One friend ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and got a fruity vinaigrette instead. Another friend ordered a burger and they forgot the bacon. A third friend asked for his burger well-done, but it came out medium, also with no bacon. When he asked the server if it looked well-done, she said she didn't know what well-done looks like. He asked if she could get a new one so he wouldn't get sick, and she said she'd check with the kitchen. No apology. It took 25 minutes for the new burger to come out, and by then we had been there for over an hour and a half. When she finally brought it out, she asked if he wanted a box to take it home. Still no bacon on the burger. Also, no apology again. Overall, not a great experience. Will not be back.

I lived near them for a semester while at OU....my apartment always smell of fried chicken, and I did not mind because I it was that good, and a big reason why I always frequented there. Jeff takes great pride in his food and challenges you to prove him wrong. He was open to changes, too, and then, as we finished, came out to see if it lived up to his bragging, and it did! Honestly, this is the kind of place we wish were closer so we could become regulars, and Jeff was the kind of business owner you want to get to know and become friends with.
