Miller Ale House by the Kendall area has amazing service and quality dinning. I love the vibe it gave off and the fact that this place LITERALLY has flat screens tv in every corner, literally! It was entertaining to watch while your at the bar or in your booth. Not gunna lie, it's pretty cold so ladies/gentlemen if you get cold easily, I suggest bring a light sweater. Other than that, the food was delicious and fulfilling. My husband and I ordered ribs. I did half and he did full. We got dessert too since we had some room! Overall, satisfied! Wait, wait! I have been to several Miller's Ale House locations this one has to be the worse for atmosphere. Although we were seated right away and the hostess was very nice. Our server greeted us while we walked to our seats and acted like we were in a gang with slang and gestures. Then he disappeared for so long another server came and took our order for drinks and food, he was very nice. Manny was great. The other guy however was in and out talking with two girls in the next booth that were drunk or high and the server acted like he was getting to know them. He even sat down with the girls in the booth. They were very loud, rude cursing, and pounding the table. I couldn't even have a conversation in my booth because they were so loud. However the food came out timely and was delicious, Manny is an attentive server and knows how to do his job. read more

So let's talk about location- this particular location is located inside a strip mall and there are no other dining restaurants besides some fast food options. So get your mind right if there is a wait and take a lap around the block. Depending on what night it is, the wait time can range from 30 min to 1 hour. The crowd is a range of personalities and different walks of life. The service is fantastic at the bar, the staff is friendly and attentive and can manage the bar and orders efficiently. The grilled zingers are the best and the hot sauce options are pretty tasty- our go to is Mt. Saint Helen and the 5 peppers. If you like serious hear these will not disappoint you. The manager, Jamie is the sweetest and is very attentive to the guest and runs the operations seamlessly. She rolls her sleeves up and preps the food, greets everyone with a smile and listens to those customers who are never happy with their experience. I normally like going to Alehouse for the good food and usually good service. Today we went to have lunch at 2 PM and the restaurant was not busy at all. We were seated at a booth and waited eight minutes without anyone coming over and I spoke to an employee and I asked about our server. She said she will get the server to our table. A couple of more minutes went by and still nobody. So my wife and I got up and left. We went over to Flannigans, and had a server at our booth within one minute of sitting down. I normally don't like to leave bad reviews, but when you don't even get anyone to attend to you it's a well deserved bad review. read more

Had the pleasure of coming to the Miller's Ale House in Kendall. The place was amazing! Had the calamari and it was phenomenal. Very fresh and crispy. Also had the minestrone soup and delicious as well. Management is definitely doing things right here. Been to other locations and definitely by far the best location I have been to. I've eaten from here a couple of times and have done both sit in and take-out. Not sure what prompted me to order from here again but hopefully I learn from my mistake this time around. Ordered food online for curbside pick-up, get there at the time it was supposed to be ready and replied "Here" to the text message I was sent as well as on the email. I wasn't in a rush so I waited for my order but kept waiting and waiting. It had already been an hour since I placed the order so I went inside to ask about it. No host in the front so I waited for someone to come by. The person who looked like she would be the host came, was looking for something and completely ignored me. Finally someone else came- don't think she was the hostess- and helped me with my order which had been sitting to the side where they have the Uber eats orders. Now this is my bad for not checking but for something that took so long to get ready and into my hands I would expect for everything I ordered to be there. It wasn't. I could've accepted the wait time but not paying for something and not receiving it. I wasn't going to drive back to complain but this is your warning to always check any to-go order because you might get shorted with an incomplete order. read more

She greets with the biggest smile and the best hello... Granted we do know her by now, but have noticed that she is extra welcoming to those first timers... I hate to write bad reviews but we've been ordering from this restaurant for years and we've never had any problem until now. Today (11/22/23) We decided to order 2 dozen wings as we always do, sometimes we use doordash and others we called directly and pick it up. Wednesdays are a discounted day for wings (it is advertised on doordash) but we couldn't wait, the delivery time was long, so we called on the phone to this number. ( 305) 595-7448. Exactly as last Wednesday. The guy on the phone told me the discount has to be applied at the moment we pay when we pick up the order. I asked if we could also get military discount since my husband is a disable veteran, but they told me both discounts can't be applied to the same bill, but that we should definitely ask there, maybe they can manually add it . It wasn't really important, we were hungry and were already happy with the Wednesday discount. Well my husband went to pick up the wings, he was told by the person there that the discount was only for customers eating at the restaurant, (but Doordash that only do delivery does advertise the discount). The check was double the price without the discount. So ,he asked to talk to the manager, his name was "Mack" (who knows if is true) and he said he could not honor the discount, even if he knew the person on the phone confirmed us they will apply the discount as soon as we arrived. We have absolutely no problem paying any price, but as company owners, we know if we make a mistake, and make Customers spend gas driving and time, we have to honor the price we told them on the phone- ALWAYS! . He wanted to give us $5 off that was absurd at that point. They claimed they work with a call company that answers all their phone calls , and that they don't know the discount it's not available for customers that decided to pick up their order instead of dine-in , then why do they even have it in their website? why the guy on the phone KNEW about the discount? , and not just that, 2 weeks on a row we got the same order on the phone with the same discount. And again, you can order with the Doordash app and you get the same discount too. so that wasn't true, or nice. You just don't treat your customers that way. And going there to eat is really not worth it, the tables are sticky to the touch and it smells like beer. Always food and napkins under the table, and the waiting time is ridiculous, we simply don't like to eat there. The kids were starving, so we ended up ordering from Carolina Ale house. Never again, Miller Ale house just lost a loyal customer. read more
