I went there to get a detailing for my Lexus RX SUV. I have two little kids and we have been on several long drives recently in the Lexus and needless to say the car required serious cleaning. I went there to get an appraisal first and met with Julio who introduced himself as the assistant manager and promised that I will be pleased with the result. I went there the next day and left the car in his hand for the entire day. Boy was I pleased with the results! Julio had cleaned every nook and cranny in the car. I was especially pleased with how clean the carpets looked after the wash - the difference between before and after was like night and day. Ok I wanted to try this place based on past reviews. I did the $35 executive package with a $13 groupon. I was disappointed on the service, maybe that's the key, if you use a groupon, the service is subpar. There were visible spots on the outside and the inside cleaning was poor... The mats were not cleaned and all the sand and dust under the mats were not removed. The individual delivering my car seemed disappointed with the $10 tip... Had I seen what he had done (or failed to do) I would have given him a penny. I don't think I'll return to this place. read more

I purchased a Groupon because of the reviews!! Pros ------ Cheap They vacuum the interiors, and then I see lot of dry leaves and dirt still left in a corner. I call one of the guys and ask him if they would clean it. He asked me to tell the guys at the wash and they would do it. At the wash, I was told that the guy who dries will do it, and finally the guy who dries simply refused. The dirt on the passenger and driver doors was still there. I could wipe it off just by my hand, so it means they never patted it dry. I get home and see that there are lumps of some yellow substance all of the car. They are stuck and you can't even scratch them off. I still have 2 more washes left and I guess I'll just use them and never go back again!!! read more

This place used to be good. It has gotten worse. My recent experience has been pretty bad. I paid $21.99 for some wash package that's supposed to vacuum the inside of the car. My car is a smart for two, how much time would it take for someone to vacuum this tiny car. They did a very poor job in cleaning the inside of the car. On the outside it was clean, but I have the same experience when I go to an automated car wash. Never going here again. read more

Ok so, I just went in and got an "express detail" done on my car. I went in expecting to wait 4 hours because it was a complete interior detail, but it was done in 3 so yay for that! The job was ok. I have beige fabric upholstery that had some stains from spills, and they got those stains out. So points again. The outside wash wasn't great and I started scraping dried bird poop from one of the Windows when I picked up the car, but the guys saw me do it and cleaned it off for me. Ok, sweet. I paid, tipped, left, and started my GPS for my next destination...which I didn't make it to. My phone died on my way and I couldn't recharge it because my charger was missing...along with an adapter, my car trash receptacle, and a few name tags that I had in the car. So, ok, my bad that I didn't take those things out before I dropped off the car, but common sense would dictate not to throw things like that away, right? So, I figured maybe they were in the trunk, but when I looked, not only were they not in the trunk, but the trunk hadn't been vacuumed out. NBD because I can do it myself, but I paid $100 for my car to be cleaned. I figured that included the trunk. Also, no air freshener. So all-in-all, I lost maybe $50 worth of stuff in my car that was likely thrown away, plus I missed an appointment because I didn't know how to get to the location, and I couldn't call to give notice about it because my phone was dead and I had no charger. So, even though it was an ok job and not overly expensive, it ended up being an aggravating inconvenience and not worth saving what will end up being maybe $30 once I replace my charger and the adapter. Plus the name tags which will cost me about $20 to replace because they were engraved with my name instead of having just a label stuck on them. But hey, at least my car is clean, right? read more

