clean them up a bit more. There was still come residue from when my nails were being soak with acetone in foil. I don't think I will go back. :/ read more

My coworker brought me here after having bad experiences trying to find a new nail salon. I have super short toe nails and always request acrylic on my toes during my pedicures and it just never ends right. Today I had ANA redo my full set I got at another salon last week and was not happy with and wow did she do good! She was very patient and reassured me she would fix them and be able to do my toes. They fit us in very quickly in their busy schedule! When we walked in I was so blown away with how their Covid guidelines and cleanliness ! When you first walk in their is a station that takes your temperature. They have dividers and shield between each station ! I honestly didn't see that at any other Salon since Covid! So whoever wants to complain about their prices, trust me it's worth it!!! They wipe and clean after each client! Open new tool's out of the bag for each client!! I didn't see that with the other places I went to!! Next they were very kind and polite and they even had water in the mini fridge offered to their clients! You could see it in their facial expressions and talking back with their co-workers in their own language. It was supposed to be a fun experience, but it ended up being very unpleasant for the girls. The best service and attitudes ever in a nail shop here! I am super picky with my nails and was nervous to go for an oval shape for my first time. This salon being my first visit too and I can honestly say how impressed I am by everything. My nail shape is flawless! The new trend is oval or almond shape nails and I'm in love with the natural look. I got Clear SNS with a gel overlay. So natural and perfect. Vee was my tech and she did not disappoint. My toes came out perfect as well! Don't be discouraged by the old school look of the salon. I will be a permanent customer from now on. I've been to other local high end nail salons where they take weeks to get you in, the nail techs have bad attitudes, won't do what you want and they are way overpriced. To clarify, I did mention that my boyfriends pedicure FELT like it only took 10 min. The length of time on a service doesn't necessarily mean anything, it's the effort you put into it. Of course I wouldn't expect his pedicure to be the same as as mine, but unfortunately, my experience with a higher tier pedicure was also underwhelming. Furthermore, the manager's response was unprofessional and I wouldn't be surprised if he responds back with another rude comment.
