Uber eats my food and the salmon was so over cooked,hard and dry like it had been heat up and forgot about in the microwave. My partners burger was undercooked and pink. HALF the salmon was not edible it was brick hard. I'm very disappointed this is unacceptable. read more

My mother, my aunt and myself came for zingers with no expectations of having such an awesome experience. Jennifer was our server, she was outstanding. Great customer service and super attentive. We had 3 managers stop by our table to check on how the meal was which honestly made such a difference in our experience. I love seeing managers interact with tables. Y'all need to give this place a second chance. We didn't encounter any of the negative experiences that led to the bad reviews that we see here. Our server, Jessica was very friendly and efficient. And we had multiple staff stop by to ask how we were doing throughout the evening. OK, the food was a 3.5 at best, but exactly what you'd expect of a chain beer house. I've been to a lot of restaurants in a lot of places. Tonight I came into Miller's late and Lexie was my server. Bar none, this was one of my most memorable experiences at any restaurant, ever. Even though she seemed to be getting off work soon based on her activities, she delivered fantastic service and made outstanding recommendations. My previous experience at another Millers Ale house wasn't great but she managed to redeem the entire concept in my opinion. Came here to celebrate a young man's birthday and graduation. Bartender was amazing and servicing tables, even though she was handling a bar area. Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. She noticed my starter was the right serving size and brought out another full one! Nicolette is one of the best servers I've ever had! My wife's prime rib was flawless! Millers ale house is the replacement for Golden Corral. It has its pluses and minuses. The space is nice and is kept clean. The salads are fresh and the French onion soup had a traditional taste. Main recommendation is that you request the soup be extra heated to ensure a gooey cheese. The pineapple mango mojito was delicious. The chicken was to par, but my wife could not get the sandwich she wanted as the only do certain items on certain days. The service was excellent. Don't expect to have a smoke even if you sit in the outer area. read more

Have been several times to Ale House.Never had a problem.The staff at the front is prompt and friendly.The place can be busy especially when football games are on.This never has been a problem,although sometimes we just sit at the bar.Good selection of food items,bar food,sandwiches,dinner selections,etc.Great daily specials.Great beer selection as well as mixed drinks.The wife likes the ribs, while I prefer the French Dip.Zingers are also always good.Wait staff is attentive,although when busy they still try their best.Would recommend to anyone to get this place a try. read more

Third strike gets the one star review. I gave this place the allowance of being recently opened. I have been to this place 3 times in the last few months, which was the initial feat because on any given day the wait times are always ridiculous. I will chalk up the first visit to lack of training and being staffed with new people. The tables were a wreck, very few were cleaned and the service was lacking. The second visit, was a "later in the evening" visit, wasn't much better. The cleanliness was sub par, pretty much the same as the first visit. The food took forever to come out, and a few items were missed. Thankfully, they weren't on the check or that would've been a whole other rant. Tonight, after a long day and a missed meal, I decided to stop as the parking lot wasn't out of spaces and there was no one waiting outside for a table as there usually is. Walking in and seeing a bunch of empty tables made me a little excited on the inside. Bring quoted a 10 minute wait dampened that feeling a little, but, whatever, short staffed, section closed, it is what it is. Twenty minutes later, however, my hangry bottom wasn't having it. I'm really not sure if it's a staffing or training issue, but this particular Miller's future is definitely cloudy, and the operations needs a definite re-evaluation. read more

Everything started out good but when food came out one order was wrong and then the bartender caught an attitude. When complain about it, the bartender has more attitude and another employee came to assist us. The next employee was better assistance and helpful. Manager came by to calm the situation down which we were good and everything worked out. Found random gross pieces of chicken and full zinger in our French onion soups, pretty concerning if you start wondering what else is dropped in there. They told us they would take the soups off after we had lost our appetite to eat anything else there, and then still charged us but gave us a 2.00 discount. Overall not a good experience, took extremely long to get the food and then disappointing finding those surprises in our soups. read more

This place is good with service, but.... We ordered the chicken and shrimp cobb salad. Like the old commercial " where's the beef". "Where's the chicken" on this huge salad! The chicken pieces were an actual slice cut up into slivers. We had to let mgmt know and they were kind enough to bring us a little more chicken. I travel a lot for my business and recently I was in Clermont, Florida...I love Miller's Ale House and luckily there was a location in Clermont, so of course I stopped for lunch! They never disappoint! Great daily lunch specials..this time I went with the English Pub Fish & Chips! Heaping helping of delicious, flaky fish and French fries; I even got a house side salad! The main meal was enough, but everything was fantastic! The entire meal with side salad and soda was under $15! Crazy! The GM Chad was walking around checking on tables and stopped to see how my meal was! What a terrific guy! Super friendly and he should be proud of the service and food his restaurant puts out! My server Jennifer didn't miss a beat! Highly recommend all Miller Ale House's, but definitely stop by this location, if you are anywhere near it! read more

don't bother coming here. drive to a different millers location. we have had significant negative experiences on four separate occasion, at least. under cooked food, hair in food, skipped over by hostesses on multiple occasions. just overall is 50/50 (just ok/sucks). just go to Hamiln, I would drive and extra 15 minutes to never come here again. read more

Went by this past Sunday and the food was awful. I could have cooked a beget meal at home and that was so sad to spend so much money on mac and cheese for kids that is dried up. I visited here when it first opened, was thrilled they were now so close. My food was terrific, great portions, delicious. That was 7 months,ago. Now not so much. I ordered French onion soup, $7.90. Really, it was a 4 oz ramekin filled 3/4 full. Cheese over broiled, and inside not overly hot. Ok for appetizer but it was full portion and over priced. Last time was larger portion same price. Hey disappointed. Friend had meat loaf, her regular favorite. Way too salty this time. We were there at noon... On Tuesday. Usually packed, not so much today. Maybe this why..
