Yet the flan is not my favorite here since the sugar caramelization it's usually cooked too much, causing a burnt flavor, and the consistency is too aerated rather than having a creamy and smooth consistency. I've tried it a few times and that seems to be their consistent style. We get cravings for this place and like that we're mainly serviced by the nice owners of this restaurant.
