After getting the receipt, I noticed that the discount was not applied. I asked the ladies working the register and they were extremely rude and not helpful. Went in planning to use a groupon and got upsaled to a more thorough exterior detailing job. The groupon included hand waxing and no clay work whereas I paid the extra for full clay and "machine waxing"(the rotary tool, not a spray on wax) I hadn't actually purchased the groupon yet so, so no loss there and I'm actually pretty happy with the work they did. While it was my first detailing job on a relatively new car(Black Tesla Model 3), it came out looking good as new. I wasn't fully prepared for the glossy polish they had applied to the interior leathers and plastics and wish I had a little more notice, but from what I understand it should fade back to normal overtime and protects the leather from cracking. Wow this is the slowest car wash I have ever been to but they definitely do a good job. I try and go before lunch time on weekdays but I am finding out that people have the same idea as me so it is better to show up at lunchtime. Pull up, pick the car wash package you'd like, leave the keys, and pay inside. I prefer to wait inside where there is A/C. I can honestly say, I have never left there in less then an hour but my car is nice and clean. They use to have coupons, groupons, or prepaid specialty packages but they discontinued them all. I've been wanting to try this place as this was closer to home than AJ's Auto Detailing off of 87 & Coleman in San Jose. I got here around 530/6. It wasn't that busy for a Wednesday night. Sergio had helped me right away as soon as I pulled up. I went for the Exec Wash as well as adding a shampoo because I had spilled coffee in my car. Altogether it was about $75, but I was satisfied with the work. The exterior and interior were clean after months of dirt, dust, coffee, and grime collecting in & outside of my car. Sergio also put air in my under inflated tires. The staff in the cashier area were also very friendly. It was a very professional atmosphere. I will be back to get a special wax/buffing job. I'll also be reviewing the outcome of Sergio's work. P.s. You can't help but love a place that provides free wifi to make the wait go by faster. Review Part #2 I came back the next day to have this residue that's been on my car for years. Body shops and other car wash locations could not clean it off or were too scared to attempt removing the built up residue that attached to my car's clear coat. The residue looked and felt like tree sap or similar sticky/solid material. Miguel, an expert in clay,waxing, buffing, & sanding did not back down. Miguel, with his years of experience, figured out how to make my car look new again. I dropped off my car around 11am and it was completed by 5pm. My car looked brand new. Several people asked if my car was new or if they knew me, they had made comments of the like new appearance of my car. My car will be back for maintenance for hand wax work. Because I was here just the day before, I was charged $120. Altogether, excluding tips, I paid $195 for an awesome detailing job. The residue was on my hood, roof, and trunk. It also was on the areas right beneath my 4 car windows. So much hand labor for a challenging 6 hour job! Sure, they would do a good job here and there...but hey, you wouldnt wanna be that 'lucky one' when they mess up on your car. So i came here for the first time with a livingsocial deal for the executive wash. Even though i came with the coupon but i still expected it to be an 'executive' service. One of the reviewer said, "When I see the word "wax" I assume it will be high quality and make the paint really pop and for the outer layer of the car more smooth. But this wax was not the case. Also, the guys missed 2-3 spots where they did not wash very well." Yea you know what? The paint really popped for my car---there are few spots where paint was chipped off!!! Like: Located off of Calaveras so it's easy to find and get to. It's attached to 76 gas station and the convenience store so you have something to do while you wait for your car to get washed OR you can walk across the street to Big Lots if the wait is long to pass some time. Fairly fast and they wash the cars outside so you can watch your car and estimate when it will be done. They've had Groupon deals before too where there is an expiration date, BUT they put the credit onto a Milpitas Auto Spa card so once you do that it doesn't expire. Dislike: I know it's a fast service car wash, but I wish they did a better job with vacuuming and my car isn't as shiny as some other fast service car washes I've taken my car to. I've never been to a car wash where vacuuming isn't included in every car wash... Are you serious? How is that even possible? The vacuums are RIGHT THERE when you pull up. If you're not gonna do it, at least let me do it! Shoot, move over boy!! Save me the inconvenience of going home, looking for my vacuum, plugging it in and getting all sweaty trying to vacuum all the nooks and crannies of my car. I had Executive car wash the other day, the car was very dirty, so I would they did a good job on the exterior. On the interior though, I thought they could do a bit better with vacuum. The guy handling the wash was very uninterested and seemed like he was being forced to be there. Keep in mind that is place is more a gas station and convenience store. They are NOT specialized in Car Detailing. I made a BIG MISTAKE. 