So they are fast but might be too fast and miss some details with reconnecting a new screen to you phone. I have gone other times and it has been great! It was $125 for new iPhoneXR screen so it is definitely on the pricey side. Sad that this last time has made my phone more difficult to use. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.

After a few weeks, I also discovered my phone heated up very quickly whether in my pocket, in my car on the holder or at Amfam field. Sometimes requiring 20 minutes or more to cool off. This never happened before. As a review of uBreakiFix, I was able to go on line and get a quote and reserve a time to get my phone fixed. 2.5 hours later it was completed. In that respect, they were fast and responsive. Easy to navigate website. Would I go back? Probably not...now I would take it back to an authorized repair facility (Best Buy or the Apple Store). I wasn't saving that much, it was just closer and speed. After thought it wasn't worth it.

Unfortunately, that quote didn't matter because even though it was from an Asurian Call center that, by the way, used the west bend office number and actually confirmed the address in West Bend but the real price once i got on site was $249.99 and if i wanted "i could cancel the order?" Apparently the call center that handles all phone support and schedules appointments doesn't know what the prices are for the West Bend location?
