When I had to go there I actually felt uncomfortable like they had no desire to be of service. My last trip there will be my final one for sure.

Two weeks ago I stopped by needing some cedar chips for a small swing set we put in our back yard. I talked to the gentleman there and he stopped what I was doing and put the chips in my pickup. Colby kept excellent records of daily progress, informed us daily of decreasing beam moisture percentages, and patiently explained their methods and purposes in detail when asked. They took measurements daily and on weekends when necessary. Upon completion, they cleared equipment and cleaned thoroughly. Colby communicated with the ins company when the job was done to settle the account. We enjoyed working with Colby and his partner. Their work was thorough and very professional, and they helped restore a sense of safety to our house after this plumbing incident.