Used the groupon coupon for this place. I have tried other car wash places and those other places the station attendant usually will drive the car in for either hand car wash or the machine system. This place the station attendant wanted me to drive in. I had no idea he wanted me to put my left side tires between the cement barriers. So when I drove in he yelled at me do you understand English and some humilating comments. If he had just took the time to explain to me he wanted my left side tires in between the barriers I would have done it. Better yet I don't understand why he couldn't drive it in like other car wash places. After those humiliating comments he put his hands on the steering wheel and steered it in while I pressed the gas pedal. Same time he was still make humilating remarks to me. Do you know how to drive and understand English. I just bit my tongue and didn't say anything. Anyway after all that I got out of the car and I asked him how long he mentioned 2 hours. When I returned 2 hours later got the car. The guys who worked on my car did a good job. Inside and outside they did a good job. I tipped him. But because of that service attendant, i'm never ever coming back to that place. This is the only car wash place that I have been service attendant was a jerk and they don't drive it in for you. I had my car washed there on a Wednesday afternoon, 4.30pm. It wasn't particularly busy, I saw three cars in front of me at the car drop-off. However, I had to WAIT FOR AN HOUR!!! to get my car back. The car was o.k. clean inside and outside. No residue or anything ... but then ... that's what I expect after a car wash. The staff was super-nice. However, I can't spare an hour to clean my car. We used to drive over to Lozarno in Sunnyvale to get our cars cleaned. Even when they are super-busy I don't have to wait more than 20 minutes for my car. Not sure if I will go back. read more

Likewise to Mahmoud E. , the employee told us that the tree sap could not be washed off with the car wash and wanted us to pay $99 to remove it. He claims that by washing our car, the tree sap would spread to other cars and hence we had to leave without the car wash. He applied some products on my car bonnet and used a dirty clay bar to clean my car bonnet to try to prove to us how good the $99 package could clean away the tree sap. IT SCRATCHED OUR CAR BONNET BADLY (which we only found out when we went home to do our own car washing). And UNLIKE WHAT HE CLAIMED, WE COULD EASILY REMOVE THE TREE SAP. This is a very dishonest way of doing business and the management needs to reflect on this! read more

Really bad experience for me. My car never had chips on my windshield. And I am 100% sure that there was no chips before I gave it to cleaning, as I always clean my windshield everyday in the morning and I am too sensitive to little particles on my windshield. And I did cleanup my windshield before driving to the station. It was just 3 miles from my home and I did not use a freeway and nothing hit my windshield on my way. And after the cleaning I can see at least 4 to 5 fresh chipping. And the size of the chip is too big not to be noticed for extra sensitive person like me who cleans the windshield everyday. They claim their process is clean and that cannot happen. Certainly I cannot prove it that they caused it, as I did not ask them to do an inspection before the cleaning. And I would give the benefit of doubt to them. But I would say if you are going to use them for cleaning your car please do check and request them to do a pre-inspection before you clean your car, especially windshield. But I would give credit for them to refund the 5 pass coupon I bought from them as I was not happy with their service. They charged me only for one Cleaning. So my comment is my experience is really bad and your mileage may vary. Just be careful. New Edit: I did not read Kimi.C's review before posting mine. But I can see I am not the only one who faced chipping issue. So be extra careful. This place didn't even deserve 1 star. I paid for the $34.99 wash. First of all, I waited over an hour in total. Second, the express wax wasn't applied fully. When I watched them apply the wax, it was 2 sprays on the hood a one on the sides. I asked to talk to someone about it as the car was making its way through. The supervisor apologized and he said someone told him to do that to save time. If I had not have caught it and for anyone else, you're paying for something your not getting so you have to keep an eye on their laziness. they went ahead with the supervisor spraying the entire car down with wax like it should have been done, they did not remove the wax and left the whole roof unclean ed leaving film I caught the next day. my tires were sprayed with tire shine half assed and they got the stuff all over the rims so now dirt is already collecting and I can see spray marks of dirt all over the place. This place is a joke. maybe the express car wash with no wax is fine but if you pay for the express wax, make sure to pay attention and make sure they do it. even after all this I still tipped $5 before I found out they didn't clean the roof of the wax. read more

