Millside tavern is a cool place to go especially when it's happy hour 4pm-7pm. The service was great, the food was amazing the music was good. Come here grab some bites and hangout.

We came here for restaurant week and had the set menu. We had both the appetizers the poppers and the mozzarella sticks. Both were better than expected. We tried the salmon and the chicken and both were good. Nothing fancy. The butter toffee dessert was delicious. The bar was nothing fancy and the atmosphere was smoky. The waitress/bartender was amazing. She was the only person in waiting tables and making drinks and she was very efficient and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. I would definitely come back here.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week 2025 adventures continued with dinner at The Millside Bar on Thursday, 6/12/25. Meal #5 of our eating trip. Millside had a $30 dinner menu. And although it's a sister bar of The Ridge where we went to lunch, the decor was no comparison. This place was semi-dark and semi-loud. We sat ourselves down at a high top table near the bar. It took a little while before the bar tender came around to give us menus. But didn't give us the Restaurant Week menu, nor a drink menu. Took awhile for her to come back for us to ask for the additional menus. $30 dinner: Appetizers: Millside Poppers x 2 and Mozzarella cheese stick Entrees: NY Steak x 2, Blackened Salmon Dessert: butter toffee cake with vanilla ice cream The appetizers at Millside were very standard bar food appetizers. Nothing too fancy, nothing super tasty. They were just "okay." The NY steaks were good and cooked well. But unfortunately didn't have any sort of "char" even though they had that "seared on a grill" look on them. Came with a pretty tasty mashed potatoes but under seasoned asparagus. The red wine Demi glaze however had so much delicious flavor and the plate should have come with way more of it than it came with. The blackened salmon had a nice "crust" on it with the blackening spices used on it. The salmon was cooked very nicely. The tartar sauce for the salmon tasted very "out of a jar" and not "freshly made in house." It was "passable." Same sides as the steak. The butter toffee cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert was good. But not very moist. Fairly dense and semi-dry. Definitely needed the vanilla ice cream to off-set the dryness of it all. Service was slow and the bar tender forgot a lot of stuff and had to come back multiple times. Our water glasses sat empty for long periods of time. So did my soft drink cup. Definitely a let down after having been to the sister bar for lunch.

Millside Tavern is a 24/7 gaming, bar, American food, and breakfast type of place located in North Las Vegas. They offer around 24 beers on tap, everyday happy hours, and taco Tuesday. Plenty of parking is near the door. We tried the chicken potstickers. They were steamed and fried on one side like they should be. They were on the bland side and the sauce that came with them was unappetizing. (very odd tasting) I tried the fish and chips. The fish filet was fried very nice and had a shattering crisp exterior and the meat inside was moist and mild. My fries were Luke warm. But the slaw WAS UNPALATABLE. Something like that should never be on a plate in any restaurant anywhere. My husband tried the bacon wrapped meatloaf. He said the meatloaf was OK but had a weird sauce on it. This plate also came with a generous amount of tater tots and unseasoned broccoli. A manager or owner should taste anything with a sauce that comes out of that kitchen. Undecided if this business earns the three stars because the sauces bring it down a bunch. Drink lots of beer here and order food without any type of sauce on it. 2.5 stars

We've been coming here for years - there's special events and sports-related prizes/giveaways on game nights. We love all the bartenders, but especially Sheri!

Very disappointing food. First time and last time going here. The food is old and maybe they need to change the cooking oil. It smells terrible and quite frankly a waste of money. I was hoping the food was ok despite the woman who took our order was less than delightful but that should have been the first sign to look elsewhere. This food is going in the trash. I wanna be mad at ya'll but I'm mad at myself. Take the $28 I wasted and please figure out how to serve food that is edible. Definitely will not return here.

Not a happy customer at the moment. I hate to give a place that we frequent so often, such a bad review. Decided to call and order breakfast to go. Got two orders of biscuits & gravy, an omelet, and a side of bacon. Boyfriend went to pick it up, paid, waited. So far, no problem. Cook comes out and yells "who has a to-go order" then proceeds to tell him the next time he wants breakfast that he'd be happy to pay for us to go IHOP. What the heck is that about?! I guess our $50 for breakfast wasn't good enough for them?! Maybe I should take him up on that offer since we won't be coming back. Too many other restaurants and bars in the area now that would be glad to take our $50.

Just about the perfect and bestest place in North Las Vegas. All the locals are friendly all bartenders are exceptional. Everyone is happy here and it's the Vegas paradise you would expect away from the strip. Just leaving this review so I can add the new menu which by the way the kitchen is becoming very awesome.

We asked for suggestions since it was our 1st time here. Gene gave us a few suggestions which we got. Appetizer was Carne Asada Cheese Curds...fantastic! So good!! Meals were Rueben Sandwich with twisters (aka curly fries) and the fish n chips. Dessert- cookie skillet. A bit on the sweet side. Next time we won't get the caramel or chocolate syrup. Everything was fresh and hot. Appropriately priced and good portions. The Rueben corned beef was moist, tender and full of flavor. The marble rye was perfectly toasted. The fish batter was a little dark but the fish was moist. The coleslaw was small and wish there was more because it was perfect...i usually don't care for most coleslaw....and the fries! Probably the best fries I've had in a long time. Perfectly crispy and flufffy inside. The tarter sauce was good... not my favorite but not the worst I've had. I was worried we might get forgotten about being on the other side but that wasn't the case. Our overall thought was glad we came here vs Panda Express or Chipotle. Will we come back...yes!

Me and my spouse had smoked a cigarette outside and when we walked in we were initially greeted by a nice younger white gentlemen that had helped us before; however the older Asian lady told my partner we were "stinking up the bar" and refused service, after we had already shown ID and was placing an order. It seemed racially motivated as she was directing her attitude towards by black counterpart. Needles to say we left and was happily serviced at Sean Patrick's Pub down the street. Nevertheless highly advise anyone looking for a good drink / some food to check out PT Golds or Sean Patrick's Pub. This place is extremely raunchy and poor attitudes from employees / bar tenders.

From the second I walked in, the bartenders greeted me like I was a regular--even though I have the lost, confused face of someone who still asks what IPAs stand for. They didn't judge. They didn't sigh. They gently guided me through the beer list like patient kindergarten teachers, but with better hair and more tattoos. Drinks? Fantastic. I asked for "something not too sweet but also not too strong but also fun." That's not a drink order--that's a personality crisis. Somehow they nailed it. It showed up perfectly balanced, beautifully garnished, and strong enough that I briefly considered texting my ex but not strong enough that I actually did. That's responsible bartending. They checked in just the right amount--attentive without hovering. At one point, one of them noticed my glass was empty from across the bar. I don't know if it was skill, intuition, or some kind of bartender sixth sense that activates when a tip is in danger--but I respect it. The vibe? Immaculate. Good music, good crowd, zero weird energy. Even when someone dropped a glass, the bartender handled it like a NASCAR pit crew--swoop, sweep, replace, back to pouring in 10 seconds flat. Overall: 10/10. Came for a drink, stayed for the hospitality, left with slightly lighter pockets and significantly better mood. If you want strong drinks, friendly faces, and bartenders who hype you up like you're the main character in a movie, this is your spot. Just don't blame me when "one drink" turns into a personality trait.
