I love Miller's Ale House and this location has become our go-to since it's the closest one to home. I like their local beer selection and the fact that they pour a great Guinness. I always order the plain zingers with blue cheese and sauces on the side. My favorite sauces include: hot garlic, mango habanero, medium, and sweet Thai chili. Their blue cheese is top notch and they never short you on it. Hubby orders the zingers mountain melt with hot sauce. Crispy fries, yummy zingers, bacon bits, melty cheese - so yummy! We don't usually order appetizers but we did get the mozzarella sticks once and they were delicious! The sticks are smaller so the cheese to breading ratio is really nice. Same goes for dessert but the Captain Jack's buried treasure is an absolute treat. Shareable and better than the pint they sell to-go. Until next time Miller's! read more

We showed up for happy hour with a group of 30. Rachel the hostess and Deon the manager were wonderful to work with! We sat at the bar Brian or something like that bartender with red patriot hat was drinking had his alcoholic drink at the end and function was horrible. Service was horrible. From making the drinks and dropping some of the drink he was making to forgetting to put my order in. And when asked about he went to computer to put it in. Then comes back and said there was an issue with the order 40 min plus waiting for food asked to go. Never coming back this is super unprofessional and drinking on the job is a management problem. Got to talk to the manager on duty and he was either too tired or drunk he was apologetic and asked me to come back to make it up. The culture and leadership in this store is non exciting. Well those 3 are a perfect example in my opinion. All 3 waitresses are always sweet and always give a warm and welcoming hospitality making you feel as if you're at home whenever having them as my waitresses. Highly recommended!!! I can't say enough good things about our local Millers. Between Scotty, Brian, Allex, Christy and all the rest of the bartenders{sorry for forgetting some of your names ladies) but they have all been wonderful to us for the last 2yrs! I saw so negative reviews and needed to step up. Because everyone has always had a smile for us. It's never too overwhelming and has a good flow once the kitchen get some help from the expo during the busy times. Zingers, salads, fries, burgers, wings, ribs and the deserts have never let us down. Even when something wasn't up to pair it was fixed immediately and never felt like I was a "Karen" about it. It's a great spot even being a chain you don't feel like you are at a chain. Always great specials and they have military discount! They have plenty of TVs and table games for the kids. I am updating my review for Millers Ale House to 4 stars as the quality of the food has improved in the past year. On my most recent visit, I ordered a classic cheeseburger with a side salad. The burger was delicious and juicy with all my favorite toppings, lettuce, onion, tomato, and dill pickles. It was a nice size burger, as I only ate half and brought the other half home. And I appreciate the ability to substitute a side salad instead of fries for a small charge. The salad was crisp and fresh and I loved the balsamic dressing. Shoutout to our local community heroes! This venue was very spacious and I liked all the different seating options. We were seated right away at a nice booth. The staff were all friendly, attentive, and professional. We ordered nachos which were like a work art. This flavorful mosaic was everything you would want in a perfect nacho.. crunchy, creamy, savory, spicy, cheesy, and vibrant colors. We also ordered Zingers. I asked for the sauce to be on the side so that I could appreciate the crunchy outside and tender inside textures of the zingers. I also loved how hot and fresh they were! The hot zinger sauce was just the right amount of spicy heat! I almost forgot how much I enjoyed these when I ate them in Philadelphia. By the time my Cajun chicken pasta came, I had already eaten so many zingers that I had room enough to eat a couple yummy bites of the pasta dish. It was packed with Cajun pizzazz and the noodles were the perfect texture! The garlic bread was a nice pairing with its warm crunchy savoriness. It is a generous portion of pasta and tender chicken. I enjoyed it later at home. I had half for dinner and half the next day for lunch. The flavor just got better with time! I highly recommend. Every time we go to a Miller's Ale House we enjoy it a lot. Really enjoy the consistency of the menus between locations as well as the quality of the food. The atmosphere is great also, whether you're looking to hang out and talk with your friends and family or just want to watch an abundance of sports games, all of that is available at Miller's. My only complaint however is that the size of the meals are steadily decreasing! That's never good, but in general I do recommend at this point in time, UNLESS the meals continue to decrease in size. Last Friday, this guy started to mimic me when I asked for the manager to compliment the bartender. The Monday night Rack of Rib special is incredible!!! We were in a hurry and they were short staffed (a common occurrence in any restaurant these days) and Ayana did a great job, getting our order in quickly and our drinks on the table before we could blink. Everything was served hot and the restaurant was a comfortable temperature so I didn't need a sweater to be comfortable. We were able to enjoy our meal which served perfectly prepared and be out by our desired time. Thanks Ayana for a wonderful experience!!! My boyfriend & I went to Ale House on Monday, 3/17 as we wanted to have a drink or two, enjoy some food and not be bombarded with the St Patrick's Day crowds at an Irish establishment. I want to preface my review with we frequent this location probably twice a month. The food is always consistent but this poor review was reflective of the service alone. We found two seats at the bar and waited probably 3-5 minutes before 1 of the 2 bartenders acknowledged us. The bar was full when we arrived at 6:30 so no harm with it taking a few minutes to be acknowledged. After the bartender asked what we would like to drink, I ordered a 9oz pour of Pinot Grigio while my boyfriend ordered Jameson on the rocks. Bartender poured the Jameson order on the spot. It was another 7/8 minutes before I received my glass of house wine. When he did bring it back, he said "I had to go get more" ... ok, no problem but would have been nice to let me know when I ordered that "it'll be a few minutes as I need to go to the back to get more." Fast forward, we had to flag down the bartender to ask for menus. Once we decided what we wanted, we thought he'd come back around to take our order but no, again, we had to flag him down. He did not write anything down and as I suspected may happen, things came out incorrect. We had ordered an appetizer which came out AFTER our entrees arrived. My entree was missing a hard boiled egg that I had asked to be added to it (salad) and my boyfreind's order was right but upon the entree arriving, he asked for spicy brown mustard (to the runner). She left and never came back with it. We then engaged the bartender again and asked for the spicy brown mustard. He failed to bring it after half the sandwich had been consumed so after asking a 3rd time, they brought out honey/brown mustard which I suppose was better then nothing but overall, food was good but again, no sense of urgency by the bar staff, no communication from them when there was going to be a delay and we shouldn't have to ask for something 3 TIMES before receiving it. Good news is that bartender did comp the appetizer since it came out after our entree (without us asking) so that was unexpected. read more

Last night we went here and asked for recommendations from the server. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish had turned and smelt and tasted really bad and off. I told the server while I was sick in the bathroom. While I was in the bathroom they took the fish off the bill. The server was embarrassed, but didnt seem surprised. She didnt even offer me anything different. My wife ordered the wings and they had no seasoning, taste and we didnt eat half of those either. Very mediocre. However, the drinks, ambiance and place seemed good, clean and welcoming. I can also recommend throwing up in the toilet bowl as it was clean and spelt quite good. However, this cannot change my rating to be less than 1 star. Better luck with the food as the place looks nice. read more