This Milpitas gas/7-11 place uses machine-wash only, and for the same money I rather take it to AJ Auto Detailing. This place uses temporary workers and compares to AJ is a true car wash joint; plus AJ has a nice indoor waiting lounge offers free bottle water, and works are professional enough to take pictures (prevent damage claims) before wash. Not recommendable. Went here to have my black Terrain cleaned. Their method left a lot of streaks, small scratches, lint from their dry cloths and poor vacuum cleaning. As if they do not care about the job they are doing. Maybe it was a long day for them but it is still not an excuse. They even offered me a leather protectant service if I paid cash and no receipt. I am surprised to see the low ratings for this place. We have been coming here since last year. I just love this place for our car wash. We own a White car so maintenance is the issue especially in terms of cleaning. Any little spots stand out on our car, so monthly car wash is a must. We come here usually on a weekend and it's completely packed. This place gets really busy during weekends especially during afternoon's. That's my only complaint. Sometimes you end up waiting more than an hour and the lines are so big. But they did try to make seating arrangements for customers waiting for their car. I remember when we used to stand or just sit inside the food mart. They never disappointed us anytime, maybe just couple of misses here and there that too inside of the car. But that's a very rare scenario. The only reason why I go with a 4 and not 5 is because of the wait-time,sometimes it can be frustrating especially when you have plans. read more

My car has been very dirty and I finally decided to bring it in for a detail. I got tons of cheaper and prolly more professional offers on Groupon or LivingSocial, but it was a last-min thing and this one is very close to home so I chose this sucker! How extremely wrong was I! Everything about this place is just subpar, it is the worst carwash place have I ever been to my whole life. First, when I pulled up, the manager, who is far from being polite or well-trained, signed me up with the $89 Express Carpet Detail. I already learned their menu carefully before I came already so I knew exactly what I wanted. I asked him all the details about what's included in the package since it's not cheap. He confirmed that all the carpets and mats will be shampooed including the trunk section. As previous Yelpers had already complained, I patiently sat in the car through the automated wash (which took less than 5 mins) then got out for them to proceed with the detail part. An hour and half later, a guy called to lemme know it's done. Although, the manager didn't give me a good vibe to start with but I was kinda relieved to see at least they took the time to detail my car. It should be shinning bright when I pick it up, right? Wrong again, of course! Dirty spots were here and there, tires weren't fully dressed, cup holders weren't even touched...To top it off, the trunk wasn't even vaccumed, let alone being shampooed. I was furious and confronted the guy who handed me the car key, he told me that the trunk will cost me an extra $10. I refused to pay and asked to speak with the manager, after a lot of going back and forth, they angrily agreed to work on the trunk and of course it looked like an half-assed job when done! I was just too tired of this filthy place so I gave up and took my car home to do it on my own. And the last nail in the coffin, when I brought the car in, gas was 1/3 full in the tank but soon as I left the place, the *Empty* signal popped up right way, wtf? They finished very fast less the 10 minutes and I didn't see any difference between Express or Executive wash. Also they can't explain anything to me at all! Please don't pay for nothing!!! I arrived at this location around 2:45 PM today in hopes of getting service but I was turned away. I wanted to get the premium detail done but was told to come back another day because they don't have the time today. According to their website they're opened until 6:30, I understand it can take 2-3 hours yet I made it before 3 PM. I can see a few guys on their phones and another car being worked on so I don't understand why they didn't want my business. I asked to speak with the manager and they said Robert isn't in. I just went to their website to review if I missed something, to see if there were any restrictions or disclaimer about detailing after 3 PM on a Thursday. Their website nor Groupon states any restrictions regarding this. I called to speak with Robert and I was pass along to two different employee asking to take a message because Robert is not in today. I asked for a voicemail and apparently Robert does not have one. BEWARE: If you're looking to waste your time service then just come here. Went there is a.m. For the first time. People seemed friendly..but there was only one guy that seemed to be working. After our car came out of the car wash, he wiped it down quickly and left to get another car out of the car wash..wiped that one down and got still another car out of the car wash!! Felt sorry for the guy rushing so much. Suddenly other workers showed up..now our car was being taken car of! Gave a five dollar tip..but should have checked more carefully..because the car sat so long in the sun, there were water spots all over!! So..we won't be going back. The sun roof was also dirty on the inside..so they missed that. Not worth the money at all!! read more
