In the last 3 years I have taken two separate vehicles to mills collision center and have had a great experience. Most recently I took my every day driver to be repaired after having an accident, the estimated time to repair was 22 days but they finished the car with in 7 business days. When I got my car back it ran perfectly and looked brand new! They were extremely helpful and the quality of work was amazing. I have to say that I have been very pleased with their service, I had been involved in an accident and obviously I needed my car be repaired. I called several Collision repair spots and every single one of them wanted me to take the car to them, they couldn't pick up. When I called Mills Collision Center not only did they help me with getting my car in to fix but they also offered to pick up(amazing!!!) The pick up process was the easiest but I was kinda frustrated my car had to stay in for 6 wks in their shop because of the size of damages it had. Never bring your car here manager is rude told me my insurance company takes forever to pay so he would have my car 3 weeks to two months after I explained I couldn't do that that I would need it sooner as the estimat said 3 to 5 days for a softball dent and paint. After attempting to drop off my car after our estimate, when signing the papers the paper was completely different than the paper they sent me home with after the estimate. After waiting for over an hour, and having to have someone else come get involved, they pretty much said "Sign the papers because this is what it is." We signed the papers and then left the car. Today they called us and said, "Actually we don't want to work on your vehicle come pick it up." Really?! WTF?! I'll NEVER recommend this place EVER. After I went to pick up my car, one of the owners of the company had the audacity to tell me that I couldn't edit or delete reviews. I continued to tell him that I couldn't believe that a company could just break a contract and waste my time for 3 days and then make James miss hours of work for two days and then not even follow through with the negotiated work that we signed the contract for. This place is COMPLETE GARBAGE and I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE! Do NOT ever go here. They will do a poor repair job, steal the good parts of your car and replace them with used or lower quality parts, and require you to make frequent trips back to fix things that should have been fixed in the first place. I was referred to Mills Collision Center by my insurance company after someone hit the side of my car. The other guy's insurance moved glacially slow, and this having been my first accident I was quite concerned that this incident would ever be resolved. George at Mills Collision was great. He assured me that he would be on that other guy's insurance company like a hawk. Now I was not privy to the calls made between Mills and the other guy's insurance company, but based on how fast things moved after I had left my car at the collision center he must have stayed true to his word! The other insurance actually came up with an estimate that was lower than the one George gave to me, so I was a bit concerned that the job he'd do would leave more to be desired. Based on the results, however, I was wrong to worry. The side of my car looked as good as new! I was kind of stunned since judging by the damage I was sure my vehicle would never again look the same.
