Awesome customer service, and the bagels are delicious! Stopped here for breakfast after seeing their segment on the local news. Staff is very friendly and customer service is top notch. We ordered the SuperNova and Route 88 (no ketchup). They weren't too busy at 8am on a Thursday, so my order only took about 5 mins. After eating about half of my Route 88, I realized it was missing the hashbrown. I checked my receipt to ensure I was rung up the correct item. I walked back over to get the hashbrown for my other half and the owner was apologetic and asked if he could make me a new sandwich. So nice! These bagel sandwiches are filling, so there's no way I could eat another whole one. I told him the hashbrown would suffice. He still felt bad and refunded me the cost of the hashbrown ($2) and gave me a complimentary crumb cake. Wow! I was blown away by such efforts to make the customer happy. Kudos Mimi's Bagels for treating your customers so well. It was greatly appreciated. Both bagel sandwiches were super yummy with fresh ingredients. We'll definitely be back. Would highly recommend.

    Nova, bagels. God, amazing!

The bagels are big and so flavorfully old school. The lady taking the orders was bright and cheerful and the food was amazing! A truck!

Everyone's always so nice here and the bagels are DELISH conveniently located by Winco and is such a good option for those of us that are vegetarian as well! The bagels are really filling

I was in desperate need of a bagel breaky sandwich this morning and this adorable little truck was the perfect spot. Might be the best bagel sandwich I've ever had! They also have fresh squeezed OJ. I'd definitely recommend.

Oh. My. Gosh. I went to NYC a year ago and had some of the best bagels of my life. Since then I have been chasing that bagel high. I thought the only way I would get stellar bagels was by ordering bagels from my favorite bagel shop in Brooklyn and having them shipped across the country, and while the bagels were still phenomenal, it was a little rough on the bank account. All that to say: Mimi's bagels are just as good and yes I know they are Jersey Style, but they are ridiculously good. Personal opinion: best bagels in Bend. Don't sleep on Mimi's!

Hands down, bar none, the best bagels to be found anywhere in Central Oregon. Close your eyes and you feel like you're on the east coast.

I wanted to get a t shirt and was happy to see they had a great selection of merchandise. I didn't need another coffee, but succumbed to an oat milk latte while I was checking out. It's been awhile since I've had coffee from here and I had forgotten how delicious and potent it was! Perfection every time and always friendly service. The shop is very aesthetic with natural light, murals and local artwork. If you're opposed to driving all the way to sisters, this location is a great way to get your fix from the comfort of town.

I enjoyed the quirky options, and the unique flair, without it feeling like a complete joke like some coffee, shops back home. I had the north herbal tea, which is probably the best tease. I think I've ever had. Definitely a nice surprise and a good way to start the day. I was sipping on it for a while because I didn't wanna down it all at once and just wanted to enjoy it. There was a reasonable amount of seating space inside, but we chose to sit outside while it was cool. When we're back in the area, we definitely wanna come back here. Thanks for the memories!

You can also customize your meal as needed. To order, you stand in line like at a food court counter, but in a fancy way. While we were there, the line stretched to the door most of the time but it moves fast. This is the time you use to choose your bottle of wine, pick food, and browse the pastries on display. There were several places to sit indoors and out after placing the order. The kids hade the garlic bites (fried balls of bread with garlic and cheese...looked like doughnut holes!) and a pizza. They can add pepperoni to a cheese pizza for the particular children in your life. My husband and I shared a Cobb salad, no croutons to make it gf (the lemon dill dressing was AMAZING! Actually, this whole salad was very good). We also intended to share the NY strip with chimichurri. However, we didn't read that it comes with bread and a side salad (great!) and roasted vegetables in romesco sauce (also great!). My husband is allergic to nuts and so he couldn't eat any. That is not a complaint...all on us! The menu is clearly marked. But be aware if you have a nut allergy to specify that you can't have the romesco sauce. Or let the order taker know, as they are informed on modifications and whatnot. So he ate the salad and done pizza. I ate most of the steak and veggies. Everything tasted really good. The steak was a bit gristly. But the chimichurri was great. My absolute favorite thing was the elote cake with tajin buttercream. It was not a sweet cake. But it was heavenly. I should have grabbed another piece before we left. It was creative and salty and delicious and I still want it two days later. Service was great. Food is brought out as it's ready, not all at once. And the side salad and bread is brought before the main dish. The people were friendly and helpful. This was a great place and I would definitely go back.

My husband who is not GF and I ordered the same thing minus the bagel. We had the Canadian BEC, his on a parmesan bagel and mine on a gluten free parmesan bagel. The bagels were delightful, the egg soufflé was so fluffy, the cheese and Canadian bacon were a great combo, and the siracha cream cheese was the perfect complement to tie it all together. They had a great selection of GF bagel flavors, which is so appreciated because of how rare that is. Our drinks were delicious. I'm a coffee girlie and he's a tea guy, so I ordered the Vanilla Cloud Cold Brew and he ordered the Haven Fog. Both were so good. In my humble opinion, the Haven Fog won and is one of the best London fogs we've ever had. We also ordered a GF pumpkin bread, chia pudding, and banana yogurt parfait for later. We shared all of them and enjoyed them all, but the banana yogurt parfait was such a treat. The ladies accepting our order, making our drinks, and preparing our bagel sandwiches were kind and friendly. The ambiance was cute. Very busy on a Friday morning. Indoor and a few outdoor seating options. We had ordered ours to go and appreciated the containers being compostable. Grateful we found Haven Bagel & Coffee on Yelp and highly recommend it :)

They refuse to up their cin-rasin production because Lane County is under a strict ten rasins a week allotment. There are however dozens of pumpernickel bagels for the horrific friendless monsters who engage with that product. They also like to call you up to the serving counter at least three different times by weakly calling your name over the throng of people lined up out the door. They do this because assembling your order and sending it all out at once is reductive and a micro-aggression against folks who are trying to get their steps in for the day. All in all however this is a good place, they just have quirks that they refuse to adjust for because this side of bend is a food desert and they know I'm not driving literally across town in order to have my car hit in the parking lot of the Vic. A competent place could eat Haven's lunch, that is if they were willing to walk up to the table three times in order to eat the whole thing. Great place, needs work. Edit: while writing this review they forgot one part of my order and incorrectly made anothet part of my order. Now I'll need to spend more time on each of my multiple trips up to the counter to inspect things. Folks.....wtf