75 minutes total time - 1 person.. NOT 2-3 Hours that was claimed in the Groupon. They charged me extra $20 for SUV. I went on Wednesday to avoid the crowd... My expectation was to get a reasonable quality since this was Groupon. Instead, I got a TERRIBLE quality of work. EXTERIOR - It was OK, I still can see a lot of areas that need more attention. I feel this nothing more than a regular wash with wax coded. INTERIOR - This was THE WORST. All my interior areas.. center console, dash board, seats and steering wheel was SOAKED with Armorall. My whole interior were so greasy when it leaves finger marks everywhere!!... This person even Armorall my rear-view mirror with it... I don't expect perfection but I do expect common sense. If I park my car in the sun, the Armorall would evoporate the greasy to my windows and windshield... Also, my windows got lints all over. This guy did NOT even clean off drink stains off my cup holders... He just Armorall over the stains!!! Gosh, I don't what else to say here!! -- I just expect them to use some common sense here!!! I went straight back home and spent an hour using micro fiber towels to remove the Armorall off my center console, dash board, steering wheels, seats,...etc. I used about 10 towels to remove the Armorall. I went to Milpitas Auto Spa to get my car washed. This location is very new and modern. The venue isn't too big, but there is a nice small waiting fountain area. They do a great job with the detail, compared to other places o have been to! They are also pretty fast and professional. Currently just chilling in the patio as I wait for the executive wash for my mom. Super crowded on a Saturday morning, I should have came right when it opened but was too sleepy. From what I can tell the staff is very professional here and I like the way they treat their customers already. They look like a well organized team. I'm pretty sure most people came by for the amazon local or groupon deal but hey it's giving them a bunch of business. It's pretty convenient that you can just shop at the 7-11 nearby too if you're hungry or thirsty. I feel like this will take a while but oh well, I have a feeling it's all gonna be worth it because my mom's car will look squeaky. I purchased the buy three get two free deal. It was worth every penny. The guys here work very hard especially out in the summer sun. They bring my car to a beautiful shiny black and the interior is dust free. The only negative I can think of is the way the entrance to the car wash is always packed during the day. Never pay more than the $20 deal for interior and exterior because the Executive package still gets you the same level of "quality" as a $20 deal or less. The skinny: - Windows are still dirty or easily removable marks aren't wiped off - Must repeat requests for missed spots - there were places where dirt/mud were visible. While most of it was gone, there was still some left (the size of a palm) on my door - they didn't wipe down the steering wheel... if the did they missed a ton of spots - didn't get my freshener as promised I probably shouldn't have tipped but I always feel bad for those guys working in the sun. I took my car to the Milpitas Auto Spa a while ago to use a Groupon for the Executive Wash (exterior + interior) and I was pleased with the work they did. So I returned today for the VIP wash (exterior only for $19.99 -- adding interior is double the price without a discount, so no thanks); I was very disappointed with the experience, described below, hence the overall rating of 2 stars. I was told my car was finished, but I noticed many spots of sap on the front hood remained. I asked one of the workers about it and he said it would cost an additional $30 to remove. What?? I pointed out that just by poking the sap it came off on my finger. Surely they could just give it an extra scrub. He called over another worker and that worker gestured for me to take his cleaning rag. Seriously? I didn't pay money for a service just to be told to do the job myself. Coming this time with yet a different car. Our Dodge Durango. It was busy, the line to enter the car wash is pretty confusing to most if they've never had to wait before while there were more cars then at a Honda dealership. The employees like to talk to each other in Spanish. Most times I assume that they are talking mad shit about the people who are always telling the workers what spots to get or the spots that are missed. I give them that. The seating area is alright, a little small for how busy they usually get. The water fountain they put in always wets people as the wind picks up. It's like "Hello? I only came for a car wash..." More shade would be appreciated too. For the most part the cars do come out generally clean. I'm still waiting for mine to pop out of the wash, but I've been here multiple times to know what to expect. The manager (Robert) said that he will check the incident on the recordings from the cameras, but what difference does it make if it happens, probably, inside the automatic carwash and I'm one of the many with whom it happened!!! The Manager already knows how to nicely say that this could not happen on their car wash; but how can you believe it, if I see in Yelp almost identical pics with almost the same parts of the car! Again! IT'S HORRIBLE! I paid a lot of money for a detailed car wash, and as a result, I got a million detailed problems! This case must be decided through the court!
